The KB "Panorama" has developed GIS "Panorama" version 15.3.2 for the "Astra Linux Special Edition" operating system. The new version implements automatic labeling of objects and the display of map legends. A multiple-copying mode has been added to the map editor for tasks that involve selecting a coordinate system and map projection. The functionality for loading parameters from an XML file has been implemented, along with updates for classifiers hosted on the GIS Server.

The "Automatic Label Placement" task has been introduced, designed to create labels for objects based on their semantic characteristics. Users can customize label parameters such as target map, scale, object types, and localization settings. These settings can be saved in a parameter file for future processing of map objects that have previously undergone processing.

The "Map Legend" task provides information about the document's composition: maps, matrices, rasters, geoportals, and other elements. Users can control the visibility of data by changing the order of layers through drag-and-drop in the list. Data elements are accompanied by icons, and their names can be displayed in full or abbreviated form. To save sets of selected objects on the map, users can activate the "Object Lists" mode. These sets can be formed using filters or manually and encompass all maps in the document. Object lists are saved in a special file with the OBX extension, named after the main document. These lists can be used for various operations with groups of objects, such as selection, merging, intersection, searching, and labeling.

A "Multiple Object Copying" mode has been added to the map editor, allowing users to create copies of an object or group of objects in a specified direction, with a defined interval and quantity. Users can specify the direction of replication along coordinate axes or vectors by providing the necessary parameters. After setting the values, outlines of all copies are displayed on the map, which can then be confirmed and saved. Replication parameters are available for modification through the context menu.

In the "Map Passport", "Raster Projection Transformation", and "Raster Projection Parameters" tasks, the capabilities for configuring the coordinate system and map projection have been expanded. In the "Map Passport" task, users can now save their settings to an XML file. In all three tasks, users can load previously saved settings from an XML file included in the installation that contains the most commonly used configurations. Additionally, users can prepare their own XML files describing necessary projections and coordinate systems to be processed in the dialogs.

A centralized classifier update tool has been added for client workstations when updates occur on the GIS Server. In the "Data Placement" dialog, a field has been added to specify the host of the GIS Server version 11.0.8 or higher with classifier benchmarks. Classifiers from the server's shared folder are automatically updated on the client side. If there are classifiers with identical names but different extensions in the benchmark, priority is given to the RSC format.

When there is a difference in the extension on the client, the classifier type is automatically replaced with the type hosted on the server. To reduce network load, updates may occur with a slight delay.

Support for "Astra Linux Special Edition" version 1.8 has been added. "Astra Linux Special Edition" is a domestically certified operating system with built-in information protection tools (IPT) for stable and secure operation of IT infrastructures of any scale and for processing information of various confidentiality levels. The OS includes a set of programs for solving everyday office and multimedia tasks. The Astra Linux Special Edition version 1.8 features the "Astra Proxima" visual style, support for two Linux kernels (6.1 and 6.6), simplified deployment and update processes, a secure database management system based on PostgreSQL 15, and other important changes.

GIS "Panorama" is a versatile domestic geographic information system. The program is designed for the accumulation, storage, automated processing, and display of data, calculation results, and forecasts that have geospatial references. GIS "Panorama" includes tools for displaying and processing vector, raster, and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks such as modeling the movement of special objects against a 3D model background, predicting the consequences of emergencies at hazardous sites, monitoring aircraft movements, conducting geodetic and topographic work, processing data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, printing displayed spatial data on various output devices, and many others.

The new version of the program is available for download in the Download section.

In the KB "Panorama", GIS WebService SE version 15.9.0 has been developed. The new version allows each user of the system to set their own search and editing filters for map objects. This enables management of the visibility and accessibility of objects. Filters can be set based on criteria such as code, key, semantics, localization, or unique object identifier. Restrictions are established through the Service Administrator and saved in configuration files in JSON format. Filters can also be pre-defined in the database. The service connects to the restriction tables using SQL queries. User restrictions can be set based on activity type, organization, and other criteria used in a specific system.

To support corporate systems and simplify the user authentication process, authorization through KeyCloak has been implemented. KeyCloak is a secure, cross-platform solution for centralized application and service authorization, providing single sign-on for users. All improvements aim to enhance the usability of the system and simplify its integration into corporate processes.

The capabilities for importing the appearance of objects while saving information in GML/JSON have been expanded. Information output is based on international OGC standards and CSS styles, making data exchange processes and their further use in other systems even more visual and convenient.

GIS WebService SE supports all international standards (OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS, WPS) for transmitting and displaying spatial data. The program includes the capability to provide tiles in any user-defined or local coordinate system. The application is implemented on Windows and Linux platforms and is compatible with web servers Apache, IIS, and nginx.

In KB "Panorama", the GIS Constructor for Android version 1.4.0 has been developed. In the new version of the toolkit, a module for communication with MapApi has been highlighted. A registry of available tools has been added to the test application included in the toolkit. The ability to display a compass has been implemented. The new version of the toolkit allows the use of a declarative style for creating user interfaces in Kotlin. The demonstration example includes tools for exporting cartographic data to MBTILES format files.

The application is now divided into two modules: the main application module and the module for communication with MapApi. Modularizing the application offers many advantages, such as expanding project scalability, simplifying testing, and speeding up builds. Thus, the toolkit implemented in the current version of the application uses a module for interacting with the map. The architecture of the test application has been improved. A registry of available tools has been added. Upon launch, a task can add its tools to the registry. The tools themselves have received a unified interface for initialization and parameter exchange. This simplifies the reuse of individual toolkit elements when performing various tasks. For example, a line-drawing tool can be used both for mapping linear objects and for drawing lines to measure distances.

In the new version, Jetpack Compose is used for developing interface elements—a modern library that allows describing interfaces in a declarative style using the Kotlin programming language. This eliminates the need to design interfaces using XML markup and simplifies the description of interface behavior since both are described using the same language. The GIS Constructor now includes a function library that allows exporting any cartographic information to MBTiles format. This library is used in the task of saving geospatial portals in MBTiles format. Using the MBTiles format enables offline use of cartographic information from any servers as a backdrop for working data. A task for saving geospatial portals to an MBTILES file has been added to the demonstration application. Users can configure save parameters (area size, number of levels to save) in an interactive mode. During configuration, the task calculates the output file size in real-time, simplifying storage management. A geospatial portal can be selected from a set of popular third-party spatial data sources. The data-saving process occurs independently of the main application process, allowing users to continue working on their device while saving is in progress. A function for displaying a compass in the main application window has been added to the source code of the test application. The compass is implemented by reading parameters from the device's magnetometer and accelerometer, allowing it to show direction to the north while considering device rotation by the user. If Android OS detects insufficient calibration of sensors, a yellow or red indicator is displayed to the user. In the demonstration example, a screen positioning dialog for displaying maps has been implemented. The dialog supports multiple types of entered coordinates with conversion of current coordinates into the selected coordinate system.

The GIS Constructor includes the source code of the GIS "Panorama Mobile" application, which developers can use as a basis for creating their own mobile applications. Users of GIS "Panorama Mini" for Android OS can collaboratively display vector maps (topographic, operational situation, marine navigation, aeronautical), matrix, and raster data (remote sensing data). When selecting an object on the map, users can view information about its name, length, area, and characteristics. Users have the ability to determine their current location using coordinates obtained from a GPS/GLONASS receiver. As the user moves, the map window on the mobile device can automatically center on the point with the current coordinates. To save the coordinates obtained during movement, a track recording mode is provided, which creates a separate map and plots the trajectory of movement. Data with recorded movements can be copied from the mobile device for further processing in GIS "Panorama" or GIS "Panorama Mini". The GIS Constructor and GIS "Panorama Mobile" for Android OS are available for download in the Download section.
