KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.5.1. The new version enhances tools for map editing, configuring topological relationships between objects, connecting geoportals, and working with attribute databases. Additionally, functions for dynamic labeling, data import, 3D modeling, and map printing have been improved.
In the task, support for topological relationships when creating linear objects has been implemented. The start and end of a line can now automatically snap to other objects according to rules set in the classifier. This ensures the correct construction of networks for various purposes, such as transport, utility, or communication networks. Furthermore, snapping points to contour intersections has been added, improving editing accuracy. In the point object creation mode, the ability to form multipoint objects has been implemented.
In the task, the settings for linear object adjacency rules have been expanded: you can specify the types of objects allowed to connect, as well as mandatory semantics for linking elements. Custom cluster visibility scales have been added, allowing flexible configuration of display during zooming, including for publishing maps in web applications.
In the task, work with tables has been improved. Filters for selected objects have been implemented, along with buttons for adding and deleting rows, and color-coded change indicators: new entries are highlighted in green, edited ones in yellow, and those marked for deletion in red. Support for tables with a composite primary key and multiple selection when opening datasets has been added. Export to CSV now runs in the background, allowing continued work with the interface.
The tools for have been updated. Algorithms for finding free space when placing labels for linear objects have been improved, and label alignment and automatic line wrapping have been implemented. This improves the readability of maps with dense data content. In the "Build Label by Object Semantics" task, the ability to save labeling parameters has been implemented, speeding up re-labeling and ensuring map design consistency.
In the and dialogs, quick search by layer or class name, filtering by code, key, and symbolic code, as well as sorting by any table field have been added. The "Objects" tab now features layer and object inversion modes, as well as tools for working with unique numbers—they can be loaded from a file, pasted from the clipboard, or entered manually.
In the settings, the ability to copy coordinate system sets from other files has been added, speeding up projection configuration. Support for the CGCS2000 Gauss-Kruger zone 13–23 (EPSG:4491–4501) coordinate system, used in China, has been implemented.
In the dialog, a mode for copying to another map and new functions for working with semantics have been added: you can select semantics for display in the header or navigate to related objects via a link, including opening them with a double-click.
In the task of , support for authorization via the Keycloak system has been implemented, and new data sources have been added. The MarineTraffic geoportal, which provides real-time vessel movement display, has been connected. Geoportals with data transmission in PBF format and ESRI layers (Sentinel-2, Agriculture, Infrared, and others) have also been included. Connection to the services of the SOOI of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources, Rosleskhoz, GISOGD of the Chelyabinsk Region, and FGIS TP has been added.
(RSW, BMP, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, KMZ) has been improved. You can now select the save area by window, coordinates, selected objects, or nomenclature sheets. All open data—vector maps, databases, remote sensing imagery, and WMS/WFS services—are considered during export. In the data import task, the ability to preview the contents of CSV, XYH, and TXT files has been added. When importing DXF files, you can set layer display as objects with the desired symbols from the classifier.
GIS "Operator" has added support for various versions of the Python interpreter. The active version is selected in the program settings, simplifying the use of custom scripts. A sample script for editing a list of coordinates in tabular form has been included in the base set. In the dialog, the ability to create custom toolbars with Python scripts and modes from various GIS tasks has been implemented.
The new version of the program is available for download in the section.
Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared an overview video tutorial on performing searches and selecting vector map objects that are part of an open document, using the task. This reviewed mode is available to users of , , "ARM Agronomist", and other software products from KB "Panorama".
In the video tutorial, using a map of Noginsk as an example, the work of the "Search and Select" task is demonstrated. The dialog box of the mode includes sections: "Objects", "Numbers", "Semantics", "Formulas", "Measurements", and "Models".
On the "Objects" tab, selection is performed by layers and classes, localization, and types of map objects. The composition of layers and classes is presented as a multi-level tree. Using the "Invert Layers" and "Invert Objects" modes, you can invert the selection conditions for layers, classes, and objects. When a layer or class is included or excluded from the selection conditions, the composition in the object table automatically changes. To quickly find the desired layer, class, or object, enter the necessary name in the search bar. The search is performed based on any substring match and is case-insensitive.
On the "Numbers" tab, the ability to load a list of unique numbers from a text file has been added. Supported delimiters include: comma, semicolon, tab. Furthermore, manual entry of unique numbers or ranges separated by commas can be performed.
Using the "Semantics" section, it is possible to select objects based on a combination of conditions applied to the values of the objects' semantic characteristics. On the "Formulas" tab, object selection is performed based on a list of mathematical formulas and a range of values that the calculation result must match. In the "Measurements" section, objects can be selected based on their spatial characteristics (measurements).
On the "Models" tab, users can save and set new selection conditions. The saved model file must be placed next to the map in the "LOG" subdirectory or next to the map classifier.
You can view the training materials in the "Video Tutorials" section.
KB "Panorama" has developed "Workstation for Cadastral Engineer" version 15.5.1. The new version expands the list of functions for interacting with the federal state information systems "National Spatial Data System", "Unified State Real Estate Register", and "Forestry Complex". Tools that automate the mapping of utility network elements have been developed.
The updated dialog provides searching for an object's location by address in your own address database or by cadastral number on the "National Spatial Data System" geoportal. When searching by an incomplete address, the response can be multiple; in this case, all found addresses are compiled into a drop-down list. When a row is selected from the search results list, the center of the map window moves to the selected address. The list of addresses is sorted by distance from the center of the current map extent.
The mode has been improved, enabling the loading of extracts from the State Forest Register (SFR). Starting from 2025, an extract from the SFR can be obtained through the "Gosuslugi" portal. The updated mode loads and displays on the map data from XML files "Extract from the State Forest Register on a Forest Block" and "Extract from the State Forest Register on a Forest Taxation Unit".
The mode has been updated. The reading and mapping of information from the extract about the shoreline (water body boundary) in the form of an electronic document, provided as an XML format file from the Unified State Real Estate Register, has been implemented.
The dialog has been improved. For the spatial object class "Cadastral Quarter", processing of the attribute "Special Notes" (SPECIAL_NOTES) has been added. For the "Land Plots" class, support for the attributes "Formula for Calculating Area" (FORMULA_ALL_S) and "Formula for Calculating Contour Areas" (FORMULA_S) has been implemented. The new attributes are displayed in the dialog on the "General Information" tab. They are used in the and dialogs when generating a text report, specifically for filling in the position "Formulas applied for calculating the maximum error in determining the area of the land plot, with values substituted into such formulas and the final (calculated) values" when processing multi-contour land plots and unified land uses. The algorithm for generating the position "Formulas applied for calculating the mean square error in determining the coordinates of a characteristic point of boundaries (Mt)" in the report has been improved.
The "Territory Map-Plan" mode has been refined. For clarified or corrected land plots and real estate objects, the algorithm for searching for deleted points of the original object has been changed. When generating a text report, automatic filling of the marker #SCALE# with information about the scale of the land plot boundary scheme has been added. When filling out the "Act of Agreement on the Location of Land Plot Boundaries during Complex Cadastral Works", the search for existing adjacent land plots (S_PLOT) has been excluded.
In the updated mode, the recording in XML of information about changed rooms located in the building has been corrected. The saving of the repeatable semantics "Cadastral Quarter Number" has been improved.
In the task, modes for generating outdated forms of cadastral documents have been removed: "Document on Establishing Territorial Zones", "Document on Establishing Object Boundaries", and "Document on Establishing the Borders of the Russian Federation". In the "Information on Changes in Land Plot Characteristics" dialog, outdated tools for the "Generate Text Report" mode have been removed, as the form of the report on changes in land plot characteristics is not provided for by law.
For mapping utility network elements, the task has been enhanced. When creating a linear object, a check of the rules for snapping the start and end points of the linear structure is performed. The rules for adjoining the axis of a linear structure to the initial or final element of the utility network are configured in the map classifier. Using the , a list of adjacent objects to which a section of the linear structure network should connect is formed. When configuring the list of adjacent objects, the formation of a list of control semantics is provided, the values of which must match for connected objects of the utility network. The elements of the utility network must be on the same map or on several maps with a common digital classifier. In this case, when creating an object, an automatic search and snap to the adjacent objects of the network will be performed.
The dialog has been improved. When saving object semantics to an Excel table, the column name is written as the attribute name or key, depending on the setting in the dialog. The ability to export to an Excel table not all allowable object characteristics, but only those semantics that belong to the selected or chosen columns, has been implemented.
The and dialogs have been improved. The functionality for working with the tree of layers and classes has been expanded. Quick search by layer or class name has been added. Filtering of objects by name, code, key, and symbolic code has been added. Sorting by each field of the object table has been added. On the "Objects" tab, new modes have been added: "Invert Layers" and "Invert Objects". These modes allow inverting the selection conditions for layers and classes. For objects, inversion is applied to the filtered data in the table. On the "Numbers" tab, the functionality for working with unique object numbers has been expanded. The ability to set any set of numbers into the selection conditions has been added. To do this, you must set the "Numbers" mode. The list of unique numbers can be loaded from a text file or pasted from the clipboard. Manual entry of numbers or ranges separated by commas is also available.
The new version of the program is available for download in the Download section.
