In KB "Panorama" the version 8.5 has been developed. In the new version the interconnection between analog maps and images and digital data has been added. If the metadata of analog maps and images matches the metadata of digital maps and images, it becomes possible to download a digital version of the analog data set. The connection is established automatically when materials are loaded into the storage. The display of information about the movement of materials for analog maps and images has been optimized.
Possibility of fast viewing the information about a map object has been added. When you select an object on the map, a dialog with information about it is immediately displayed. Filtration of the metadata table does not occur. If there are several objects in the selection point, information about the first one is displayed. For integration with other systems and applications there were added the events - downloading of data sets, loading of the data. Tracing these events, it is possible to carry out additional operations with data. For example, data transmission into other systems or creation of reports. Search and selection of objects on a map through 180 meridian has been improved.
The list of metadata fields for geodetic points has been expanded. Ability has been added to download/export the status of coordinates and heights of geodetic points (main or additional). Formation of a report on presence of materials in PDF format has been optimized, the classifier of maps-schemes has been updated. Uniting of geodetic points into clusters has been implemented, and new types of objects have been added. The list of diagnostic messages and error messages has been expanded.
Safety of the data is provided with differentiation of access rights on the basis of the means of safety which are a part of an operating system. Usual check of authenticity, the digest-authentication, system check of authenticity (web server means) and domain (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory) is supported. Additional safety is provided with use of a through authentication at work with a database. Connection to base occurs to the rights of the user working with system. The complex is adapted for work on a wide spectrum of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, ALT Linux, Elbrus, Ubuntu, CentOS, MS Windows and others) and architecture (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the domestic software register under number 1862.

From November 30 till December 1, 2023, the international forum (BIFSD 2023) was held in Bishkek, at which specialists from KB "Panorama" presented the report "Digitalization of management based on GIS technologies "PANORAMA".
The event was organized by the with the support of the . The forum covered issues of digital transformation in three key areas: geospatial data, sustainable development of territories, cadastral valuation of real estate objects. To exchange experiences and strengthen business ties, representatives of government agencies and business from Russia, the CIS, Turkey, and the Persian Gulf countries met at the event.
In their report, specialists of KB "Panorama" have shared their experience in implementing of corporate, regional and national geoinformation systems with use of GIS-technologies "Panorama".
The corporate GIS "Rosseti", created by order of PAO "Rosseti", provides information support when performing work to reduce the likelihood of accidents, technological violations and other emergency situations on electrical networks, as well as to mitigate their negative consequences.
The geoinformation subsystem created for OJCS "SUEK" provides control over the timely allocation of land plots, minimizing the risks of non-compliance with land legislation, monitoring the location of real estate objects within the boundaries of land plots, and optimizing financial costs during mining operations.
An example of a regional system built on serial products "Panorama" is the , designed for placement, storage, updating, analysis and presentation of spatial data received from various sources, in the interests of regional authorities and residents of the region.
The information system for maintaining the federal fund of spatial data (IS FFPD) automates the activities of maintaining the federal fund of spatial data, which contains spatial data and materials obtained as a result of geodetic and cartographic work organized by the state.
The main idea of the report is that geographic information systems of any level and complexity are effectively built on serial software, which significantly speeds up the development and implementation process. For example, RGIS of the Ryazan region was created on the basis of the software of the "Geoportal Region" complex, which includes server products - , , and the GIS "Panorama" desktop application.

The annual all-Russian forum was held in Ryazan from November 30th till December 1st, 2023. The event was opened by the Governor of the Ryazan Region, Pavel Viktorovich Malkov, with a report "Digital region: Social services for citizens". The forum gathered about 600 participants, and 54 industry experts were involved. The discussion was held in 5 areas.
As part of the panel discussion on the topic: "Use of RGIS in cadastral valuation and other industries. BIGDATA - analytics of the urban environment and digital tourism", a discussion of practical experience in operating was held. Minister of Digital Development, Information Technologies and Communications of the Ryazan Region Andrey Yuryevich Ulyanov noted that RGIS is actively developing and has become an important element of regional management. At the moment, more than 600 layers have been loaded in the RGIS RO built on serial . The system is used by specialists from various departments to enter and analyze spatial data. Tishina Oksana Anatolyevna, director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Ryazan Region "GKO Center", in her report spoke about the use of RGIS RO for the purposes of state cadastral valuation.
Specialists from JSC KB "Panorama" took part in the discussion. Experience in using software solutions and technologies in industry solutions was presented. The reports "GIS in urban planning" and "GIS in nature management" were made by the head of the technical support service of JSC KB "Panorama" Demidenko Roman Albertovich. Leading programmer of JSC KB "Panorama", Vladimir Andreevich Zheleznyakov spoke about the possibilities of "Artificial intelligence in GIS". In the report "Technology of constructing geoportals", Denis Aleksandrovich Vitsko, system analyst at JSC KB Panorama, reflected the main capabilities and technical solutions used in the creation of geoportals. During the discussion of the reports, specialists from other regions were interested in the new capabilities of software solutions and the conditions for their integration into their existing systems and products. The director of the OGBU "Center for State Cadastral Valuation of Real Estate" (Irkutsk) in her speech spoke about the results of the trial operation of the (FGIS UDP NSDS) in the Irkutsk region. According to her, the NSDS looks like an extremely promising solution that can be used in cadastral valuation, but some areas still need to be improved. During the discussion, specialists from the Kamchatka Territory spoke about their experience of entering data into the FGIS UDP NSDS. It turned out that specialists of cadastral valuation centers in various regions widely use the services "Public Cadastral Map" and "Unified Electronic Cartographic Basis", as well as the Federal Spatial Data Portal in their practical activities. In addition, data from public services with open spatial data is used, including those posted on the website gisinfo.ru in the GIS "Panorama" format.
In KB "Panorama" the version 15.1.1 has been developed. In the new version in modes the "Technical plan" (, and other objects of real estate) possibility of selecting the version of "XML-scheme used to generate XML-document" has been added. The program supports XML-schemes TP_v06 and TP_v07_R03. There is a switch on the Options/XML tab to select version of XML-scheme. The TP_v07_R03 scheme was put into effect by order of Rosreestr dated September 6, 2023 No. P/0347 "On posting on the official website of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography on the Internet information and telecommunications network of an XML-scheme used to generate the technical plan of a building, construction, an unfinished construction object, premises, parking spaces, a single real estate complex in the form of an electronic document".
In the dialog, the block of information about the cadastral engineer has been improved, new fields have been added: registration number (OGRNIP), name of the document. The position of executive has been added into the information about customers. The composition of the source data fields has been expanded, the code of coordinate system, the type of geodetic network, and the factory number of the measuring instrument have been added. When recording information in XML, the obsolete FlatsEGRN and CarParkingSpaces elements have been removed. In the element describing the address of the property, the positions OKATO, KLADR, OKTMO have been removed. A new section "Information about cultural heritage objects" has been added. When recording information about the area of a real estate property, a calculation of the error in determining the area has been added. The recording of the characteristics of premises and parking spaces located in the building has been improved.
In the mode, the calculation of the area of a multi-contour object and the error in determining the area have been corrected. The mode has been improved; information about the scale of the attached graphic file, obtained by using the "Save image for graphic part of report" mode, has been unloaded into the report.
In the mode, the algorithm for inserting into the report information about the coordinates of corrected cadastral objects (sites, OKSs and parts) has been changed. Previously, a presence on a map of two objects with identical cadastral number (an object according to the EGRN and a corrected object) was required. And if there was no object according to the EGRN, then the information was not inserted into the report. However, there are objects registered in the EGRN without a coordinate description of their boundaries. The modified algorithm allows you to analyze only one object - the corrected one. If there is no object according to the EGRN, dashes are inserted into the column "Coordinate values in EGRN".
The new version of the program is available on the website in the section.
