    In KB "Panorama" the Complex of solving aeronautical tasks version 7.5 for the GIS "Operator" SE version 13, OS Astra Linux SE (release "Smolensk") has been developed. In the new version the possibility of processing and storage of aviation messages has been added. It will allow the user of air space to form bases of messages in the own interests. The complex implements the function of analysis and automatic processing of NOTAM messages. It allows to form and analyze the base of restrictions in air space in a graphic form. The use of the NOTAM database allows the operator to create maps of time restrictions, activated zones and closed sections of routes for a certain region in a given period of time. This will increase the efficiency of using the air navigation situation for flight operations. In the task "Flight procedures construction" the possibility has been added for forming the report of intermediate data of calculations of inverse schemes.

    The complex of solving aeronautical tasks is intended for creating and maintaining a database of aeronautical information, formation of aeronautical maps, designing the flight routes for aircraft, exchanging data with other information systems. The program allows to carry out calculations of routes of flights, to analyze objects of airdrome and the surrounding area for their impact on air traffic safety.

    The main source of aeronautical information is the aeronautical data base, created on the basis of the AICM (Aeronautical Information Conceptual Model) model, with additions for storing planning information and results of route design. The model is recommended by the international organization for air traffic planning and coordination "Eurocontrol".

    In KB "Panorama" the GIS Panorama Mini version 13.5.1 has been developed. In the new version the algorithm for displaying thin lines and small circles with thickness and radius close to one pixel has been changed. Lines are displayed more thinly that improves the readability of the digital vector map.

    A new view of programmable signs has been added for demonstrating the display of linear objects with a four-dimensional metric. Measurement at a point can be displayed in the color of a line segment, taking into account whether the value falls within the specified range or by another algorithm. In the example on the map \Data\shape the degree of exceeding the specified speed limit is displayed (up to +0 km/h - green, up to + 20 km/h - yellow, over - red). The speed limit is read from the semantics of object 32212 Movement speed. The current speed at the point is read from the fourth measurement at the point.

    To increase the clarity of the overview image of the territory, GIS Panorama Mini applies the multiscale objects changing the view of the contour when changing the display scale.

    A support of the four-dimensional metric of objects for recording into coordinates of a measurement point of an arbitrary value in the form of a floating point number or integers has been added. When importing and exporting SHP, a metric containing fields X, Y, Z (height) and M (dimension) are processed. The specification of the SXF format in a binary and text (TXF) form has been expanded. Support of 4-dimensional metric of objects has been added when importing and exporting SXF and TXF formats.

    In the task "Select object" the displaying, editing and deleting of four-dimensional metrics of objects on the "Metrics" bookmark has been added. This characteristic has an integer or real value representation. Saving of four-dimensional metric into file of TXT format has been added. Displaying complex objects with a large number of contours and points in the dialog has been accelerated.

    The "Map Editor" for creating objects with the input of coordinates from the keyboard has been improved. There is added a support for input of four-dimensional coordinates with measurements at a point as a floating point number or a pair of integer values.

    In the new version in the task of importing navigation data in GPX format when recording a track, a linear object with a four-dimensional metric (latitude, longitude, height, time) is formed on the map. The time field is recorded for each point in the form of two 4-byte integers YYYYMMDD and HHMMSS. The values are selected from the "time" node, for example: 2020-09-01T17:45:07Z.

    The task of importing navigation data of NMEA-0183 format has been improved. When recording a track, a linear object with a four-dimensional metric (latitude, longitude, height, speed) is formed on the map. The speed field is recorded as a floating point number in km/h. The value is selected from the velocity field and converted from knots to km/h (multiplied by 1.852).

    Support of multipoint object has been added. A multipoint object consists of a set of points with two-dimensional, three-dimensional, or four-dimensional coordinates and common attributes (semantics). A multipoint object is displayed as dot signs placed at each point of the object's metric.

    In the dialog "Data list of map" the mode "Set the border by map objects for a group of heights, layers and qualities" has been added. It allows you to set a border for each matrix according to the object assigned to it from the selected objects on the map. It is possible to set a border for one matrix by a multi-contour object formed from selected objects. The mode also allows you to set a border for all matrixes of the group by one selected object. The mode is called by the item "Set border by ... map object" of the context menu of the "Matrix" bookmark.

    The geoportal "Bank of the spatial data" has been supplemented with a map of Turkey, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. Source data obtained from Geofabrik website. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

    The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m.rsc). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

    Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".

    From October, 8 till October, 9th, 2020 the II International applied science conference the "Geodesy, cartography and digital reality" was held in Sochi, organized by joint-stock company "Roscartografy". The annual event is dedicated to discussing topical issues of the industry and new solutions for obtaining and using geospatial information. The conference was attended by representatives of Rosreestr, the state corporation Roscosmos and the professional business community.

    Specialists of KB "Panorama" presented the professional GIS "Panorama", which, in combination with server software products, implements a domestic geoinformation platform capable of solving problems of forming a single geoinformation space. The report reflects the features of the new version, including support for single-file storages of heterogeneous spatial information, processing of large files up to 500 GB, connecting of external databases, multiple metrics of objects for the implementation of multi-scale maps, as well as automation tools for the process of generalization of topographic maps.

    Conference has begun with the discussions devoted to necessity of providing the national projects with the geospatial information from the point of view of representatives of government agencies, educational institutions and business. Within the framework of the "Digital economy" national project, Roscosmos plans together with Rosreestr, to create a single geoinformation space of Russia in 2022-2023. To solve large-scale tasks, it is necessary to revise the regulatory requirements and standards regulating the manufacture of modern products and develop the newest technologies for geodetic and cartographic work, said Alexander Rebriy, deputy head of Rosreestr.

    The second part of the conference was divided into sections in accordance with professional areas: geodesy, cartography, photogrammetry, remote sensing of the Earth, cadastre, geographic information systems, where specialists exchanged experience and presented their best practices. Within the framework of the national program "Digital economy of the Russian Federation", the State corporation "Roscosmos" is implementing the "Digital Earth" project, which provides consumers with access to Earth's remote sensing data from space in the form of services. A constantly updated single continuous dynamic coverage of the entire territory of the Russian Federation can be built into "Panorama" products as one of the basic layers of spatial data. Such technical solutions can have a significant economic effect on the activities of Roscartography and other organizations involved in the creation of digital cartographic products and geoinformation services.
