    The geoportal "Bank of the spatial data" has been supplemented with a map of the Portuguese Republic, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. Source data obtained from Geofabrik website. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

    The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m.rsc). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

    Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".

    In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Operator" SE version 13.2 has been developed for OS Astra Linux SE and OS Zarya. The new version is built on a multi-platform multithreaded core for Linux, QNX, Android, MS Windows with support for Intel/AMD, Elbrus, ARM, PowerPC, SPARC, MIPS and others processors. To improve the reliability of the software, numerous automated functional tests have been developed, the code has been optimized using text analyzers and performance evaluation on a multi-core architecture. The list of types of processed data has been expanded: data from geoportals, multidimensional databases, pyramids of tiles BIR, GPKG, multiscale packed maps MAPZ, MPTZ and others. The new version of the GIS "Operator" SE is submitted on certification in the certification system for information security requirements by the 2nd level of undeclared possibilities.

    In the "Navigator 3D" task, the list of formats of imported models for displaying accurate and realistic tiled 3D terrain models has been expanded. Support was added for import of models from the OBJ format into a database of three-dimensional models of DB3D format. Operator.p3d library of three-dimensional symbols of operator.rsc classifier has been improved. There are added the simplified models of Russian military equipment for displaying at distances far from the observer. This approach increases the speed of displaying a three-dimensional terrain model on maps of the operational situation with a large amount of equipment. Thus the nearest view of models remains detailed, corresponding to specific types of weapons. The operator.rsc classifier provides preparation of special maps for all types and branches of the RF Armed Forces.

    The algorithm for generating the titles to objects on a three-dimensional terrain model has been improved. Creation of 3D-titles is carried out by means of fonts in format SDF (Signed Distance Field). The use of SDF fonts allows accelerating the display of a three-dimensional terrain model by using a single texture with a symbols atlas when creating titles for objects and provides a better visual perception of the text. Thanks to automatic smoothing of symbols borders the text, created with the new technology is free from the disadvantage of jagging along the edges of symbols, and remains visually smooth at rotating and scaling in wide ranges. This increases the readability of the titles and makes working with the 3D model more convenient.

    Support was added of the multiscale objects having the several copies of a contour with different details of points. Additional contours are formed for smaller scales of display - 1/4 1/16, 1/64 from base scale of a map and are recorded into the object metrics together with the main contour. When compressing the map, those contours of objects that are closer to the current display scale will be automatically displayed. This speeds up the display of complex objects and makes the image of the terrain more visual. At any editing of the map and when performing calculations by the metric of the object, the main contour of the multiscale object is processed. Objects are one of the elements of a multiscale map that changes its view when changing the display scale. Application of multiscale maps in packed MPTZ project allows to reduce number of created scales (layers) of maps in system of storage, finishing and application of topographic and geodetic information.

    The appearance of the dialogs "Create map", "View Passport", "Standard transformation", "Data list", "Import from KML", "Import from SHP" has been improved. In the "Save as ..." mode, the ability of saving in MPTZ format has been added. In the task "Map Editor" the ability was added to customize the number of active models and created symbols.

    GIS "Operator" SE is a universal domestic geographic information system for power structures. The program is intended for accumulation, the storage, the automated processing and displaying the data, results of calculations and the forecasts having a geospatial binding. GIS "Operator" contains tools for displaying and processing vector, raster and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks of modeling the movement of special objects against the background of 3D model, a forecasting the consequences of emergencies on hazardous objects, a monitoring the movement of aircraft, a performing the geodetic and topographic work, processing data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, a printing the displayed spatial data to various output devices and many others.

    In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama" version 13.5.1 has been developed. In the new version a support of the four-dimensional metric of objects for recording into coordinates of a measurement point of an arbitrary value in the form of a floating point number or integers has been added. When importing and exporting SHP, four-dimensional records of type POINTZ, POLYLINEZ, POLYGONZ, MULTIPOINTZ and a metric containing fields X, Y, Z (height) and M (dimension) are processed. The specification of the SXF format in a binary and text (TXF) form has been expanded. Support of 4-dimensional metric of objects has been added when importing and exporting SXF and TXF formats.

    The task "Select object" has been improved. The displaying, editing and deleting of four-dimensional metrics of objects on the "Metrics" bookmark has been added. This characteristic has an integer or real value representation. Saving of four-dimensional metric into file of TXT format has been added. Displaying complex objects with a large number of contours and points in the dialog has been accelerated.

    The "Map Editor" for creating objects with the input of coordinates from the keyboard has been improved. There is added a support for input of four-dimensional coordinates with measurements at a point as a floating point number or a pair of integer values.

    The task of importing navigation data in GPX format has been improved. When recording a track, a linear object with a four-dimensional metric (latitude, longitude, height, time) is formed on the map. The time field is recorded for each point in the form of two 4-byte integers YYYYMMDD and HHMMSS. The values are selected from the "time" node, for example: 2020-09-01T17:45:07Z

    The task of importing navigation data of NMEA-0183 format has been improved. When recording a track, a linear object with a four-dimensional metric (latitude, longitude, height, speed) is formed on the map. The speed field is recorded as a floating point number in km/h. The value is selected from the velocity field and converted from knots to km/h (multiplied by 1.852).

    Support of multipoint object has been added. A multipoint object consists of a set of points with two-dimensional, three-dimensional, or four-dimensional coordinates and common attributes (semantics). When exporting to SHP, a multipoint object is written with the MULTIPOINTZ or MULTIPOINT type. When importing SHP, a multipoint object is formed from records with type the MULTIPOINT, MULTIPOINTZ and MULTIPOINTM. A multipoint object is displayed as dot signs placed at each point of the object's metric.

    n the application "Geodesy editor" the tools of calculations based on a linear coordinate system have been added. To determine the parameters of a linear coordinate system, a 4D metric of an extended linear object - a route is used. The 4D metric (X,Y,H,M) of a linear object contains the value of measuring the distance on the ground along the axis of the route from the first point that is the origin. The measurement is stored in the M coordinate and contains the distance in meters from the first point to the current point of the route metric. The M coordinate of the route must be formed prior to the beginning of using the linear coordinate system. In the process of calculations, the calculation of spatial coordinates (X,Y,H) by linear measurements (M) is performed and the calculation results are displayed on the map in the form of a picket (point mark) or a segment (linear mark), limited by two pickets.

    To prepare a route for calculations and perform calculations in a linear coordinate system, the following new modes have been developed: "Calibration of the route" (provides filling of the M coordinate of the route), "Arrangement of pickets along the route" (drawing the pickets onto the map by on the results of linear measurements), "Arrangement of segments along route "(drawing the segments bounded by two pickets on the map).

    In the dialog "Data list of map" the mode "Set the border by map objects for a group of heights, layers and qualities" has been added. It allows you to set a border for each matrix according to the object assigned to it from the selected objects on the map. It is possible to set a border for one matrix by a multi-contour object formed from selected objects. The mode also allows you to set a border for all matrixes of the group by one selected object. The mode is called by the item "Set border by ... map object" of the context menu of the "Matrix" bookmark.

    A new view of programmable signs has been added for demonstrating the display of linear objects with a four-dimensional metric. Measurement at a point can be displayed in the color of a line segment, taking into account whether the value falls within the specified range or by another algorithm. In the example on the map \Data\shape the degree of exceeding the specified speed limit is displayed (up to +0 km/h - green, up to + 20 km/h - yellow, over - red). The speed limit is read from the semantics of object 32212 Movement speed. The current speed at the point is read from the fourth measurement at the point.

    Algorithm for displaying thin lines and small circles with thickness and radius close to one pixel has been changed. Lines are displayed more thinly that improves the readability of the digital vector map.

    In KB "Panorama" the training materials on formation of three-dimensional maps of operational-tactical situation with use of the updated classifier operator.rsc and the library of 3D-models of military equipment operator.p3d have been prepared. The tutorials include an example of data project. It contains a map fragment of the operational-tactical situation, created with use of the operator.rsc classifier of conventional symbols of operational situation, which meets the requirements of the KEUZ standard, and the operator.p3d library of 3D models of weapons and military equipment, a topographic background, elevation data and terrain images.

    In the new version of library of three-dimensional symbols operator.p3d of the classifier operator.rsc the simplified models of the Russian military equipment have been added for display on distances far from the observer. This approach increases the speed of displaying a three-dimensional terrain model on maps of the operational situation, saturated with equipment. At the same time, the near view of the models remains detailed, corresponding to specific types of weapons. The operator.rsc classifier provides preparation of special maps for all types and branches of the RF Armed Forces.

    Creation of a 3D-kind of signatures is carried out now by means of fonts in format SDF (Signed Distance Field). Application of SDF-fonts allows to accelerate display of three-dimensional model of district at the expense of use of a uniform structure with the atlas of symbols at creation of signatures to objects and provides the best visual perception of the text. Thanks to automatic smoothing of borders of symbols the text created on new technology, is deprived such lack as gradualness along the edges of symbols, and remains visually smooth at turn and scaling in wide ranges. It raises readership of signatures and does work with three-dimensional model more convenient.

    A new kind of 3D-titles has been added into the operator.p3d library. Creation of 3D-titles now is carried out by means of fonts in format SDF (Signed Distance Field). The use of SDF fonts allows accelerating the display of a three-dimensional terrain model by using a single texture with a symbols atlas when creating titles for objects and provides a better visual perception of the text.     The document "Operator's guide for creating a library of 3D-models" will help, if necessary, to add your original 3D models of various objects into the existing library or create your own library of 3D symbols from scratch. You can get acquainted with the technology using the corresponding video lesson.

    Accurate and realistic three-dimensional models of entire terrain areas and individual objects, created with use of technologies of scanning or third-party 3D editors, help to make a three-dimensional map more realistic. In the "Navigator 3D" task, support for 3D tiles of spatial data in DB3D format has been added to display accurate and realistic 3D models of unlimited size. DB3D format is intended for storing and displaying pyramids of three-dimensional tiles packed together with metadata tables in SQLite format. The format is intended for storing data in pyramids of 3D tiles of various types, for example, GoogleMapsCompatible (matrix compatible with Google data in projection EPSG:3857), GoogleCrs84Quad (matrix compatible with Google data in projection EPSG:4326). The level of granularity of the data and the coverage area is not limited. Import into DB3D format is supported: 1) models in Collada (dae) format; 2) models in OBJ format; 3) models in the TLS (Agisoft Tiled Model) tile format; 4) point clouds in Agisoft OC3 format. Separate import of point clouds in LAS format. Models of these formats can be exported from Geoscan company software, the programs SketchUp, Blender, MeshLab, Maya, 3D Studio Max, SP LIRA and others.
