In "KB Panorama" developed a Complex of automatic recognition and vectorization - "Panorama Vision". The complex is based on artificial intelligence (AI) using trained neural networks. The complex is designed for automatic recognition and vectorization of data on satellite images, aerial photographs, and data from UAVs. "Panorama Vision" allows to recognize the contours of fields, hydrographic objects (rivers, ponds, lakes, and others). In future versions, recognition of vegetation, road network objects, structures, and determination of building heights are planned to be added. The complex can be accessed through a client module in the professional GIS "Panorama". The client application submits requests for data processing to the server part of the complex located on the technical facilities of KB "Panorama". User images or data from open sources are used for recognition. The spatial resolution of the data should be at least 10 meters/pixel. As a result of image processing, a vector map with contours of recognized objects is created, for example, with the boundaries of agricultural fields. When using the service, the total volume of processed data for the user is limited by the paid recognition area. Increasing the available area is possible by purchasing processing rights.

To perform processing, the user needs to take several actions: open raster images in GIS "Panorama" (own images of the area) and/or connect geospatial portals with satellite images; in the client module "Panorama Vision" select an area of interest; start the recognition process by submitting a request. As a result of data processing by the complex, a layer with a vector map published according to the WFS protocol is obtained. The user can copy or edit the received map, as well as convert it to other formats. The "Panorama Vision" complex performs semantic segmentation of objects in images using deep neural networks based on the attention mechanism. For training the model for decoding the boundaries of agricultural lands, satellite images of regions in the middle zone of the Russian Federation were used together with a vector map containing plow contours. The total data volume is over 100 GB.

The accuracy of contour recognition on test images is about 90%. To generate field contours, the classifier agro10t.rscz is used, objects are created with code 79000002 - agricultural land boundaries. To generate contours of hydrographic objects, the classifier map10000.rscz is used, objects are created with code 31410000 - rivers, streams. For example, to generate contours of fields with a total area of 452 sq. km and raster data volume of 112 MB, it took 2 minutes. As a result of processing, 758 unique fields were created. The new version of the program is available for download in the Download section.

In the KB "Panorama", the Complex of preparing documents of aeronautical information version 8.2.8 has been developed under the management of GIS "Panorama" or GIS "Operator". In the new version, a dialog "Output holding procedure" has been added, developed in accordance with ICAO Doc 8697 "Aeronautical Chart Manual" and ICAO Annex 4 "Aeronautical Charts". The dialog is designed to display a list of holding patterns on the aeronautical chart in aerodrome areas and air routes. A symbolic "racecourse" scheme is used for holding patterns, with filled values of bearing accurate to the nearest degree (including the degree sign) and time in minutes. If necessary, a checkpoint is additionally created to base the scheme on. Filters are provided for route type and symbolic route name, as well as checkpoint name.

The task panel "Preparation of aeronautical information documents" has been updated. The ability to call the "Display of Holding Patterns" dialog has been added, and buttons for Import/Export dialogs from ARINC and AIXM formats have been moved to a new additional panel. The program contains two types of export/import dialogs, the functionality of which depends on the connection settings to the Complex database.

The Document Preparation Complex of Aeronautical Information is a set of tools for maintaining a database of aeronautical data, modeling and analyzing aeronautical situations, creating aeronautical charts, and exchanging data with other information systems through export and import in the ARINC 424-19 exchange format and export in AIXM 5.1 format. The "Designing of the airfield routes" task is used for designing departure, approach, and landing routes, as well as analyzing flight safety on them. The task "Assessment compliance of aerodromes with FAR requirements" is intended for analyzing the aerodrome and its surrounding area for suitability for operation and aircraft flights according to Federal Aviation Regulations.

The new version of the program, examples of aeronautical information documents, operational documentation, video lessons and presentations are available for download on the Download page.

At the KB "Panorama", GIS "Panorama" version 15.2.0 has been developed for the OS "Astra Linux Special Edition". The new version includes the ability to view three-dimensional models of structural elements of construction objects. The map editor has been enhanced with tools for creating a linear coordinate system of map objects. Additionally, the library of programmable symbolic signs displaying signs of area structures with fractional polygon filling has been improved.

A new task called "Viewing BIM model" has been developed. This task allows for a detailed examination of the 3D geometry of a construction object or a complex of construction objects and the related attribute information of model elements (such as material, article, and others).

BIM (Building Information Model) is an object-oriented model consisting of elements, each belonging to its class - walls, floors, windows, reinforcement, and so on. The class of an element determines the set of properties and behavior of the element. In this task, the IFC format is supported - an open standard for representing BIM data. To assign a BIM model, you need to select an object on the map and use the "Object Selection" dialog on the "Semantics" tab to specify a link to the file (semantics: Link to the BIM model file). This dialog provides modes for viewing the BIM model and navigating to the map object to which the model has been assigned. There is a thematic highlighting (coloring) feature for the list of BIM models, where objects on the map with a filled link to a BIM model in the semantics will be highlighted. When objects with BIM models are highlighted, a quick selection of the nearest BIM model to the cursor on the map is available. Clicking the left mouse button anywhere in the document will bring up a dialog to view the BIM model closest to the cursor. The "View BIM Model" dialog is presented as a 3D image and a tree of model attributes. Scaling of the model is done using the mouse wheel, and rotation is achieved by pressing the left mouse button and moving left, right, up, or down. An element of the model can be selected either in the attribute tree or in the 3D view window. Upon selection, the corresponding element will be highlighted in both the 3D view window and the attribute tree.

The "Map Editor" task has been enhanced with the addition of the "Linear Coordinate System" panel. It combines modes for creating linear coordinate systems of objects, converting flat rectangular systems into linear coordinates, and vice versa. The linear coordinate system (LCS) measures the linear coordinate along the object's contour from the first point of the object to a specified point. This measurement is in meters along an axis passing sequentially through all contours of a linear object from the first point of the first contour. The definition of a linear coordinate system is done relative to established calibration points located along the object's contour. Calibration points are typically based on real point objects located along the linear object's contour. For example, compressor stations along a pipeline have passport values of linear coordinates on the pipeline from its beginning. Kilometer posts along a road have passport distance values from a conditional start point on the road.

The library of programmable symbols shape.iml64 has been enhanced. The "Polygon with fractional filling" symbol has been developed. This symbol is designed for styling area structures with a simple contour (without subobjects). The symbol parameters include a description of the average line, central vector symbol, and 4 parts of area filling. When entering parameters for part 1, the conditional filling of half of the polygon is performed, bounded by half of the contour (from the first to the middle point) and the average line. When entering parameters for part 2, the filling of the second half of the polygon is performed. If parameters for parts 3 and/or 4 are present, the filling is done with conditional quarters. The order of filling the quarters corresponds to the order of parameters for 4 parts, starting from the first point, taking into account the direction of contour numbering. Contours with less than 5 or more than 255 points, or contours with subobjects, are filled according to the parameters of part 1. Sometimes contours containing more than 5 points may intersect with the average line of the polygon. To exclude this effect, it is necessary to select an object on the map, go to the "Metrics" tab, select a contour point, click on the "Make current point first" button, and save the symbol. It is recommended to choose a point closest to the center of the symbol. Examples of new symbols are included in the shape.sitx map, which can be opened in the main menu: File - Sample Data - select the map in the folder: /usr/Panorama15/Data/shape.

The GIS "Panorama" is a versatile domestic geographic information system. The program is designed for the accumulation, storage, automated processing, and display of data, calculation results, and forecasts with geospatial reference. The GIS "Panorama" includes tools for displaying and processing vector, raster, and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools to solve specialized tasks such as modeling the movement of special objects against a 3D model, predicting the consequences of emergencies at hazardous facilities, monitoring aircraft movement, conducting geodetic and topographic surveys, processing data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, printing spatial data on various output devices, and many others.

The new version of the program is available for download in the Download section.
