Loading maps into virtual folders on the GIS Server allows for rapid transmission of field mapping results to remote users. For example, a specialist goes to a site, performs object measurements and fills in information about it on a working map, then uploads the working map to the GIS Server. Another employee in the office consolidates data from several field specialists and creates a general plan from their working maps using the desktop version of GIS "Panorama".
A "Recently Opened" item has been added to the application's main menu. It displays a list of the ten most recently opened documents. Each list item is accompanied by an image indicating the data source (geoportal, GIS Server, or local device). When selecting a document located on the GIS Server, a connection to the server is automatically established. The recently opened data list speeds up work by eliminating the need to search for documents in the device's file structure or on the GIS Server.
To improve work convenience, the "Distance Measurement" task has been updated. Now each point of the polyline displays the distance from the beginning. Additionally, the layout of map interface elements has been changed for optimal use of screen space.

According to SCVC reports, consultations are conducted in both in-person and remote formats, covering key aspects of user work in desktop and web versions of RGIS RR. Participants, including employees of the Ryazan Region Road Directorate, the regional Ministry of Economic Development, and the State Inspectorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects, study the system's functionality in detail. They master working with RGIS RR sections, navigation and interface, performing computational tasks, processing spatial data and correctly preparing information for creating new thematic layers, as well as rules for working with user personal data and the system editor.
RGIS of Ryazan Region was put into operation in 2019. The system is constantly updated with current information about regional socio-economic infrastructure objects and operates on the powerful domestic "Geoportal Region" platform. Its core consists of
The training events conducted by SCVC are aimed at comprehensive application of "Geoportal Region" components for effective solution of territory and infrastructure management tasks at the regional level. As part of technical support, KB "Panorama" supports the operator's initiatives to improve user qualifications, which directly contributes to successful operation and further development of RGIS of Ryazan Region.

Visualization is performed in a selected palette containing color shades from blue (cold) to red (warm), transitioning through white (medium) color. The result of heat map construction is a quality matrix containing density values of selected point objects from the vector map. The task performs heat map construction with continuous distribution of the visualized quantity using the Moving Average interpolation method for discrete data in a specified area. The constructed matrix maps can be used for profiling, determining compliance zones, building isolines, and in other spatial analysis tasks.

The installation includes an example demonstrating the capability of displaying moving objects on a map using GIS-core tools. When visualizing mobile objects, double buffering is applied: one buffer stores the image of the current map fragment in the client window (background image) and is used for quick image updates in the second buffer, where moving objects are drawn. The image formed in the second buffer is displayed directly in the application window. Double buffering allows optimal display of mobile objects over the map without flickering during image updates, even when using vector maps with large data volumes, geoportals, maps from geospatial databases and other sources as a substrate.
The list of National Spatial Data System geoportal layers has been expanded in the following sections: Substrate; Cadastral division units; Administrative boundaries; Land plots; Capital construction objects; Object complexes; Zones with special territory use conditions; Territory zoning and planning; Natural territories and others.
The list of supported operating systems has been supplemented with the stable version of Ubuntu 24.04 OS. Additionally, starting from this release, development focuses on supporting the Qt 5 framework. Support for previous versions of the Qt framework remains in archived versions.
The toolkit is adapted for operation on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux Special Edition, Alt Linux, Ubuntu, Windows, Elbrus, QNX) and architectures (Intel, ARM, Elbrus). The toolkit includes visual GIS application design components and cross-platform multithreaded GIS-core libraries. GIS Constructor provides a cross-platform MAPAPI interface, allowing programmers to develop in their preferred operating system. Developers can release GIS applications for a set of operating systems through simple compilation with minimal changes to the program's source code.
