In the program a possibility of display of a ring ruler has been implemented. The ring ruler allows to visually estimate distances between objects of a map. On the background of the map, a scale of three rings is displayed, indicating the distance from the center of the screen on the ground. The distance between the rings is dynamically selected depending on the map display scale. For ease of orientation, the central ring is divided into 10-degree sectors, the cardinal points are signed on it and the direction to the north is indicated.
For possibility of fast creation of marks on the map the task "Navigator" has been implemented. This task allows you to save your location on the map and to carry out transition by earlier saved points. When specifying a point, the user can add a text comment and set the color of the point. For precise positioning of the center of the screen, the "Go to point" mode has been added. The user can get the coordinates of a place from a third-party source and enter them in the dialog box for going to the map location of interest. The mode supports change of a format of entered coordinates and dynamically recalculates the specified coordinates at format change.
Support for encrypted user maps has been added. When opening protected data, the application will prompt you to enter a password to access this data. For example, this mode can be used when restricting access to the data of the "Navigator" task containing information about saved points.
The new version supports fast change of data visibility for possibility of the joint analysis of maps and and terrain images. This functionality allows you to dynamically disable the display of vector data used in conjunction with a raster background or geoportals. For the convenience of analyzing the map of the area, the ability to disable the mode of displaying information about objects at a specified point using the application settings has been added.
GIS "Panorama Mobile" allows you to open and edit the main formats of digital maps of GIS "Panorama" and popular geoportals on mobile devices based on the Aurora OS, to process information from the built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver. The user can prepare in advance a necessary set of spatial data in one of desktop products (GIS "Panorama", Panorama-editor, GIS Panorama Mini) and to transfer it into the mobile GIS "Panorama Mobile". The process of working with data is carried out autonomously, without connecting to the Internet. When the user moves, his current position is dynamically displayed according to the coordinates obtained from the GPS/GLONASS receiver. For ease of use, it is possible to synchronize the position of the map with the current location. To save the coordinates obtained during movement, a track recording mode is provided, which creates a separate map and puts the trajectory of movement onto it. In order to automate the process of creating an urban-planning plan, a procedure has been developed for generating a reporting document based on pre-prepared templates. The urban-planning plan consists of text and graphic parts.
To fill in the text part of the report, information stored in the database is used, as well as the metrics and semantics of map objects that characterize urban conditions: the boundaries of the land plot, existing capital construction objects, the zone of permitted construction, the boundaries of the zone of permissible location of the object, zones with special conditions for the use of the territory , red lines, servitudes. All necessary objects are included into survey.rsc classifier. To fill in the graphic part (plot drawing), pre-prepared graphic files are used.
When preparing data, the user needs to map the objects of urban planning and fill in the identification semantics. Next, create in the database the accounts in the registers of land plots and objects of capital construction and establish spatial and logical links between the records in the database and the objects of the electronic map.
To generate a document, a specialized dialog has been developed that can be called on the reports panel or in the register of land plots. Part of the information is filled in automatically according to the information from the database and according to the semantics of the map objects. The other part is filled in the form of a dialog and stored in the database for further use. Information that is not reflected in the dialog is included in the printed form of the document. After formation the urban plan is displayed in the office suite, where the user can fill in the missing information.
The form of the document is created on the basis of prepared templates of the dot format. Templates contain a descriptive part and named markers that tell the program where to insert data. The document generation procedure is customizable. The user can modify the template to suit different regional and departmental requirements. Between attributes of a land plot and markers in the template the interrelation is set which is customized in the directory
The generated urban plan can be saved on disk in doc, docx, pdf formats. If necessary, an electronic copy of the document is loaded into the database file storage. In this case, the document file is attached to the list of files of the land plot.
