KB "Panorama" has developed GIS Constructor version 1.5 for the domestic Aurora mobile OS. The new version enables visualization of information in GeoPackage, Mbtiles, and BIR formats, obtained from both remote services and local sources. Data display functions at any level of the tile pyramid detail, even if information for some levels is initially missing. Only one available scale is required to build a map – based on it, the application automatically generates reduced copies or applies digital image zoom. Smoothing algorithms are used in the process, enhancing clarity and visualization quality. All generated images are cached, significantly speeding up their subsequent loading when the same data is accessed again. Support for vector data in the GeoPackage (GPKG) format has been implemented. This format combines the capabilities for storing vector data, metadata, and attribute information in a single SQLite database file.

Interaction with external geoportals has been improved. The capability to connect to WMTS services using the common tile addressing format has been implemented, simplifying integration with cartographic sources from third-party systems. The data exchange algorithm with external portals has been optimized for unstable connections. Now, if the requested information is temporarily unavailable on the service, the connection remains active. Corresponding records of erroneous network requests are added to the diagnostic log. In case of a connection loss (e.g., due to a weak communication channel), reconnection attempts occur after an interval specified in the configuration file of the GIS core libraries. This ensures a balance between application fault tolerance and avoiding excessive network requests to geoportals.

The company's specialists have updated the digital classifiers for creating aeronautical charts, dfc.rscz and dfc_en.rscz. The new edition introduces significant changes to improve the detail and accuracy of aeronautical data. Steps have been completed to update the airspace structure, including Air Traffic Services (ATS), airspace restrictions, ATS routes, reporting points, and radio navigation aids. Within them, the symbols of the "Obstacles" layer have been aligned with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO); new objects have been added to the "Aerodrome Network" and "Reporting Points and Radio Navigation Aids" layers. Furthermore, attribute characteristics for objects in the "Routes" layer have been expanded. These changes ensure an up-to-date representation of the airspace structure, air traffic services, aerodrome network, and obstacles. The GIS supports work with various types of digital classifiers, which define the organization and presentation of spatial data. In addition to aeronautical ones, the application provides classifiers for nautical charts (s57navy.rscz) and other specialized symbol sets. The classifiers contain a complete description of map layers, objects, their properties, and display rules, defining the appearance of various objects on screen and in print. Current versions of the symbol sets are available for download in the "Classifiers" section.

GIS Constructor for the domestic Aurora mobile OS is a set of geoinformation components based on the cross-platform MAPAPI interface for working with spatial data and the Qt framework, allowing for the development of custom GIS applications for mobile devices running Aurora OS. The content of digital maps is visualized using symbols adopted for topographic, general geographic, and various special maps. The geoinformation system offers extensive capabilities for performing calculations and displaying spatial data on various graphic devices using standard and custom symbol systems. Core functions can operate in multithreaded mode. Automatic optimization of used RAM is supported for processing large data volumes (tens of gigabytes) on limited resources (hundreds of megabytes).

Aurora OS is a Russian mobile operating system developed by "Open Mobile Platform" company. The operating system is designed to build a trusted mobile infrastructure and protect sensitive information in government organizations, large, and medium-sized commercial companies. It contributes to ensuring the state's technological sovereignty through a secure mobile environment and complies with all regulatory requirements in the field of national security and information protection. Aurora OS allows for centralized management of a mobile device fleet and the applied mobile software when using Aurora Center. The current version of the Aurora mobile OS has been certified by the FSTEC of Russia and fully meets the requirements for type "A" operating systems of protection class 4 and trust level 4.

The new version of GIS Constructor for Aurora OS is available for download in the Download section.

Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared a new edition of the digital classifiers dfc.rscz and dfc_en.rscz. These classifiers describe layers, objects, and their characteristics, ensuring the digital representation of information on the structure of airspace – Air Traffic Service (ATS), airspace restrictions, ATS routes, reporting points and radio navigation aids, aerodrome network, and obstacles.

The appearance of the "Obstacles" layer symbols has been updated in accordance with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) outlined in the document "Aeronautical Charts Manual". Changes have been made to the appearance of objects in the layer: "Obstacle (unlit)", "Group of unlit obstacles", "Obstacle (lit)", "Group of lit obstacles", "Unlit obstacle hazardous to flight", "Group of unlit obstacles hazardous to flight", "High obstacle (lit)", and others. Objects of the "Vector" (V) type from the "Obstacles" layer have been assigned the "obsolete" parameter.

Point symbols with "Point" localization have been added to the "Aerodrome Network - Unmanned Aircraft System Landing Site" layer. The "Reporting Points and Radio Navigation Aids" layer now includes the objects "Fly-by Request Reporting Point" and "Fly-by Compulsory Reporting Point". Attribute characteristics have been added for objects in the "Routes" layer: "296 True Track (Forward)", "297 True Track (Back)", "301 Magnetic Track (Forward)".

The following semantics have been assigned to the symbols of the "Aerodrome Network" layer: "104 Aerodrome Transition Altitude", "105 Aerodrome Transition Level", and others. Templates for semantic characteristics have been added: "20 Lower Height Limit", "21 Upper Height Limit", "417 Reference Datum Height (ILS RDH)", "425 ATC Alternate Height", "428 Airspace Separation Level (Lower/Upper)", and others.

The capability for the repeating semantic "401 ATS Airspace Class" has been implemented. Consequently, changes have been made to the appearance of the following symbols: "Flight Information Region (FIR) Label", "Control Area (CTA) Label", "Terminal Control Area (TMA) Label", "Control Area (CTA) Label without Transition Altitude", and "Flight Information Sector (FIS) Label".

The digital classifiers dfc.rscz and dfc_en.rscz are included in the GIS "Panorama" and the "AIP Preparation Kit". They are used in the formation of aeronautical documents, which are applied for planning the airspace structure, for flight route plotting and study, engineering-navigational flight calculations, visual and radar orientation, route design, and determination of flight navigation parameters.

The updated classifiers are available for download in the "Classifiers" section.

KB "Panorama" has developed "Agronomist's Workstation" version 15.5.1. The new version enhances capabilities for precise and operational management of agricultural lands. Key changes are aimed at expanding analytical and cartographic functions, which directly impact the quality of field work planning and the economic efficiency of agricultural production.

The tools for working with semantic data of objects have been improved in the "Editing Semantics of Object List" dialog. It is now possible to flexibly configure the export of field and land characteristics to Excel tables, selecting only the attributes needed for analysis, such as soil type, fertilizer application history, or yield data. This enables faster preparation of agrochemical maps and report generation, freeing specialists from the routine processing of excessive information.

For deeper analysis of interrelationships between objects, the "Select Object" dialog has been enhanced. If a map contains an object referencing another, for example, a land reclamation system project or a crop rotation scheme, the user can instantly navigate to it. This ensures the integrity of perception of complex agronomic information and simplifies data navigation within the farm.

The task of connecting to geoportals has been improved. The capabilities for visualizing and exporting cartographic materials have been expanded. It is now possible to save the current map with all applied data, including vector layers, satellite imagery, and information from geoportals, into popular graphic formats. An agronomist can quickly prepare and share a task map for fertilizer application, a crop condition map, or an equipment location diagram with colleagues or contractors, selecting the exact required area for saving.

The updated "Search and Select" and "Display Composition" dialogs allow for quick location of desired land plots on the map by name, code, or other attributes. The selection inversion function allows, for example, quick selection of all fields except those already processed, or analysis of unused lands. This provides agricultural enterprises with opportunities to optimize land resources and monitor the implementation of agrotechnical activities.

The innovations in the "Agronomist's Workstation" are designed to help agricultural producers make more informed agrotechnical decisions, saving time and resources, and laying the foundation for the future harvest. The new version of the program is available for download on the website in the Download section.
