    In KB "Panorama" the GIS WebService SE version 13.7.0 has been developed. In the new version a support of dynamic digital updating of territory has been expanded. The service supports technologies for creating and tracking spatial objects in near-real time mode, used in projects such as the "smart city". The use of GIS WebService SE in conjunction with GIS WebServer SE in the program for digital transformation of the economy will reduce the financial and time costs of the company, increase the reliability and availability of spatial data.

    In order to reduce the amount of transmitted data and increase the speed of data processing on the client, a support for multilevel geometry of objects has been added into the service. The volume reduction is achieved by filtering the geometry of objects and giving the client an already reduced number of points. There is implemented a support for searching for objects by mpt projects consisting of various classifiers.

    Into service the requests for the issuance of documents and maps-schemes have been added. This document is the appendix to the documentation containing the information of cartographical character. On the map-scheme, over the main map, there is put a graphical detailing of program elements, such as power lines, substations and others. In the program the request for constructing thematic maps from the GIS Server has been improved. The created map saves all the selected objects and characteristics of the main map, on which the request is built. New request for getting a list of virtual folders from the GIS Server has been added.

    The interface of administrator has been improved. The new group of the data - databases SQLite was added. Logging of actions of service administrators has been implemented. Ability has been added to configure access rights to service operations by groups. Queries for working with dbm databases have been improved. Support for mpt projects consisting of many dbm files has been added.

    In order to improve the security of working with data, requests from the "Service operations" group are available only to service administrators. Ability to write messages into the system log has been added. Transaction requests have been improved to allow the transfer of repeated semantic characteristics of objects.

    GIS WebService SE supports all international standards (OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS), which are used to transfer and display spatial data. The program implements the ability to issue tiles for any user or local coordinate system. The application is implemented on Windows and Linux platforms and is compatible with Apache, IIS and nginx web servers.

    In KB "Panorama" the GIS ToolKit version 13.0.8 has been developed for creation of GIS-applications in the environment of C ++ Builder, Delphi Embarcadero. The new version allows significantly to speed up process of visualisation of the big data having a geographical binding. To display events on the background of the map the small images (pictograms) can be used. There can be a large number of such pictograms in the map (tens of thousands) and a caching mode has been added to display them, which reduces the time for a complete map drawing. The image for the map object is set in the classifier editor (it is called through the TMapRsc component). It is possible to specify a link or a graphic file in png, bmp, jpeg and tiff format as an object view. For greater clarity of the map, you can change the external view of the sign depending on one or two characteristics of the object.

    To display densely spaced point signs, an automatic clustering algorithm has been implemented. If more than one object of a given type is located nearby, their conventional symbols will be automatically replaced with a conventional cluster symbol, the center of which will have the averaged coordinate of the objects included in it. When you change the scale, the cluster configuration automatically changes. If the map is very loaded, it is possible to combine signs of similar meaning into groups and, when the conditions are met, display one - generalizing, instead of several signs.

    To track the occurrence moment of an event, it is possible to create objects, the view of which changes depending on time. The object will change its view after a termination of certain period.

    The GIS ToolKit consists of a set of visual components (supplied in source code) and API functions of the GIS core for direct access to spatial data. The toolkit is intended for the development of client-server and desktop 32-bit and 64-bit applications that require processing and visualization of spatial data. Spatial data can be located both at the workplace (direct access to data), and in the local network or the Internet (components of access to the GIS Server or data exchange using international protocols are used).

    The geoportal "Bank of the spatial data" has been supplemented with maps of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. Source data obtained from Geofabrik website. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

    The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m.rsc). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

    Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".

    In KB "Panorama" the GIS WebServer SE version 5.9 has been developed for operating systems Astra Linux, Windows, CentOS. In the new version the possibility of loading of documents on a GIS Server with their binding to objects of a map has been implemented. Loading and a binding of documents is carried out when editing the characteristics of a map object. Application's users get access to documents by referring to the object characteristics in the map window. When choosing a document name in the semantics of the object, the client receives the file using standard browser tools. It is possible to load onto the GIS Server the various types of documents: images, texts, xml and other files. The mode provides a remote multiuser exchange of documents via the Web.

    In the program the mode of periodic updating a map has been improved. To increase the speed of updating the map, the buffers of the map and dynamic layers are separated, a partial redrawing of the map image is performed according to the parameters. In the administration module, the user interface settings have been expanded, settings for the matrix and 3D models of a three-dimensional map have been added.

    In the new version, the GIS WebToolKit SE Web application development toolkit is enhanced, which extends the capabilities of GIS WebServer SE and can be integrated into other information systems. Access to data (images, vector maps, and terrain information) is provided by Web services using generally accepted OGC protocols and ISO standards. The GIS WebService SE service (OGC WMS/WMTS) provides spatial information in the form of graphic images. As a digital terrain model, various types of elevation data are used: matrixes (in SRTM, GeoTIFF, IMG, MTW formats), TIN-models, point cloud and others. The service provides the ability to publish three-dimensional terrain models unloaded in DB3D format. These models can be obtained from files of the COLLADA type, as well as from photorealistic three-dimensional models of unlimited size (TLS, OC3).

    As a source of spatial data, the Databank of digital maps and Remote Sensing Data can be used. It provides the collection, storage, search and delivery of spatial data in exchange formats, displaying the state of the data bank in the form of maps-schemes, and the automated formation and updating of geo-covers.

    GIS WebServer SE is used in the construction of closed corporate systems to ensure the protection of data having a security classification or a trade secret. GIS WebServer SE is certified for Level 2 of absence of undeclared capabilities. The new version of the program expands the application's capabilities in solving problems of analysis, management and long-term planning of the territories development. GIS WebServer SE is implemented using the toolkit of GIS WebToolKit SE, which can be used in development tools that use the JavaScript.

    In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama AGRO" version 5.2 has been developed. In the new version of the program, the calculation of the processed area has been optimized and the interface of the subsystem for monitoring the movement of enterprise vehicles has been improved.

    KB "Panorama" offers agricultural producers a line of geoinformation products for desktop and Web-clients, including "Panorama AGRO", "Panorama Editor Farming", "Panorama AUTO", "Workstation of agronomist", Panorama AGRO Service and GIS WebServer AGRO. The combination of these products, as well as their interaction with the cartographic GIS Server and the professional GIS "Panorama", make it possible to create distributed scalable computing systems that provide a single geoinformation space for an agricultural enterprise.

    The database of agrarian GIS allows to carry out receiving, storage and processing navigation data of the organization's agricultural machinery. On their basis, the location of the vehicle is determined and displayed against the background of an electronic map of the fields, as well as the calculation of the performed work: the traveled distance and the processed area. The parameters measured by the optionally installed sensors (fuel consumption, work of mounted equipment and others) are displayed in the form of conventional symbols, text labels and graphs. The dispatch center accumulates measured parameters in order to generate reports according to established forms.

    Modern agrobusiness needs innovations and new technologies, demands introduction of the system approach to its conducting. Agricultural enterprises are faced with complex tasks: to reduce production costs, to increase the control and efficiency of resource use, to make the business manageable and predictable.

    Today in crop production there is an acute issue of building an agribusiness management system and its automation. Without reliable and timely information, it is almost impossible to make the right decisions. Automation of agribusiness management and the construction of a control and monitoring system allows to reduce the risk of "human factor", to optimize the costs of support services, to optimize the use of equipment and resources, which will ultimately lead to a decrease in production costs. We see the use of geographic information systems and technologies as a key aspect of automation in crop production.

    KB "Panorama" software products are a tool that ensures the solution of three main tasks that determine success in the modern market: the availability of timely objective information, the ability to make the right management decisions and the ability to implement these decisions in practice.

    The use of remote sensing data of the earth, the results of satellite navigation measurements, the readings of various sensors and the construction of a corporate agrarian geoinformation system on their basis have already proven their high efficiency in managing agrotechnical measures and ensuring reliable control of crop cultivation technologies.
