In KB "Panorama" the GIS Server version 10.5.3 has been developed for operating systems Astra Linux SE, Ubuntu 18.04, CentOS 8, CentOS 7 and MS Windows. In the new version of the program, the tools for restoring performance in case of failures and external influences have been improved. Handling of spam sent to the GIS Server port has been improved. Restoration of access to large lists of maps after restarting the GIS Server has been refined.

For the convenience of administering the GIS Server program, buttons for stopping and starting the service from the GIS Administrator module have been added to the service administrator interface. The Data Bank settings are moved into a separate tab. An interface for creating and restoring a backup copy of service files has been added.

GIS Server provides remote access for reading and editing to current versions of vector maps, remote sensing data, matrixes, documents and spatial databases. To maintain an archive of spatial data of different versions the GIS Server is built-in into the product the Databank of Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data of the Earth. Placing data on the server ensures data protection from illegal copying and modification. GIS Server supports work with spatial databases controlled by PostgreSQL, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server in accordance with the OGC 06-103r4 standard: "OpenGIS Implementation Standard for Geographic information - Simple feature access - Part 1: Common architecture" for their representation in the form of vector maps in given conventional symbols, editing coordinates and attributes of objects, solving applied problems.

In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of urban-planner" version 14.5.7 has been developed. In the new version, all modes and functions have been adapted to work with data in the format of the freely distributed object-relational database management system PostreSQL. For the migration of data hosted in the MS SQL Server DBMS, a technology has been developed for converting data using special tools for uploading and downloading information from an information urban model. Software tools for migrating the urban database from MS SQL Server to PostgreSQL are provided free of charge. For licensed users of the "Workstation of urban planner", the specialists of KB "Panorama" provide data transfer services. To receive the service, you must send an archive copy of the existing database to the address panorama@gisinfo.ru.

In the new version of the program, the report forms for various documents have been updated, the composition of the attributes of capital construction objects has been clarified, the information of the subjects of the document flow has been expanded with data on spatial and logical relationships between various registers of the "Complex of urban-planning tasks". The register of subjects of document flow is a list of individuals and legal entities, and also local governments and state authorities participating in the electronic exchange of documents. The database for the registered subject of the documents flow stores the Taxpayer Identification Number, registration address, contact numbers, passport data of an individual or details of the organization for a legal entity, as well as information about the representative of the subject. The new version of the program provides for the formation of a detailed report on the subject of the documents flow, including information about representatives.

There are updated the tools for forming a report on documents posted in the ISOGD, including their details, information about the developers of the document and the bodies that approved the document, the territories of action of the document. The report also contains a list of real estate objects to which the document refers. In the new version of the program, the report is supplemented with information about the attached document files and the history of amendments to the document revisions.

The mode for the formation of urban planning documents has been improved, including a building permit, a permit for deviation from the limiting parameters of permitted construction, a permit for putting an object into operation, a resolution on the address, and a report on an existing capital construction object (CCO). The report on the real estate object lists all the documents related to the capital construction object that are taken into account in the ISOGD and indicates the cadastral numbers of the plots where the CCO is located. If the building has references to registers of accounting for other real estate objects (apartments, rooms, parking spaces), information about them is reflected in the "Premises" section of the report. If the database contains information about the owners of real estate, then they are also included into the report.

In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of agronomist" version 14.5.7 has been developed. In the program for performing an analysis of the relative position of the contours of agricultural land used for farming, and the boundaries of land plots registered in the cadastre, a number of modes have been improved. Objects of the account, both an arable land, and cadastral objects, are often represented on the map by a multipolygon. For the analysis of complex geometry, the modes "Object intersection calculation", "View object intersection" and "Object intersection control" have been improved. The new version of the program analyzes intersections with all external and internal contours. In the modes dialogs, the names of the elements have been changed to more accurately characterize the process of calculating the relative position of objects. In the "Object intersection calculation" mode, the recording of semantics in objects from list 2 has been optimized. In the "View object intersection" mode, the algorithm for calculating the total area and percentage of intersection for objects in list 2 has been improved.

The task of connecting geoportals has been improved. There are added the layers from the server of KB "Panorama" and the geoportal of the RGIS of the Ryazan region with many layers of data, including industry data: Agricultural land, Forest-park green belt, regional protected areas, nature management, industrial enterprises and others. There is improved the algorithm for scaling images from geoportals with exceeding the virtual sizes of the image in width and height of 2 Gigapixels or more, which is necessary when detailing the image at a scale larger than 1: 100.

The "Map Editor" task has been improved in terms of auxiliary modes for editing points. When editing points of an areal object, pressing the "Q" key disables a sign of a rectangle or if this sign is absent, brings the object to a rectangular shape (straightens the corners). Function of quick recording of the edited object by pressing the "hot" key "S" has been added. In the dialog for selecting the created object for the "Create object" mode, there is added a support for the class hierarchy, presented as a tree of layers/classes. The selection of objects is carried out taking into account localizations, layers and classes. The list of selected objects is presented in the form of the table which contains the information about localization, a code, a key, a name and a class of objects. The search by all objects of the classifier has been improved with the ability to filter the table by individual localizations. In the mode of searching by selected objects, all used localizations are set, and when moving in the table of objects, a class is indicated in the tree of layers/classes.

Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared and placed the map of the Chuvash Republic on the geoportal "Bank of spatial data". The map was formed using OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m) and was saved into a packed project (MPTZ). The MPTZ format project includes a digital map of the region's territory (country, subject of the federation, administrative region) and a digital classifier. Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".

In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of cadastral engineer" version 14.5.7 has been developed. In the new version, the module for obtaining the structured address of an object has been updated in accordance with the classification of the State Address Register. Improvements were made in connection with a change in the structure of the address database "Panorama", located at www.gisserver.info. The new database contains more than 100,000,000 addresses of land plots and objects of real estate. To get a description of the location, in the "FIAS address" dialog, support has been added for selecting an address, taking into account the administrative or municipal division.

The "Semantics of object of cadastral works" mode has been improved, the address selection tools have been updated, unnecessary and obsolete elements have been removed, including information about documents and geodetic points used in the performance of cadastral works. The specified data are conducted in "Base of cadastral works" and can be quickly inserted into any of dialogs for formation of cadastral documents.

The mode "Base of cadastral works" has been improved. Elements of conducting the list of the documents used at execution of cadastral works have been added. The storage of information about documents is carried out with reference to the contract for the performance of cadastral works. In the modes "Map (plan) of the land management object", "Land survey plan", "Technical plan", "Formation of a map-plan of the territory", "Certificate of inspection of the property" and "Correction of registry errors", elements for selecting documents from the "Base of cadastral works" have been added.

In the mode "Reading of the cadastral plan of territory and map updating", a drawing of conditional parts of land plots and objects of capital construction has been implemented. If there is no information about the spatial component of the part in the extract about the land plot or real estate, the program calculates the coordinates of the point for drawing the conditional part in the center of the cadastral object. A reading the details of the "Special marks" element has been added. The survey classifier is supplemented with the necessary objects and semantics.

In the dialog "Description of the location of the boundaries", the formation of a document on the location of the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones is implemented in accordance with the requirements of Order P/0292 dated July 26, 2022, which entered into force on March 1, 2023. Report templates have been updated and the order of inserting images into the report, depending on the settings specified by the user was corrected.

In the mode "Technical plan" at formation of XML file there is corrected a recording the area of object, information about the material of external walls and the type of permitted use of the building. When performing cadastral work to clarify the characteristics of a real estate object, the option "Do not include coordinates" has been added on the "Object characteristics" page. In this case, for buildings and constructions registered in the cadastre, information about the spatial component is not recorded into the XML file. In the "Formation of a map-plan of the territory" mode, the map folder is used by default to place the XML document. In the "Correction of registry errors" mode, methods have been added that ensure the insertion of diagrams and drawings into the report, and rounding the area has been corrected.

The mode "Decorating a parcel with border lines" has been adapted for working with a group of selected objects. The "Fill in report by object metric" mode has been supplemented with the ability to interrupt the process when stream processing several selected objects into one file. In the "Generate a summary GPS measurement protocol" mode, a call blocking is added if there are no selected source objects.

The task of connecting geoportals has been improved. There are added the geoportals from the server of KB "Panorama: Razgrafka 1: 1 000 000, Razgrafka 1: 500 000, Razgrafka 1: 200 000, Razgrafka 1: 100 000. The geoportal of the Bogorodsky District map has been updated. RGIS geoportal of the Ryazan region has been added with the following layers: Public services and institutions, Road facilities, State property, Cultural heritage sites, Branches of the State Bank of Russia, Nature management, Hydrography, Service areas of the PHS, Quarter network, Forest park green belt, SPNT of regional significance, Industrial enterprises, Offers for the sale of plots in 2022, Agricultural land, Telecommunication facilities.
