GIS Operator SE is a domestic geographic information system for security agencies. The program is designed for accumulation, storage, automated processing, and display of data, calculation results, and forecasts with geospatial reference. GIS Operator SE includes tools for displaying and processing vector, raster, and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks such as modeling special objects' movement against 3D models, forecasting emergency situations' consequences at hazardous facilities, monitoring aircraft movement, conducting geodetic and topographic work, processing GPS/GLONASS navigation device data, printing spatial data to various output devices, and many others. GIS Operator SE is certified for Level 2 control of undeclared capabilities by the Russian Ministry of Defense and is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software for Electronic Computing Machines and Databases (registry entry No. 10628 dated 27.05.2021).

GIS Constructor for Qt Designer SE is a set of geoinformation components for use in the Qt Designer visual programming environment, enabling the development of custom GIS applications. Digital map content visualization is performed using conventional symbols adopted for topographic, overview-geographic, and various special maps. The geographic information system has extensive capabilities for performing calculations and ensuring spatial data display on various graphic devices in standard and custom symbol systems. Core functions can be performed in multi-threaded mode. Automatic optimization of used RAM is supported for processing large data volumes with limited resources. The GIS is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software (registry entry No. 1934 dated 23.09.2016).

Astra Linux Special Edition is a Russian certified operating system with built-in information protection tools for stable and secure operation of IT infrastructures of any scale and processing of information with various levels of confidentiality. The operating system includes a software package for solving everyday office and multimedia tasks.

KB "Panorama" has developed GIS "Panorama Mobile" version 1.8 for the domestic mobile OS Aurora. The new version implements display of layer matrices and quality matrices data. Map editor tools have been expanded, BIR format support has been added, and the ability to convert heights from orthometric to geodetic has been included.

The program implements the selection of displayed height type: geodetic or orthometric. When this parameter is enabled, heights are converted from orthometric (relative to the geoid MSL - mean sea level) to geodetic relative to the WGS 84 ellipsoid surface using the EGM2008 geoid model. The orthometric height value is independent of coordinate system, projection parameters, and other cartographic properties. The geodetic height value depends on the parameters of the ellipsoid relative to which it is measured (WGS 84, PZ-90.11, Krasovsky 1940, etc.). For conversion from orthometric height to PZ-90.11 geodetic height, calculations are performed to WGS 84 geodetic height using the EGM2008 model, followed by conversion to PZ-90.11 using GOST 32457-2017 parameters.

The "Data List" dialog now supports layer matrices and quality matrices. These can be used to create and analyze surface models, displaying terrain properties such as relief heights, pollution concentration, precipitation amounts, distance from specified objects, and more.

The "Map Editor" has been enhanced with a new "Map Object Movement" tool, allowing users to quickly change object positions. Users simply activate the tool, select an object, and move it to the desired location. Changes are confirmed using a checkmark in the upper right corner of the screen.

The list of supported spatial data formats has been expanded to include BIR format. This allows the use of cartographic information from servers as a background for working data. The BIR format consists of an array of SQLite databases storing tiles.

GIS "Panorama Mobile" allows opening and editing main digital map formats of GIS "Panorama" and popular geoportals on Aurora OS-based mobile devices, processing information from built-in GPS/GLONASS receivers. Users can prepare necessary spatial data sets in desktop products (GIS "Panorama", "Panorama-Editor", GIS Panorama Mini) and transfer them to mobile GIS "Panorama Mobile". Data processing occurs offline, without Internet connection. User position is dynamically displayed using GPS/GLONASS coordinates. Map position can be synchronized with current location for convenience. A track recording mode creates a separate map with movement trajectory. Basic information is provided for all map objects during operation. The program is developed using GIS Constructor toolkit, providing components for creating mobile applications working with digital maps in C++ programming language using Qt.

Aurora OS is a Russian mobile operating system developed by "Open Mobile Platform" company. The operating system is designed to build trusted mobile infrastructure, protect sensitive information in government organizations, large and medium commercial companies. It promotes technological sovereignty through a secure mobile environment and meets all regulatory requirements for national security and information protection. Aurora OS enables centralized management of mobile devices and mobile software through Aurora Center. The current version of Aurora mobile OS has been certified by FSTEC of Russia and fully complies with requirements for "Type A" operating systems of protection class 4 and trust level 4.

KB "Panorama" specialists have prepared a video tutorial on using the "View attributes from database" function in GIS "Panorama", "Workstation of cadastral engineer", "Workstation of agronomist", and other software products. The covered function provides display of object attributes from spatial databases connected through DBM files or arbitrary attribute tables.

The "Attribute table" allows access to the entire original dataset. If a DBM map opens a database table rather than executing an arbitrary SQL query, the data will be available for editing. No additional settings are required for the "Attribute Table" dialog to work with DBM format maps. Database connection parameters specified in the DBM map itself are used to connect to the data source. For each table selected from the database, a tab is created displaying its contents.

The video tutorial demonstrates the operation of the "View attributes from database" mode and connection of arbitrary attribute tables by entering database connection parameters. The stages of attribute data table placement are shown. Multiple tables can be opened simultaneously as tabs. Up to three additional tables can be placed under the table tabs.

Geoportal "Bank of spatial data" has been supplemented with a map of the Republic of Angola, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

Users can prepare necessary spatial data sets in advance, package them in standard ZIP archives, and transfer them to the "Panorama Mobile" mobile GIS. Data processing is performed offline, without Internet connection. As users move, their current position is dynamically displayed based on coordinates received from the GPS/GLONASS receiver. For user convenience, map position can be synchronized with current location. To save coordinates obtained during movement, there is a track recording mode that creates a separate map and plots the movement trajectory. Basic information is provided for all map objects during operation.
