Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared a new edition of the digital classifiers dfc.rscz and . These classifiers describe layers, objects, and their characteristics, ensuring the digital representation of information on the structure of airspace – Air Traffic Service (ATS), airspace restrictions, ATS routes, reporting points and radio navigation aids, aerodrome network, and obstacles.
The appearance of the "Obstacles" layer symbols has been updated in accordance with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) outlined in the document "Aeronautical Charts Manual". Changes have been made to the appearance of objects in the layer: "Obstacle (unlit)", "Group of unlit obstacles", "Obstacle (lit)", "Group of lit obstacles", "Unlit obstacle hazardous to flight", "Group of unlit obstacles hazardous to flight", "High obstacle (lit)", and others. Objects of the "Vector" (V) type from the "Obstacles" layer have been assigned the "obsolete" parameter.
Point symbols with "Point" localization have been added to the "Aerodrome Network - Unmanned Aircraft System Landing Site" layer. The "Reporting Points and Radio Navigation Aids" layer now includes the objects "Fly-by Request Reporting Point" and "Fly-by Compulsory Reporting Point". Attribute characteristics have been added for objects in the "Routes" layer: "296 True Track (Forward)", "297 True Track (Back)", "301 Magnetic Track (Forward)".
The following semantics have been assigned to the symbols of the "Aerodrome Network" layer: "104 Aerodrome Transition Altitude", "105 Aerodrome Transition Level", and others. Templates for semantic characteristics have been added: "20 Lower Height Limit", "21 Upper Height Limit", "417 Reference Datum Height (ILS RDH)", "425 ATC Alternate Height", "428 Airspace Separation Level (Lower/Upper)", and others.
The capability for the repeating semantic "401 ATS Airspace Class" has been implemented. Consequently, changes have been made to the appearance of the following symbols: "Flight Information Region (FIR) Label", "Control Area (CTA) Label", "Terminal Control Area (TMA) Label", "Control Area (CTA) Label without Transition Altitude", and "Flight Information Sector (FIS) Label".
The digital classifiers dfc.rscz and dfc_en.rscz are included in the and the . They are used in the formation of aeronautical documents, which are applied for planning the airspace structure, for flight route plotting and study, engineering-navigational flight calculations, visual and radar orientation, route design, and determination of flight navigation parameters.
The updated classifiers are available for download in the "Classifiers" section.
KB "Panorama" has developed "Agronomist's Workstation" version 15.5.1. The new version enhances capabilities for precise and operational management of agricultural lands. Key changes are aimed at expanding analytical and cartographic functions, which directly impact the quality of field work planning and the economic efficiency of agricultural production.
The tools for working with semantic data of objects have been improved in the dialog. It is now possible to flexibly configure the export of field and land characteristics to Excel tables, selecting only the attributes needed for analysis, such as soil type, fertilizer application history, or yield data. This enables faster preparation of agrochemical maps and report generation, freeing specialists from the routine processing of excessive information.
For deeper analysis of interrelationships between objects, the dialog has been enhanced. If a map contains an object referencing another, for example, a land reclamation system project or a crop rotation scheme, the user can instantly navigate to it. This ensures the integrity of perception of complex agronomic information and simplifies data navigation within the farm.
The task of has been improved. The capabilities for visualizing and exporting cartographic materials have been expanded. It is now possible to save the current map with all applied data, including vector layers, satellite imagery, and information from geoportals, into popular graphic formats. An agronomist can quickly prepare and share a task map for fertilizer application, a crop condition map, or an equipment location diagram with colleagues or contractors, selecting the exact required area for saving.
The updated and dialogs allow for quick location of desired land plots on the map by name, code, or other attributes. The selection inversion function allows, for example, quick selection of all fields except those already processed, or analysis of unused lands. This provides agricultural enterprises with opportunities to optimize land resources and monitor the implementation of agrotechnical activities.
The innovations in the "Agronomist's Workstation" are designed to help agricultural producers make more informed agrotechnical decisions, saving time and resources, and laying the foundation for the future harvest. The new version of the program is available for download on the website in the Download section.

Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared and published a map of the Kaliningrad Region on the geoportal. The map was created using OpenStreetMap data. To work with it, you can use the software or other software products from KB "Panorama".
The map has been converted to the modernized classifier for large-scale plans at a scale of 1:5,000 (map5000m) and saved as a packed project (MPTZ). The MPTZ format project includes a digital map of the region's territory (country, federal subject, administrative district) and a digital classifier. Updates were placed in the spatial data bank using the program. The publication of the spatial data bank's content on the geoportal and access to the data for download are implemented using .
Free maps based on OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the "Digital Maps" page.
KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.5.1. The new version enhances tools for map editing, configuring topological relationships between objects, connecting geoportals, and working with attribute databases. Additionally, functions for dynamic labeling, data import, 3D modeling, and map printing have been improved.
In the task, support for topological relationships when creating linear objects has been implemented. The start and end of a line can now automatically snap to other objects according to rules set in the classifier. This ensures the correct construction of networks for various purposes, such as transport, utility, or communication networks. Furthermore, snapping points to contour intersections has been added, improving editing accuracy. In the point object creation mode, the ability to form multipoint objects has been implemented.
In the task, the settings for linear object adjacency rules have been expanded: you can specify the types of objects allowed to connect, as well as mandatory semantics for linking elements. Custom cluster visibility scales have been added, allowing flexible configuration of display during zooming, including for publishing maps in web applications.
In the task, work with tables has been improved. Filters for selected objects have been implemented, along with buttons for adding and deleting rows, and color-coded change indicators: new entries are highlighted in green, edited ones in yellow, and those marked for deletion in red. Support for tables with a composite primary key and multiple selection when opening datasets has been added. Export to CSV now runs in the background, allowing continued work with the interface.
The tools for have been updated. Algorithms for finding free space when placing labels for linear objects have been improved, and label alignment and automatic line wrapping have been implemented. This improves the readability of maps with dense data content. In the "Build Label by Object Semantics" task, the ability to save labeling parameters has been implemented, speeding up re-labeling and ensuring map design consistency.
In the and dialogs, quick search by layer or class name, filtering by code, key, and symbolic code, as well as sorting by any table field have been added. The "Objects" tab now features layer and object inversion modes, as well as tools for working with unique numbers—they can be loaded from a file, pasted from the clipboard, or entered manually.
In the settings, the ability to copy coordinate system sets from other files has been added, speeding up projection configuration. Support for the CGCS2000 Gauss-Kruger zone 13–23 (EPSG:4491–4501) coordinate system, used in China, has been implemented.
In the dialog, a mode for copying to another map and new functions for working with semantics have been added: you can select semantics for display in the header or navigate to related objects via a link, including opening them with a double-click.
In the task of , support for authorization via the Keycloak system has been implemented, and new data sources have been added. The MarineTraffic geoportal, which provides real-time vessel movement display, has been connected. Geoportals with data transmission in PBF format and ESRI layers (Sentinel-2, Agriculture, Infrared, and others) have also been included. Connection to the services of the SOOI of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources, Rosleskhoz, GISOGD of the Chelyabinsk Region, and FGIS TP has been added.
(RSW, BMP, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, KMZ) has been improved. You can now select the save area by window, coordinates, selected objects, or nomenclature sheets. All open data—vector maps, databases, remote sensing imagery, and WMS/WFS services—are considered during export. In the data import task, the ability to preview the contents of CSV, XYH, and TXT files has been added. When importing DXF files, you can set layer display as objects with the desired symbols from the classifier.
GIS "Operator" has added support for various versions of the Python interpreter. The active version is selected in the program settings, simplifying the use of custom scripts. A sample script for editing a list of coordinates in tabular form has been included in the base set.
