Complex of geodesy calculations

Complex of geodesy calculations is the additional module functioning as a part of desktop software products the "Panorama". The complex is paid in addition to the Professional GIS "Panorama" , Professional vectorizer "Panorama-editor" or it is supplied as part of the "Workstation of cadastral engineer".

The complex of geodetic calculations is intended for data processing of topographical, geodetic and cadastral researches in the office environment, mapping the results of calculations and generating report documents. The software which are a part of the Complex allow to solve the majority of the problems facing the organizations, performing field works for preparation of large-scale plans and registering the land plots and objects of real estate onto the cadastral registration.

GIS "Panorama" provides a set of functions that are focused on data processing of geodetic measurements of terrain performed both by traditional instruments (theodolites, levels, roulettes) with recording into field notes and by electronic tacheometers and satellite systems. During the processing of measurements obtained by any of these means the formation of report sheets and mapping the results of calculations and adjustment are performed.

For processing "raw" measurements the tabular form of data input from field notes is provided. Appearance and input order are maximally approximated to traditional forms of filling the field notes, mandatory fields for input are marked by color. Data input into tables from digital geodetic devices is carried out by means of the module "Import of geodetic measurements". The program processes the data files in the following exchange formats: RAW, SDR 33, R 4, R 5, M 5, REC 500, GTS-600, GTS-7 (GTS-700), 3Ta5, 3Ta5r, MOSS, GSI, DC1 (Pentax).

For loading into GIS format the data about pickets from text files with the coordinate description of the measurements' points the separate task is provided, it allows to process already ready coordinates. As a result on a map the points and their attributes will be presented. Using functions of the basic and geodetic editor it is possible to create additional points by linear and angular measurements relative to already existing objects on a map.

By pickets in automatic, semi-automatic or manual mode, you can create polygonal, linear, point objects and titles in accordance with the existing conventional symbols on the basis of digital map classifier.

In order to form contours by pickets (points with X Y Z coordinates) there are designed the special application and a set of map editor functions.

For final preparation of plane tables for issuance to the consumer it is enough to execute cutting of any (user) digital map onto plane tables of the specified scale and to perform operations of control, correction and a report of adjacent sheets. If you want to print maps, use the functions of automatic formation of marginal representation of tablets and preparation of large-scale plans to printing. Obtaining a hard copy of a map can be executed on any printing device standardly installed in the operating system.

For filling a package of the land-management documentation in the GIS Panorama 11 the built-in subsystem of formation of surveying affairs is provided. It is necessary and sufficient for user to have on a map a polygon object (plot), a list of attributive data and a set of report documents templates. The land tenure scheme is formed in an interactive mode, the user has possibility to specify the composition of objects, their appearance, format of representation of angular and linear sizes, and also to edit the received scheme for the report. The program, according to certain rules, will automatically choose the necessary data and will insert them into the report onto pre-reserved places in the template.

Reports are created in Microsoft Word format that allows the user additional possibilities for editing the received documents. The system has a set of report documents templates in Microsoft Word format, prepared in accordance with the requirements of Roszemkadastr. At the same time, the user has the opportunity to develop new patterns by himself or perform flexible adjustment of existing templates of report documents.

Call of the majority of described modes is carried out from the "Geodesy editor" issued in the form of sets of screen buttons.

The software included in the full range of the complex of geodesy calculations allow to solve the majority of the problems facing the organizations, performing field works for preparation of large-scale plans and registering the land plots and objects of real estate onto the cadastral registration.
