Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared a video tutorial on the work of the mode of the applied task "Flight Scheme Design" in . A standard instrument departure route is an established route for flight under instrument flight rules (IFR), connecting an aerodrome or runway with a designated main point, usually on a given ATS route, where the en-route flight stage begins. A departure scheme is established and published for each runway of an aerodrome from which instrument departures are anticipated. It should be designed for all categories of aircraft where possible. Where departures are limited to specific categories, corresponding parameters are indicated on the departure chart.
The video tutorial demonstrates the formation of a departure route scheme without vectoring along the track line. The dialog form consists of a panel with departure schemes, which allows selecting the scheme type. Common fields ("General departure parameters" and "End of zone") applied to all routes are located below. Under them are individual settings that change depending on the selected scheme.
First, the base map on which the scheme will be placed is selected. The map must be editable and with visibility enabled. After setting the scheme parameters, interactive placement of a group of objects on the map is performed. With the "Attach scheme" flag set, the placement of the departure scheme is performed with attachment to the threshold. The threshold point is set during the initial setup of the DB mode task. Clearing the "Attach scheme" flag allows placing the scheme at an arbitrary point.
This video material will be useful for specialists involved in creating and updating aeronautical data, preparing documents for flight schemes, and ensuring the functioning of the air traffic management system. Educational materials can be found in the section.
Geoportal has been supplemented with a map of French Polynesia, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the program or other software products of KB "Panorama".
The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of . Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of .
Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".
Specialists at KB "Panorama" have prepared a video tutorial on the mode within the application task in . The reviewed mode is designed for plotting a list of holding patterns onto an aeronautical chart.
The video tutorial demonstrates the result of displaying holding patterns on a map. The basis for displaying standard holding patterns is a user map included in the "En-Route Chart" aeronautical chart. For flight patterns within holding areas, the "racetrack" pattern symbol is used. The holding pattern database is populated using the "Enter Holding Patterns" dialog.
The dialog contains a list of holding patterns in airport areas and on air routes. The list does not include patterns for which information about the base point is missing. When the "In Airport Areas" or "On Air Routes" options are set, the lists of holding patterns will be generated according to the selected filter. Maneuvers of an old pattern are replaced by new ones, and maneuvers excluded from the database are not modified and require manual deletion after analysis.
This video material will be useful for specialists involved in creating and updating aeronautical data, preparing documents for flight procedures, and ensuring the functioning of the air traffic management system. The training materials can be found in the section.
Specialists at KB "Panorama" have prepared a digital classifier for maintaining the State Information System for Supporting Urban Planning Activities (ГИСОГД) of the Chuvash Republic. The basis for developing the classifier was the . This document regulates the composition of layers, the structure of attributes, and the requirements for the symbology of urban planning documentation objects.
Digital classifiers are included in the Complex of Urban Planning Tasks and allow for the formation of territorial planning documents, zoning schemes, master plans, land-use planning and land surveying projects.
Information and materials containing spatial (cartographic) data can be loaded into the Urban Planning GIS in various formats. The GML/XML and SXF formats are used for transferring data as a single file containing a full set of layers, objects, and their attributes. The MID/MIF and SHP formats imply separate data transfer for each thematic layer. To correctly form the data structure when converting to the SHP format, special configuration files isogd_21.rscz.toshp for the Chuvash Republic are used. They ensure correct layer names, the composition of attribute tables, and compliance of object codes with the requirements of the respective regional Urban Planning GIS.
The development of classifiers was carried out in response to requests from design and operational organizations. The prepared classifiers ensure a unified, normatively agreed approach to maintaining urban planning data in the regions.
Digital classifiers and the current version of the Complex of Urban Planning Tasks are available for download on the website in the Classifiers and sections.
Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared and placed a map of the Republic of Adygea on the geoportal. To work with the map, you can use the program or other software products from KB "Panorama".
The map has been converted to the modernized classifier for large-scale plans at a scale of 1:5,000 (map5000m) and saved as a packed project (MPTZ). The MPTZ format project includes a digital map of the region (country, federal subject, administrative district), a map of the region's administrative-territorial division, and a digital classifier. The placement of updates in the spatial data bank was carried out using the . The publication of the spatial data bank's content on the geoportal and access to data for download are implemented using .
Free maps based on OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the "Digital Maps" page.
