In KB "Panorama" the "Operator" SE version 13.3.0 was developed for OS Astra Linux SE (Releases "Smolensk" and "Leningrad") and OS Zarya. In the new version of the dialog for importing models in the DB3D format, spatial data of TLS, OC3, DAE, OBJ can be imported by a set assembled from various catalogs, with the ability to interactively select the composition of files. Possibility has been added for selecting a coordinate system of a binding the imported model: from the list, from a file of the metadata and EPSG database. For the COLLADA (DAE) format, data loading can be performed in one of several provided modes, depending on the mode of geometry analysis. For each level of the model, the user can select an individual texture value. In the task of importing matrixes from the SRTM, GeoTIFF, IMG formats, the ability to eliminate undefined heights by mode of linear interpolation of neighboring known values has been added. In the dialog for importing graphic files from BMP, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, GeoTIFF, IMG formats, the user is provided with extended information about the source file: data type, minimum and maximum channel data values, interpretation method, projection parameters and coordinate systems. To optimize the import of large graphic files, it is possible to create an output file without copying data; in this case, raster data will be read directly from the source graphic file. For increasing the productivity of import the user can disable transaction logging.
As part of the GIS "Operator" SE, the classifiers of digital state topographic maps of scales : 25 000, 1: 50 000, 1: 100 000, 1: 200 000, 1: 500 000, 1: 1 000 000 have been updated. In new classifiers, conventional symbols of map objects can change properties (for example, increase or decrease the thickness of the road with a certain proportion and range of resizing) or remain unchanged (for example, the size of filling polygon signs and their density). Better support for multi-scale topographic maps is provided, along with automatic generalization of contours for different scales, setting the ranges of objects visibility, substitution of conventional symbols, building trees of displayed objects over the map area and other means. There is increased the the speed of display, the readability of the map, the quality of the reports being prepared.
Operator.p3d library of three-dimensional symbols of operator.rsc classifier has been improved. There are added the simplified models of Russian military equipment for displaying at distances far from the observer. This approach increases the speed of displaying a three-dimensional terrain model on maps of the operational situation with a large amount of equipment. Thus the nearest view of models remains detailed, corresponding to specific types of weapons. The operator.rsc classifier provides preparation of special maps for all types and branches of the RF Armed Forces.
In the "Map print" task, processing of new options for placing the printed map fragment on the printed sheets of the device has been added: "Split to pages", "Fit to page", "Accord to page", "Stretch horizontally", "Stretch vertically". Depending on the selected mode of placing images on pages, the printing scale is automatically recalculated. In the "Map contents" task, the work with the list of displayed map objects has been accelerated. In the "Data list" dialog, the ability has been added to customize display of matrixes of heights, qualities and layers by frame.
GIS "Operator" SE is a universal domestic geographic information system for power structures. The program is intended for accumulation, the storage, the automated processing and displaying the data, results of calculations and the forecasts having a geospatial binding. GIS "Operator" contains tools for displaying and processing vector, raster and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks of modeling the movement of special objects against the background of 3D model, a forecasting the consequences of emergencies on hazardous objects, a monitoring the movement of aircraft, a performing the geodetic and topographic work, processing data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, a printing the displayed spatial data to various output devices and many others.

In KB "Panorama" the
The capabilities of the complex of tools for working with databases in information systems for various purposes have been expanded. Into the "Spatial database" component a support of projects of database tables has been added. When you select a table, you can get information about objects of the layer with the type presented in the table. The expanded search in tables was added that allows to filter records by a set of values of several fields and selection conditions. Based on the search results, map objects are automatically selected in the table.
In the new version the toolkit for developing Web applications the GIS WebToolKit SE has been improved, which expands the capabilities of GIS WebServer SE and can be integrated into other information systems. Access to data (images, vector maps and information about the terrain) is provided by Web services according to the generally accepted OGC protocols and ISO standards. Various types of elevation data are used as a digital elevation model: matrices (in SRTM, GeoTIFF, IMG, MTW formats), TIN models, point clouds, and others. Three-dimensional terrain models published by the service can be formed from COLLADA files, as well as from photorealistic three-dimensional models of unlimited size (TLS, OC3).
GIS WebServer SE is used in the construction of closed corporate systems to ensure the protection of data that are classified or trade secrets. GIS WebServer SE is certified for level 2 of the absence of undeclared possibilities. The new version of the program expands the possibilities of the application when solving problems of analysis, management and long-term planning of the development of territories. GIS WebServer SE is implemented using the GIS WebToolKit SE, which can be used in development tools that use JavaScript.

There were specified the parameters of scaling of conventional symbols of linear and areal objects with filling signs and contours of various thicknesses for layers of hydrography, land relief, road network and road structures, borders, fences, individual natural phenomena and territories, and others. When reducing and enlarging the image of a digital map, the legibility of the cartographic image must be preserved. For this, the conventional symbols of map objects can change properties (for example, increase or decrease the thickness of the road with a certain proportion and range of resizing) or leave them unchanged (for example, the sizes of filling polygons and their density). The updated classifiers, including a full set of conventional symbols, provide better support for multiscale topographic maps, along with automatic generalization of contours for different scales, setting the ranges of objects visibility, substitution of conventional symbols, building trees of displayed objects over the map area and other means. The specified set of measures increases the speed of display, the readability of the map, the quality of the reports being prepared.
