KB "Panorama" has developed GIS "Panorama" version 15.4.1 for the operating systems "Astra Linux Special Edition," "Alt Linux," "RED OS," and Ubuntu. The program implements new modes for connecting to the "Panorama Vision" service, and the automation of tools for creating and updating maps using overlay operations has been improved. Tasks for automatic label placement, data import and export in various formats, and maintaining object attribute characteristics have been refined.

The functionality for connecting to the "Panorama Vision" service has been expanded. A new mode, "Search for unregistered objects", has been added, designed for automatically identifying objects missing from the current digital map. To use the mode, you need to: open a digital terrain map, load satellite or aerial images of the area of interest, switch to the specified mode, specify the type of objects for analysis (e.g., buildings, roads, forest, etc.), select reference (existing) objects on the map, and submit a recognition request. After submitting the request, the "Panorama Vision" service performs: object interpretation on the images; comparison of recognized and reference contours; identification of new or different objects on the resulting map. As a result of the comparison, each object is assigned a semantic attribute with a corresponding display color: red - the object is found in the image but absent from the references (new); orange - the object has significant geometric differences from the reference; green - the object matches the reference; purple - a reference object that does not correspond to any of the found objects. The tolerance for shape deviation between the recognized object and the reference is set in the mode's interface. By default, it is 5 meters. The deviation is calculated using the Hausdorff distance - as the maximum distance from points of one object to the nearest points of the other. The result is saved in the semantics "Maximum deviation of object shape from the reference" (code 31302 in the service.rsc classifier). The mode can be used to identify objects of the following categories: agricultural fields, hydrographic objects (rivers, ponds, lakes, etc.), tall forest, young forest growth, clearcuts, buildings, dirt and paved roads.

The "Search for unregistered objects" mode is launched by a button on the "Automatic Recognition and Vectorization Suite" toolbar, accessible from the list of applied tasks. This panel also contains a button to open the "Automatic image recognition" dialog, which allows processing terrain images and data from open geoportals - even in the absence of a reference map. To obtain a ready-made vector map, the user needs to double-click on the request line in the "Request List" or open the context menu and select "Open layer". For identified objects, a link to the nearest reference object of the source map is recorded in the semantics "Link to map with addition of object number" (code 32797 in the service.rsc classifier).

In the "Cut from polygon" mode, a new algorithm for cutting internal and external intersection areas of an object with a template (cutter) has been implemented. Simple area objects or multipolygons can be selected as the edited object and template. The result is written into simple area objects or multipolygons and contains external or internal areas (areas of intersection with the template). Optionally, the template metric is reconciled with the edited object. Intersection points with the cut object are added to the template contour. Mode options are configured in the context menu activated by right-clicking when the mode is active.

The "Automatic label placement" task has been improved. Before placing labels on an open map, the mode for deleting previously created label objects is activated. In the new version, selective deletion is implemented: the ability to delete not all labels, but only those related to objects selected in the "Objects to be labeled" table. When a label is deleted, the semantics of the "Link to label" type are automatically removed from the corresponding objects. This logic allows safely updating labels only for the necessary objects without affecting other map elements.

In the "Import from CSV, TXT, XYH" dialog, the ability to specify the last row for processing has been added, useful if there are rows at the end of the file whose data should not be transferred to the map. When selecting the file columns to process, reassigning the same coordinate to different columns is blocked. If a column type is assigned that was already assigned to another column, the previous assignment will be cleared. Multiple fields can be assigned the same semantics if the map's classifier has the "Allow repetition" property set for it.

In the "Classifier Editor" task, on the "Semantics" tab, the "Description" property has been added. This property allows adding explanations to semantics that require specialized knowledge when filling. To enter a semantic description, you need to press the "Description" button. The user can enter explanatory text or paste from a document, edit, and save it. The presence of a description for a specific semantic is indicated by the color of the icon on the "Description" button: green - description added, gray - description absent. Semantic descriptions can be viewed in dialogs like "Select object", "Editing semantics of object list", and others. Querying semantic descriptions can be useful when maintaining territorial planning schemes, cadastral documents, navigation maps, and others. To control the correctness of semantic characteristic values, the capabilities of templates for allowed values have been expanded in the "Classifier Editor" task. Support for combined templates has been added, consisting of a fixed number of simple or special characters at the beginning of the string, then a variable number of characters from a specified set, and a fixed number of simple or special characters at the end of the string. When viewing attributes in the "Select object" dialog, a line containing an erroneous value will be highlighted in yellow.

For a more compact representation of a set of repeating combinations of attributes, compound semantics can be used. Compound semantics contain the values of several other semantics in one line, separated by a delimiter. The template for a compound semantic is set as a list of semantic numbers separated by a delimiter - "!#123,#345...". For example, for the template "!#350, #20, #22, #21, #23, #351", the semantic value could be the string: "FORWARD, FL200, STD, FL510, STD, CLSD", meaning that forward movement at flight level FL200-FL510 is closed. One object can have several such sets of attributes, which will be presented in multiple lines.

GIS "Panorama" is a universal Russian geoinformation system. The program is designed for accumulating, storing, automatically processing, and displaying data, results of calculations, and forecasts that have a geospatial reference. GIS "Panorama" contains tools for displaying and processing vector, raster, and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks such as modeling the movement of special objects against a 3D model background, forecasting the consequences of emergencies at hazardous facilities, monitoring aircraft movement, conducting geodetic and topographic work, processing data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, printing displayed spatial data to various output devices, and many others.

The new version of the program is available for download in the Downloads section.

KB "Panorama" has developed the Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank version 9.5.0. The new version adds the conversion of vector maps into exchange formats. Information systems for ensuring construction development (ISCD) and regional spatial data funds can receive data in SHP, DXF, MIF/MID formats. Selected datasets are converted on the fly to the specified format. All data in the repository remain in the original format. An export protocol is generated based on the conversion results. Converted data can be obtained via a browser or an exchange server.

Added the ability to generate a link to geocoverages for mobile devices and third-party applications. The link is generated in accordance with the TMS (Tile Map Service) specification. Mobile applications can use it to access maps built on spatial data.

The data integrity control mode has been optimized for processing a large number of records (over 2 million). The control procedure ensures timely detection of failures, and the automatic recovery procedure helps maintain the system in a working state.

Data security is ensured by differentiating access rights based on the security tools included in the operating system. Basic authentication, digest authentication, system authentication (via web server tools), and domain authentication (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory) are supported. Additional security is ensured by using end-to-end authentication when working with the database.

Connection to the database occurs with the rights of the user working with the system. The complex is adapted to work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, Ubuntu, RED OS, MS Windows, and others) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the Russian software registry under number 1862.

The Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank is the basis for building spatial data infrastructure at the federal, regional, and municipal levels, and in corporate information systems. Within a unified geoinformation space, the Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank implements the collection, storage, quality control, search, and issuance of spatial data in exchange formats. Spatial data selected using the program can be placed for multi-user access on the GIS Server and published according to international OGC standards WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS on the GIS WebService SE application server. Users can access data both from a thin client (using GIS WebServer SE) and from desktop applications (GIS "Panorama", GIS "Operator"). The Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank enables the construction of a cloud-based spatial data repository, providing access to this data, and automated generation and updating of geocoverages.

The current state of spatial data is displayed using map-schemes maintained for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices, and terrain models. It ensures remote placement of spatial data sets into file storage, versioning of stored sets, updating data availability map-schemes, automated collection and generation of metadata, and generation and updating of geocoverages. Automated collection and generation of metadata is performed according to standards ISO 19115:2003, Geographic information - Metadata, and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. Reduced-size copies of data images are automatically generated, and file checksums and data set completeness are checked. Spatial data is placed into file storage with integrity verification and control of data structure and content. Work results are logged and entered into the metadata database. Automatic backup of metadata and the spatial data repository with integrity control and data recovery is provided. A multilingual interface is supported.

The "Spatial Data Bank" portal demonstrates the capabilities for organizing the storage, accounting, and issuance of vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices, and terrain models. The portal contains vector maps in SXF format, generated from open sources (OpenStreetMap, VMap0). The spatial data includes maps of subjects of the Russian Federation, countries, and cities near and far abroad. A total of over 450 vector maps and over 6,700 matrix datasets with a total volume of over 250 GB. KB "Panorama" specialists weekly update and maintain the information composition on the portal. All published data is distributed free of charge under a free license.

The new version of the program is available for download on the Downloads page.

KB "Panorama" has developed "Agronomist's Workstation" version 15.5.3. The new version expands the tools for creating and editing objects on the map. Now, when preparing field plans and schemes, land reclamation projects, or cadastral boundary maps of land plots, the agronomist can input lengths directly in millimeters on the map, significantly simplifying the creation of drawings without unnecessary calculations. When loading spatial data from external sources in Shapefile format, the system automatically checks the compliance of the loaded object with the selected type in the classifier, eliminating identification errors at an early stage.

In the program, special attention is paid to building logical connections between objects and data integrity control. In the semantics editing dialog, the ability to create linked meta-objects using GUID-type references has been added. This means that an agronomist can not only indicate the presence of equipment in a field but also immediately create its card with a full set of parameters, whether it's a well, pumping station, or weather sensor. This approach forms a unified data structure for the farm, where each element has its own detailed information and is closely linked to the location.

Data import and export mechanisms have been significantly revised. When loading tabular data from CSV, XYH, and TXT, users have access to "fine" settings: you can now specify the last line for processing, excluding technical information from the end of the file. Furthermore, if repetition is allowed for semantics in the classifier, the same characteristics can be flexibly assigned to different fields within a single load.

To exchange data with external information systems, export to GML and JSON formats has been improved. The new style saving function allows exporting point objects along with their graphical representation in accordance with the international SLD (Styled Layer Descriptor) standard, simplifying the integration of field maps into reports and presentations without loss of visual informativeness.

Added control mechanisms, such as the option to insert objects only on the current map, prevent accidental changes in base maps and adjacent layers, which is especially important when working collaboratively with data.

"Agronomist's Workstation" is a specialized tool for agriculture that helps agronomists work more efficiently with spatial and analytical data, save time on routine operations, and make more informed decisions aimed at increasing productivity and sustainability of farming. The new version of the software package is available on the website in the Downloads section.
