Specialists from the KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson on creating an XML document for the territorial zone in accordance with the XSD schema interact_entry_boundaries_v02, approved by the order of Rosreestr dated December 25, 2023, No. P/0554. The format of the textual report for the land management object map (plan) is approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 30, 2009, No. 621 (as amended by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 17, 2016, No. 444, effective from June 1, 2016).
To create textual and electronic XML documents, the following technological stages must be completed: preparation of the land management object map (marking the boundaries of objects and characteristic points), adding the contract for land management work to the cadastral work database, preparing graphic files, and filling in attribute information. The map should be created according to the current classifier survey.v6.rscz. To mark the results of cadastral work on the map, objects from the "Cadastral plan of the territory" layer are used. The video lesson includes examples of establishing and modifying (clarifying) the boundaries of the territorial zone. When forming a map (plan) for boundary establishment, the boundary of the created zone must be marked on the map. For the zone, it is required to fill in the semantics of "Map Object Status" (code 999, key STATUSOBJ) with the value "New". In all nodes of the object's metrics, characteristic points should be marked with the type "Characteristic Point" (key P0040000001). The mode "Creation of titles of rotary points of object" is used for marking.
When modifying (clarifying) information about the object, the boundary of the modified territorial zone is marked on the map. In the semantics of "Map object status", the value "Modified" is indicated. To describe the modified (clarified) sections of the object's metrics, point objects are placed: Characteristic point (P0040000001), Characteristic point to be clarified (start) (START_CHANGE), Characteristic point to be clarified (end) (END_CHANGE), Characteristic point to be deleted (start) (START_DELETE), Characteristic point to be deleted (end) (END_DELETE).
When clarifying (modifying) or deleting a part of the boundary contour, the coordinates of existing points should be used as the first and last points of the modified section. The changes to the contour will occur within the range of points defined by START_CHANGE and END_CHANGE. The removal of a part of the contour will take place within the range defined by START_DELETE and END_DELETE.
To initiate the procedure for generating the report and XML document on the map, it is necessary to specify the contour of the real estate object. The object-contour defines the boundary coordinates (metrics) of the land management object and its attributes (semantics). This object is used when initializing the "Map (plan) of the object land" dialog.
The attributes of the objects are filled in using the "Editing of registration data of object (semantics)" mode. All information entered in the dialog is saved in the semantics of the map object. The "Map (plan) of the object land" dialog works in conjunction with the cadastral work database. The contract number is used to store information in the database, organized under the following tabs: customer, contractor, grounds, coordination, transfer to fund, boundary plan. The "Settings" tab displays the settings required for generating the report and XML, and also performs validation against XSD schemas. The XSD files for checking the XML document are automatically selected according to the schema specified in the header of the dialog.

On August 12, 2024, a military scientific conference titled "Operational Processing of Remote Sensing Data" was held at park
Representatives from research, production, and educational organizations participated in the conference. There was significant interest in the conference topics regarding the development of domestic technologies for processing remote sensing data from representatives of the armed forces' management bodies.
Experts from KB "Panorama" showcased technologies for processing data from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and their subsequent automatic recognition and vectorization using artificial intelligence.
The product "Panorama Photo" is designed for automatic processing of UAV data, allowing for orientation and the construction of measurement models, formation of dense point clouds, height matrices, and orthophotos.
The resulting digital terrain model, combined with data from other sources, including open sources, is used to create vector objects for hydrography, agricultural land, buildings, roads, forests, and more. The software suite "Panorama Vision" is designed for this purpose, providing automatic decoding and vectorization of terrain object boundaries. The suite processes RGB images in RSW/JPG/TIFF/PNG formats. At its core, the suite employs artificial intelligence utilizing deep neural networks based on attention mechanisms.

To simplify user orientation on the map, a compass display has been added in the new version. The main screen now features a compass in the left corner that shows the direction to magnetic north. A small round indicator informs users about the accuracy of the compass readings and can display one of several colors: green, yellow, red, or black. The visibility of the compass can be controlled in the Settings section.
For quick and accurate positioning on the map display, a navigation feature to a point has been implemented. When tapping on the panel with the current coordinates of the screen's center, a dialog box appears that allows users to enter new coordinates for the center of the screen and specify the type of coordinates being entered. The point navigation dialog supports changing the format of user-entered coordinates and dynamically recalculates the specified coordinates when the format is changed.
The new version also allows for copying the values of semantic characteristics of objects. This enables users to utilize information from the GIS "Panorama Mobile" application in third-party applications for information exchange or calculations.

The program includes a report export component that allows reports to be generated in PDF, PNG, and JPG formats. The report contains an image of the map sized to the screen with customizable print density. Users can overlay a logo, legend, current position information, and coordinate grid on the map. For PDF documents, additional options include adding a custom header, stamp, and information about selected objects on the map.
A cartographic background component has been added, allowing users to set and change the map's background image. The map editor now supports importing geometry from CSV files and selecting the source projection.
