GIS "Environmental Monitoring and Analytics" is created as the automated system intended for the solution of special tasks on processing of measurements and the analysis of a physical field (a phenomenon, an event):
Input data of the program are:
- • visualization of the scheme for an arrangement of supervision points over indicators of a physical field (a phenomenon, an event, etc.) on the background of topographical and thematic information;
- • processing of measurements in supervision points for the purpose of mistakes and noise elimination;
- • receiving on the indicators, measured in points of supervision, the derivative values for the further analysis by methods of mathematical statistics;
- • construction on the indicators, measured in points of supervision and received as a result of processing, the matrices characterizing spatial distributions of an indicator by methods of interpolation;
- • the automated formation of temporary ranks of matrices for indicators of monitoring;
- • construction on matrices of isolines maps;
- • performance with temporary ranks of matrices - arithmetic and statistical operations with the purpose of receiving estimated and expected matrices;
- • construction on indicators of monitoring the schedules of change for an indicator eventually;
- • joint display of temporary ranks of matrices, maps of isolines and schedules with application of means for the retrospective analysis and animation of data;
- • the automated formation of maps' images, matrices and schedules for preparation of reports and presentations;
- • the automated formation of reports and research opinions. For functioning of the program, there are used background maps and a database with measurements in the Microsoft SQL Server DBMS format. For maintaining DB, it is delivered the independent module "Maintaining DB" and a library for data exchange.
