Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared and placed the map of the Amur region on the geoportal "Bank of spatial data". The map was formed using OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m) and was saved into a packed project (mptz). The MPTZ format project includes a digital map of the region's territory (country, subject of the federation, administrative region) and a digital classifier. Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson of working the mode "Place raster by 2 points with rotation and scaling". The mode is intended for shift and turn of the raster image relative to a vector (raster, matrix) map with changing a scale. Preliminarily the raster should be added into the document of a vector (raster, matrix) map. The mode "Place raster by 2 points with rotation and scaling" is available to users of GIS "Panorama", GIS Panorama Mini, "Panorama-editor", "Workstation of cadastral engineer" and other software products of KB "Panorama".

When working with a raster, you must select two pairs of points. First, a raster point is indicated, and then the corresponding point on the map. After turn and shift of the raster image the specified points on a raster correspond to the points indicated on the map. This changes the placing a raster and its scale.

Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson on creating semantic characteristic of type "Numerical formula" with using the task "Classifier Editor" in the GIS "Panorama", Workstation of "Cadastral engineer", Workstation of "Agronomist" and other software products of KB "Panorama".

With the help of a semantic characteristic of the formula type, the program automatically enters the value of the semantic characteristics immediately after drawing the object on the map. This type of semantics allows you to automatically perform an accurate calculation of the attributive information of agricultural land, land plots registered in the cadastre, urban zoning, territory planning and other types of objects.

The video lesson demonstrates the functional feature of all types of programmable formulas, as well as an example of the formation of a numerical formula with subsequent using. Programmable formulas consist of three types.

"Programmable formulas (from IML)", this type of formula is assigned to calculate semantic values from a list of formulas developed in IML libraries.

"Numerical formulas" are created using a set of operations of ready-made formulas or a combination of formulas and values of semantic characteristics.

"Symbol formulas" are written using a set of semantic values and arbitrary words.

In KB "Panorama" the toolkit has been developed for creating cross-platform GIS applications (for Linux and MS Windows) - GIS Constructor for Qt Designer version 14.0.1.2. The program allows to create 64-bit GIS applications in the Visual Studio environment with use of libraries of the Qt 5.12 framework. For visual design, the Qt Visual Studio Tools extension is used. The toolkit is a set of visual components, classes and API functions of the GIS core for working with spatial data.

GIS Constructor for Windows OS has been developed on the basis of a similar software product for Linux OS and has the same set of components and classes using the Qt framework. GIS applications created with use of GIS Constructor for the Linux OS variant can be built on Windows x64 version 7 and higher and vice versa.

GIS Constructor includes tools of displaying spatial data with possibility of customizing conventional symbols (external view of objects), positioning and scaling of the map image. Spatial data can be located both on the local computer and on a remote GIS Server. The components provide access to spatial data using web services via international OGC protocols (obtaining a map image, obtaining and changing data about map objects).

In GIS Constructor a support of local, state and international systems of coordinates has been implemented. There are functions of transformation of coordinates. Datum parameters and parameters of transition between coordinate systems are customized by the user. This allows you to develop geographic information systems for various purposes and levels of use - corporate, municipal, regional and federal.

Creating a GIS application based on GIS Constructor takes only a few steps. The specificity of visual programming is such that the work of all its components is built around one main spatial data access component that performs all the work of accessing spatial data and managing their display. Further, all the functionality is built up in three steps: the required component is placed on the form, is associated with the access component, and its programmatic configuration is performed to start the task predefined for it (for example, by pressing the corresponding button in the interface, the map object is searched for at the click point, it is highlighted by blinking and showing a dialog with the characteristics of the object).
