In KB "Panorama" the Complex for documents preparation of aeronautical information of version 8.2 under control of GIS "Panorama" has been developed. In the new version, in the task "Flight procedures design", the construction of schemes RNP APCH, baro-VNAV, "Hippodrome" has been improved in accordance with the document "Rules of air navigation services. Aircraft flights. Volume II. Construction of visual and instrument flight procedures" ( Doc 8168/2, Seventh Edition, 2020). For the APV/barometric vertical navigation (bapo-VNAV) scheme, the template configuration has been changed when constructing surfaces (final approach surface (FAS), horizontal surface, missed approach (Z) surface, slope of the outer boundaries of the side surfaces). Parameters have been added into the dialog for selecting a fixed value of the beginning of the Z surface, depending on the category of the aircraft, the height above the runway threshold, and others.

In the task "Assessment of compliance for aerodromes with the requirements FAR", the mode "Importing Obstacles from Excel File" has been improved, the list of fields imported into the database of the complex has been expanded: code (ICAO), height system, description, color, lighting, marking. The obstacles import mode makes it easier to fill the database with information about obstacles, allows you to automatically determine whether an obstacle belongs to the country of its location, fill in the characteristic (obstacle description) by name. For the obstacle description a three-letter code (in accordance with the general provisions for submitting data on artificial obstacles to the "CAI" Branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "State ATM Corporation") and the full name of the characteristic will be filled. The example of a file for the import has been updated, included into an instal package (Ani.Dot\ Examples FAP-262\Obstacles\Example for importing obstacles.xls).

The complex for preparing documents of aeronautical information is a set of tools for maintaining an aeronautical data base, a modeling and analyzing the aeronautical situation, generating aeronautical maps and exchanging data with other information systems through export and import in the ARINC 424-19 exchange format and export in the AIXM 5.1 format. The task "Flight procedures design" is used to design the routes of departure, approach and landing and to analyze the safety of flights on them. The task "Assessment of compliance for aerodromes with the requirements FAR" is intended for the analysis of the aerodrome and the aerodrome environs for the suitability for operation and aircraft flights in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations.

The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

In KB "Panorama" the GIS WebServer SE version 6.14.0 has been developed for operating systems Astra Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, MS Windows. The new version expands the tools for spatial analysis and data retrieval, the capabilities of the application's web interface. The Lists of Objects component has been updated, the search in the Map Content component has been improved, the administration module has been updated.

In the Lists of objects component, the search for objects by the intersection of contours has been added. The search results allow you to analyze the relationships between different types of objects by their location on the ground. In the systems of urban development of territories, municipal and regional geoportals, checking intersections will allow you to control the rules of land use and development, solve various tasks where it is necessary to take into account the territorial location of objects. Lists of objects represent the samples of spatial objects of a map. Contour intersection checking is performed between the objects of two lists according to the selected intersection criterion. For example, you can find objects of the first list that have a touch point, or are located inside the objects of the second list and do not have common points, or are located outside, or do not intersect. The selected objects are highlighted in the map, they can be viewed and downloaded. The updated Map Content component provides the ability to quickly search for map layers by tags. To search by tags, you must select at least one tag from the list or enter a value in the search bar. Tags are assigned to layers in the administration module. GIS WebServer SE is used to build closed corporate systems to ensure the protection of data classified as classified or trade secret. The program is certified for level 2 lack of undeclared features. In KB "Panorama" the toolkit has been developed for creating GIS-applications of GIS ToolKit version 14.5.8.0. In the new version, the "Address Locator" (TAddressLocation) component has been redesigned in connection with the transition of the Federal Information Address System (FIAS) to a new format for storing information about addresses - the State Address Register (SAR). The updated component uses the address database of the GIS "Panorama", which is hosted at www.gisserver.info. The address database has been updated based on a new format for storing information about addresses - the state address register (SAR) and contains more than 100,000,000 address points, including land plots, parking lots and apartments.

In the program the component of access to the file of map objects classifier (TMapRsc) has been improved. On the "Objects" tab, the functionality for working with the object filter has been expanded. Ability has been added to select objects with taking into account the classes presented in the form of a tree. There is implemented an additional filtering by name, code, key, belonging to the series and the presence of 3D parameters. All filtering options are combined. The view of the table of objects has been improved. Ability has been added to display data about an object in the form of a table with information about localization, code, key, name and class. The view of the table can be changed using the "Object table" mode. Semantics editing mode has been improved. When you change the semantics code, the description of the semantics is automatically changed in the list of possible semantics, in the layer semantics table, in the associated object titles, in the template matching list, in the formula matching list, and in the formulas themselves. The interface of the "Objects" tab has been updated.

In the component for setting the parameters of GIS-kernel work (TGisProperty) the function of viewing the diagnostic log by means of dialog (ShowDiagnosticLog) has been added. Diagnostics log is applied to find the cause of a recurring error in the application's work.

Based on information from the EPSG database version 10, a set of files has been updated that contains parameters of coordinate system projections (epsg.csg, epsg.csp, epsg.csu) for recalculating coordinate systems using EPSG codes and filling in the parameters of coordinate systems of vector maps, images and matrixes.

The task of connecting geoportals has been improved. There are added the geoportals from the server of KB "Panorama: Razgrafka 1: 1 000 000, Razgrafka 1: 500 000, Razgrafka 1: 200 000, Razgrafka 1: 100 000. The geoportal of the Bogorodsky District map has been updated.

RGIS geoportal of the Ryazan region has been added with the following layers: Public services and institutions, Road facilities, State property, Cultural heritage sites, Branches of the State Bank of Russia, Nature management, Hydrography, Service areas of the PHS, Quarter network, Forest park green belt, SPNT of regional significance, Industrial enterprises, Offers for the sale of plots in 2022, Agricultural land, Telecommunication facilities. There is improved the algorithm for scaling images from geoportals with exceeding the virtual sizes of the image in width and height of 2 Gigapixels or more.It is necessary when detailing the image at a scale larger than 1: 100.

The GIS ToolKit is a set of visual components, classes and API functions of the GIS kernel for full-fledged work with spatial data. The toolkit is designed to develop client-server and the desktop 32-bit and 64-bit applications that require processing and visualization of spatial data. The GIS ToolKit classes and components are intended for use in the Embarcadero RAD Studio XE5 and higher programming environment (Delphi and C++ Builder) and are supplied with source codes. Components can be compared to "semi-finished products", using which you can quickly and easily develop your own geoinformation application. At the same time, the GIS kernel of the GIS ToolKit can be used not only in the Embarcadero environment, but in any development environment with any compiler that supports WINAPI standard function calls.
