New data types have been added to the "Type of Technical Documents" and "Type of Point" directories. Stricter control over input data is ensured during loading from CSV format. The mechanisms for generating information about coordinates and heights for the formation of extracts from the State Leveling Network (GLN) have been updated.
Data security is ensured by restricting access rights based on security measures included in the operating system. Standard authentication, digest authentication, system authentication (via web server), and domain authentication (Kerberos or Active Directory) are supported. Additional security is provided through end-to-end authentication when working with the database. Connection to the database occurs with the rights of a user working with the system. The complex is adapted for operation on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, ALT Linux, Elbrus, Ubuntu, CentOS, MS Windows, and others) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the register of domestic software under number 1862.
The database of digital maps and RS serves as the foundation for building spatial data infrastructure at federal, regional, and municipal levels within corporate information systems. Within a unified geoinformation space, the database of digital maps and RS implements the collection, storage, quality control, search, and issuance of spatial data in exchange formats. Spatial data selected using the program can be made available for multi-user access on the GIS Server and published according to international standards OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS on the
The current state of spatial data is displayed using schematic maps, which are maintained for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices, and terrain models. Remote placement of spatial data sets in a file storage system is ensured, along with version control of stored sets, updates to the data availability schematic maps, automated collection and generation of metadata, and the creation and updating of geo-coverages. Automated collection and generation of metadata are carried out according to the standards ISO 19115:2003, Geographic information — Metadata, and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information — Metadata — XML schema implementation. Reduced copies of data images are automatically generated, file checksums are verified, and the completeness of data sets is checked. The placement of spatial data in the file storage is performed with integrity verification, as well as control over the structure and content of the data. The results of the operations are logged and entered into the metadata database. Automatic backup of metadata and spatial data storage is provided with integrity checks and data recovery. A multilingual interface is supported.

The KB "Panorama" has created a tutorial on the task "Importing Data from MIF Format". This task is available in
The video tutorial demonstrates the process of uploading a set of MIF/MID files with the same classification code settings and attribute data. If it is unclear which field in the MID file corresponds to the classification code of the object from the resource classifier, or if such a field is absent in the MID file, this operation can be skipped. In this case, the program will upload information with the codes of the selected objects.
As a result of running the program, a user map is created, and there is also the possibility to import data into an existing map. To do this, you should select the "Append" radio button and specify a vector map as the output map for loading data.
If the header of the MIF file indicates that the data is stored as geographic coordinates, then the map will have its type, projection, ellipsoid, and height system set. If the coordinate system is not specified in the MIF file or rectangular coordinates are used, then the map parameters will not be set. Later, using the tools in GIS "Panorama," you can convert it to the desired map type.
You can find the training materials in the "Video Lessons" section.

When creating, editing, and updating object lists by one of the users, changing the display color, graphic symbols for polygons, lines, and point symbols, as well as the numbers of labeled semantics (attributes) and font parameters, the object list file (OBX) is updated on the GIS Server for the corresponding map. The results of these changes will be visible at all workstations where this map is opened, as well as in
The GIS Server provides remote multi-user access to vector maps, remote sensing data, and spatial databases for desktop products and web services. Hosting data on the server ensures protection against unauthorized viewing, copying, modification, and printing.

The KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.3.2 of the GIS "Operator" for the "Astra Linux Special Edition" 1.8. The new version supports the display of the map legend. The program has implemented a mode for multiple copying in the map editor. Tools for loading data from XML files and updating classifiers on client workstations have been added.

The map editor has added a "Multiple Object Copying" mode. This task allows users to create copies of an object or group of objects in a specified direction, with a defined interval and quantity. Users can specify the direction of replication along coordinate axes or vectors with necessary parameters. After setting the values, outlines of all copies are displayed on the map. Replication parameters are available for modification through a context menu.
In the tasks "Map Passport," "Raster Projection Transformation", and "Raster Projection Parameters", capabilities for configuring coordinate systems and map projections have been expanded. In the "Map Passport" task, users can now save their settings in an XML format file. All three tasks have added tools for loading previously defined settings from an XML file included in the installation that contains the most frequently used configurations. Additionally, users can prepare their own XML file describing necessary projections and coordinate systems, which will be processed in future dialogs.

The GIS "Operator" SE is a versatile domestic geographic information system designed for law enforcement agencies.
The program is designed for the accumulation, storage, automated processing, and display of data, calculation results, and forecasts that have geospatial referencing. The GIS "Operator" SE includes tools for displaying and processing vector, raster, and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks such as modeling the movement of special objects against a 3D model backdrop, forecasting the consequences of emergencies at hazardous sites, monitoring aircraft movements, conducting geodetic and topographic work, processing data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, printing displayed spatial data on various output devices, and many others.
