Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson on demonstrating the license settings. GIS "Panorama" uses three types of licenses: fixed hardware license (USB key), fixed license (registration key) and floating hardware license (USB key).

A fixed hardware license requires a USB dongle for each workstation. A fixed license (registration key) involves linking the application to computer settings based on registration data sent by e-mail. A floating hardware license assumes that a local network has one USB dongle and a running license server that allows you to simultaneously run a paid number of software copies on any computers by connecting in turn.

You can configure, register, activate and deactivate licenses using the "Appear license" dialog from the "Options" menu, "License kind" item of the main panel. In the dialog, by clicking on the "i" (License Information) icon, you can find out all the license parameters: availability, expiration dates, type of operating system, available programs.

In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama Mobile" version 1.2.7 has been developed for OS Aurora. In the new version the editing tools of the spatial data have been expanded, the user interface for working on devices with different screen resolutions has been improved.

The task of editing vector data has been supplemented with new modes. Tools have been added for drawing objects of type "title" with possibility of alignment of the text. In the new version, the position of existing map objects can be refined using the "Editing object points" mode. This mode allows each of the points of the object's contours to be moved separately. If the object is no longer relevant, the user can remove it from the map using the appropriate mode. To protect against erroneous cancellation of the map's editing action, information can be restored using the "Redo the canceled operation" mode. All user actions are saved in the transaction log of the map and can be restored using this mode. Maps with the obtained information about the area can be transferred to desktop products (GIS "Panorama", Panorama-editor, GIS Panorama Mini) and used as initial data for a wide range of applied tasks.

To improve user interaction with the application, saving the state of data at the time of closing, support for changing the screen orientation, and the ability to quickly navigate to a document have been added. When closing the data, as well as the application itself, the scale, current position, color model, brightness, contrast, and other parameters are saved. When working with a set of spatial data for different territories, the ability to quickly switch to the document of interest using the drop-down menu item from the "Data List" dialog has been implemented. When using the application on various mobile devices, the advantages of both tablets (wide screen) and smartphones (narrow screen) are realized by dynamically changing the orientation of the application controls to landscape or portrait modes.

GIS "Panorama Mobile" allows you to open and edit the main formats of digital maps of GIS "Panorama" and popular geoportals on mobile devices based on the Aurora OS, to process information from the built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver. The user can prepare in advance a necessary set of spatial data in one of desktop products (GIS "Panorama", Panorama-editor, GIS Panorama Mini) and to transfer it into the mobile GIS "Panorama Mobile". The process of working with data is carried out autonomously, without connecting to the Internet. When the user moves, his current position is dynamically displayed according to the coordinates obtained from the GPS/GLONASS receiver. For ease of use, it is possible to synchronize the position of the map with the current location. To save the coordinates obtained during movement, a track recording mode is provided, which creates a separate map and puts the trajectory of movement onto it. For all objects of a map during the work the basic information is provided . The program is developed on the basis of the GIS Constructor toolkit, which provides components for creating mobile applications for working with digital maps in the C++ programming language using the Qt.

OS Aurora - is a Russian mobile operating system developed by the "Open mobile platform" company. Operating system been created to build a trusted mobile infrastructure, protect sensitive information in government organizations, large and medium-sized commercial companies. Contributes to ensuring the technological sovereignty of the state through a secure mobile environment and meets all the requirements of regulators in the field of national security and information protection. Aurora OS allows centrally to operate the base of mobile devices and the used mobile software at use of Aurora Center. The current version of the mobile Aurora OS has been certified by the FSTEC of Russia and fully complies with the requirements for type "A" operating systems of 4 protection class and 4 trust levels.

Geoportal "Bank of spatial data" has been supplemented with a map of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".

In KB "Panorama" the Complex of preparing documents of aeronautical information of version 8.2.1 under control of GIS "Panorama" has been developed. In the new version in the task "Preparation of AI documents" in dialog "Task settings" the mode "List of coordinates of borders of regions (countries)" has been added. This mode maintains a list of sections of the borders of regions (states), their coordinates for further use in the "Input of elements of airspace structure" dialog when forming the metric of airspace structure elements with the segment type "along the state border".

Most of the elements contain the metrics of a complex polyline, the segment type "along the state border" is intended for the convenience of filling in the object's metrics and reducing the interactive (manual) input of coordinates from the keyboard.

The "List of coordinates of borders of regions (countries)" mode includes the following functions: adding, editing, deleting sections of the border and their metrics; formation of a list of sections of the border of the region (state); drawing a section of the border onto the map to check the correctness of the entered coordinates; saving (restoring) the metrics of the boundary section to *.txt, *. csv; formation and saving of information in the form of a script for PostgreSQL (in order to transfer data to a new database).

The dialog "Input of significant points" has been improved. Modes "List of main closed points by date" and "List of main outdated points" have been added. The modes are intended for viewing and deleting closed or irrelevant main points from the database table. Test backup copies of databases of PostgreSQL format included in the installation package of the program have been updated.

The complex of preparing documents of aeronautical information is a set of tools for maintaining an aeronautical data base, a modeling and analyzing the aeronautical situation, generating aeronautical maps and exchanging data with other information systems through export and import in the ARINC 424-19 exchange format and export in the AIXM 5.1 format. The task "Flight procedures design" is used to design the routes of departure, approach and landing and to analyze the safety of flights on them. The task "Assessment of compliance for aerodromes with the requirements FAR" is intended for the analysis of the aerodrome and the aerodrome environs for the suitability for operation and aircraft flights in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson on demonstrating the connection to the test database of the Complex of urban-planning tasks. The demo version has get-acquainted character of operating modes of the complex and is constructed on an example of conducting a database with use of digital maps for the Selizharovo municipality. For working with the demo version, no special preparation of maps and database installation is required. Database connection parameters are described in the documentation for the System Programmer's Guide.

The complex of urban planning tasks allows you to automatically form urban planning documents, place them in ISOGD - Information systems for ensuring urban planning, as well as receive reporting documents for tax authorities in accordance with regulatory urban planning documents. When forming documents, the semantic characteristics from a digital map of the land plots and attributes of a land plot or object of the registration stored in a database are used. The modes of the complex of urban planning tasks are called by clicking on the corresponding button on the main panel. The buttons are grouped according to their functional purpose. For example, by means of the button "User's authorization" a check is made on the software product licence, connection to a database, authorisation of the user. The "Land plots" mode is intended for maintaining the register of land plots together with the on-duty plan of the territory and taking into account the documented information in the section "Build-up and land plots to be built up". On the "Electronic document management" panel, the modes of forming the urban planning documents are grouped according to the semantic characteristics of the digital map object.
