In KB "Panorama" the Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data version 8.4 has been developed. In the new version the tools of structural control of loaded metadata for geodetic points, analog maps and images have been expanded. When loading, the control of presence of obligatory fields and a check for duplication of data is carried out. By results of control the report is formed. Input control improves the quality of materials, stored in funds of spatial data of enterprises of geodesy and cartography of various levels.

Metadata loading speed has been optimized. Control on availability of server resources has been added. Schemes of rule by nomenclature sheets have been updated. Search of spatial data on territory by a specific nomenclature is supported. Procedure of loading territories crossing a meridian of 180 degrees has been improved. The list of diagnostic messages and error messages has been expanded.

Safety of the data is provided with differentiation of access rights on the basis of the means of safety which are a part of an operating system. Usual check of authenticity, the digest-authentication, system check of authenticity (web server means) and domain (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory) is supported. Additional safety is provided with use of a through authentication at work with a database. Connection to base occurs to the rights of the user working with system. The complex is adapted for work on a wide spectrum of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, ALT Linux, Elbrus, Ubuntu, CentOS, MS Windows and others) and architecture (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the register domestic ON at number 1862.

The databank of digital maps and remote sensing data is the basis for building infrastructure of spatial data of federal, regional and municipal levels, in corporate information systems. Within the framework of a single geoinformation space, the Data Bank of digital maps and remote sensing data realises gathering, storage, quality control, search and delivery of the spatial data in exchange formats. The spatial data selected by means of the program can be placed for the multiuser access on the GIS Server and be published according to the international standards OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS on application server the GIS WebService SE. Users can access data from both a thin client (by means of GIS WebServer SE) and from desktop applications (GIS "Panorama", GIS "Operator"). The databank of digital maps and remote sensing data provides construction of cloud warehouse of spatial data, provision of access to these data, the automated formation and updating of geocovers.

The current state of spatial data is displayed by means of maps-schemes that are maintained for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrixes and terrain models. It provides remote placing the sets of spatial data into file warehouse, keeping versions of stored sets, updating maps-schemes of data availability, the automated collection and formation of metadata, and the formation and updating of geocovers. Automated collection and formation of metadata is performed according to the standards of ISO 19115: 2003, Geographic information - Metadata and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. The reduced copies of data images are automatically formed, checksum of files and completeness of data sets are checked. Placement of spatial data into file storage is performed with integrity check, control of data structure and content. The results of the work are recorded and are entered into the metadata base. Automatic backup of metadata and spatial data storage with integrity control and data recovery has been provided. Multilingual interface is supported.

The "Bank of spatial data" portal demonstrates the possibilities of organizing storage, accounting and and issuance of vector maps, remote sensing data, matrixes of heights and the terrain models. The portal contains vector maps in SXF format, generated on the basis of data from open sources (OpenStreetMap, VMap0). The spatial data includes maps of: subjects of the Russian Federation, countries and cities of the near and far abroad. In total, over 350 vector maps and 6700 matrix data with a total volume of 80 GB. Specialists of KB "Panorama" weekly update and refresh the content of the information on the portal. All published data is distributed free of charge under a free license.

Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson on working the task "Import data from DXF format". The mode is intended for loading DXF files from the ACAD system, the task is available for running in the GIS "Panorama", Workstation of "Cadastral engineer", Workstation of "Agronomist" and other software products of KB "Panorama".

The video lesson demonstrates the types of data loading. When importing data, the download is performed while preserving the graphical view of the objects. In this case, map objects have a zero classification code and a graphic description by ACAD primitives: color and, if possible, line type.

There is considered a possibility of loading by the classifier of a map resources with objects recoding, which allows to generate "Settings Table", conformity of keys of the map classifier and DXF layers. To fill out the settings table, you must compare the keys of the classifier objects and DXF layers. The table data is used to recode objects in accordance with the map classifier.

When loaded from database tables, a map object is assigned a classification code, the character of localization and characteristics (semantics) contained in the associated database table record. This makes it possible to describe an object using a map classifier. Data can be loaded into a new map or added to an existing one.

Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared and placed the map of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug on the geoportal "Bank of spatial data". The map was formed using OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m) and was saved into a packed project (MPTZ). The MPTZ format project includes a digital map of the region's territory (country, subject of the federation, administrative region) and a digital classifier. Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".

Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson about the procedure for creating a database of aeronautical information (ANI) from scripts in the installation. The user needs to install the Complex for AI documents preparation and the standard pgAdmin control program. Installation and customization of the complex is possible if the GIS "Panorama" or GIS "Operator" is available on the computer. Complex for AI documents preparation consists of applied tasks, a database, a working aeronautical map and exchange files of ARINC format. The applied task "Preparation of AI documents" is intended for maintaining a database and preparing aeronautical maps for analysis, modeling and publication.

The database creation process includes two stages. The first step is to create an empty database. At the second stage, the procedure for filling out basic information from scripts is considered. Scripts are placed in the Setup.Ani directory, which is part of the software package.

In KB "Panorama" the GIS WebServer SE version 6.16.0 has been developed for operating systems Astra Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu and MS Windows. In the new version the tools of spatial analysis, search and export of data have been expanded. Components for work with map objects have been updated, the administration module has been improved.

The ability to search for objects located at a specified distance, as well as objects from one list that begin or end in objects of another list has been added to the Object Lists component.

Possibilities of export of search results on a map has been expanded. Besides an output into CSV file, a table with objects can be downloaded in XLSX format, and also copied to the clipboard for subsequent pasting into MS Word.

In the administration module, the ability to specify a filter has been added that limits the display of information by the values of the semantic characteristics of map objects. Also, for maps, a setting for a list of semantics has been added that contains links to images of the object’s gallery.

GIS WebServer SE is used to build closed corporate systems to ensure the protection of data having a security classification or trade secret. GIS WebServer SE is implemented using the GIS WebToolKit SE toolkit, which can be used in development tools using JavaScript and TypeScript.

On the basis of GIS WebServer SE and other server products of KB "Panorama" the Regional GIS of the Ryazan region (RGIS RО) has been implemented. RGIS RО is a specialized multifunctional geoportal, the interactive capabilities of which provide access to reliable information about objects of various categories. RGIS RO is available to a wide range of users - to the authorities, citizens, organizations, including potential investors and private companies. The regional GIS of the Ryazan region helps in making decisions in various areas of socio-economic development.
