KB "Panorama" has developed the version 9.2.0. The new version adds the ability to create custom metadata fields, which expands the volume of stored information for each type of spatial data. The implemented functionality allows for automated data exchange with FGIS, including loading attributes from other systems, as well as configuring metadata in accordance with government regulatory requirements. Storage structure expansion makes it possible to account for the specifics of spatial data funds of large companies.
Using configuration tools, you can modify: metadata field types, editing parameters, display order in the interface, mandatory completion requirements, and access rights.
Added document loading with description of all metadata in a single CSV format file. Loading is performed by folders, where each folder represents a separate dataset (separate record in the metadata table). Search has been optimized for multiple reference values in one field and for large amounts of data (over 100,000 records).
Data security is ensured through access rights differentiation based on security tools included in the operating system. Supported authentication methods include regular authentication, digest authentication, system authentication (via web server), and domain authentication (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory). Additional security is provided through the use of pass-through authentication when working with the database. Database connection occurs with the rights of the user working with the system. The complex is adapted to work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, Ubuntu, RED OS, MS Windows, and others) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal).
The program is registered in the domestic software registry under number 1862.
The Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank serves as the foundation for building spatial data infrastructure at federal, regional, and municipal levels, as well as in corporate information systems. Within the unified geoinformation space, the Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank implements collection, storage, quality control, search, and delivery of spatial data in exchange formats. Spatial data selected using the program can be deployed for multi-user access on the and published according to international OGC standards WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS on the application server. Users can access data both from thin clients (using ) and from desktop applications (, ). The Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank enables building cloud storage for spatial data, providing access to this data, and automated formation and updating of geocoverages.
The current state of spatial data is displayed using schematic maps that are maintained for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices, and terrain models. The system provides remote placement of spatial datasets in file storage, version management of stored datasets, updating of data availability schematic maps, automated collection and formation of metadata, and formation and updating of geocoverages. Automated collection and formation of metadata is performed according to ISO 19115:2003, Geographic information — Metadata and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information — Metadata — XML schema implementation standards. Reduced copies of data images are automatically generated, file checksums and dataset completeness are verified. Placement of spatial data in file storage is carried out with integrity verification, structure control, and data content validation. Work results are logged and entered into the metadata database. Automatic backup of metadata and spatial data storage is provided with integrity control and data recovery. A multilingual interface is supported.
The portal demonstrates capabilities for organizing storage, accounting, and delivery of vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices, and terrain models. The portal contains vector maps in SXF format, created based on data from open sources (OpenStreetMap, VMap0). The spatial data includes maps of: Russian Federation subjects, countries and cities of near and far abroad. In total, over 430 vector maps and 6,700 matrix data with a total volume of more than 240 GB. KB "Panorama" specialists update and maintain the information composition on the portal weekly. All published data is distributed free of charge under a free license.
The new version of the program is available for download on the page.
Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared an overview video tutorial on working with the applied task in , and other software products from KB "Panorama".
Road Graph is a digital vector map consisting of topologically connected edges (arcs) and vertices (nodes), whose location and properties accurately and completely represent the organization of ground transport movement on roadways with specified precision and completeness. The elements for forming the road graph are centerlines. The operation of the reviewed mode uses the digital classifier road25.rscz, which was created in accordance with GOST R 52289-2004 "Technical means of traffic organization".
The video tutorial demonstrates the operation of toolbar modes, which are divided into editing tools and search tasks:
- Finding the optimal path between two points. Can be performed on all roads or on roads filtered by road type or semantic value. The obtained results can be saved to the map. Additionally, the ability to save route tables has been added.
- Finding the optimal tour through multiple nodes. In searching for the minimum path, the optimal order of traversing selected nodes is determined. Node traversal can end at the first or last selected node. Nodes can be selected interactively on the graph map or loaded from a text file with custom node names.
- Building a distance graph. Highlighting arcs on the map that are located at a specified distance from the selected node.
Using the "Road Graph" task tools allows optimizing logistics, improving road traffic safety, and efficiently managing traffic flows. Training materials can be accessed in the "Video Tutorials" section.
Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared a video tutorial on working with the mode of the applied task in . The aerodrome radio technical equipment database is designed to store radio navigation and radar landing aids for the aerodrome. If such equipment is absent, the database is not maintained for the aerodrome. Information entered into the database must comply with the requirements of the "Ground-based Radio Navigation Systems Testing" document for landing navigation aids.
The video tutorial demonstrates maintaining the aerodrome radio technical equipment database, which allows filling in and modifying characteristics of aerodrome instrument landing systems (ILS). For military aerodromes, information on landing radio beacon groups (LRBG) is entered. The form is divided into two parts.
The left part of the form contains a non-editable list of aerodromes and heliports. In the upper part of the left panel, there is a filter that serves to search by aerodrome name and code. The right part of the form is conditionally divided into three parts. The upper part contains a list of all aerodrome landing systems (ILS) and landing radio beacon groups (LRBG) that are deployed and operational at the aerodrome. Decommissioned and reserve landing systems with notes are also entered here. The lower area of the form contains two blocks designed for filling in the characteristics of landing system elements. Characteristics are entered according to the "Aircraft Instrument Approach Radio Beacon Landing Systems" document.
Training materials can be accessed in the "Video Tutorials" section.
KB "Panorama" has developed the automatic recognition and vectorization service version 1.5.0. The new version adds support for REST API protocol for accessing the complex. Using REST API will allow embedding the service into web applications and desktop programs. Working with the service is performed using a request model. The following methods are supported: obtaining a list of available models, obtaining a list of requests available to the user, requesting information about a request, submitting a request, and others. The complete list of available methods can be found at the . A registration key is required to work with the REST API.
The complex supports processing of terrain images in RSW, JPG, TIFF, PNG formats, as well as data from open geoportals. "Panorama Vision" is capable of recognizing contours of field plots, hydrographic objects (rivers, ponds, lakes and others), buildings and structures, roads, high-stem forests, undergrowth (young tree plantations, shrubs), clearcuts (areas with recently removed forest). Processing results are transmitted to the user as a vector map available for download via WFS protocol. The complex is implemented as services providing remote access to data interpretation. It is located on the Internet on KB "Panorama" servers. Access to the complex is carried out from the list of applied tasks in or using REST API.
The current version of GIS "Panorama" is available for download in the section.
Geoportal has been supplemented with a map of the Dominican Republic, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the program or other software products of KB "Panorama".
The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of . Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of .
Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".
