29.12.2012In GIS WebServerAGRO the controls by system of exact agriculture from any point on the globe are implemented In KB "Panorama" there is developed new product the GIS WebServerAGRO intended for remote access to a control system by the agricultural enterprise in branch of Horticulture on the basis of the and "Land and real estate". The application provides remote access via the Web-browser to databases of agricultural holding, cadastral data, results of monitoring of equipment and displays them together in the form of a map of fields. Agricultural lands are presented by data fields history, by agrophysics and agrochemical parameters of exact farming, by results of phytosanitary monitoring and navigation information on the movement of agricultural machinery and components. All data of agricultural holding that have spatial binding are displayed in the form of layers of fields map, which can be easily controlled, including viewing on the background of connected external geoportals (Google, Yandex, OpenSreetMap, VirtualEath, Roscosmos, Rosreestr and others). Maps of fields of agricultural holding can be placed on one or several remote or WMTS-servers. Thus, all settings of placing the information are stored in the project of the GIS "Panorama AGRO" and read automatically. The program provides search, filtration and grouping of the information, measurement in a map of fields, a print of a map and formation of reports. In interaction with the program of monitoring the database the GIS WebServerAGRO provides construction of system of monitoring the agricultural machinery and transport. The new product allows to cut expenses on acquisition and operation of information control system by the agricultural enterprise. 28.12.2012In Municipal GIS of Makhachkala the client-server and web-technologies are integrated KB "Panorama" has taken part in the development and introduction of municipal GIS of Makhachkala city intended for geoinformation ensuring the work of departments of the city administration and for solving the following tasks: creation of tools for formation of bank of spatial data; creation of a single digital cartographical base (SDCB); creation of a subsystem of information ensuring of urban development; creating a subsystem of the register of engineering communications and road infrastructure; creation of a subsystem of information interaction with system of a cadastre of real estate objects; creation of a subsystem for making operative situational analysis, including with use of automatically formed 3D-models on single digital cartographical base; creation of a subsystem of publication of spatial and attributive data of municipal GIS of Makhachkala by geoportal means. 28.12.2012In GIS "Operator" the library of 3D-models of arms and military equipment is expanded up to 75 kinds In KB "Panorama" the military-oriented GIS "Operator" of version 11.10.4 is developed. In the new version conventional symbols of objects of operational situation are refined and the library of 3D-models of arms and military equipment is expanded. New signs include three-dimensional models of weapon and the military equipment, adopted onto arms in the CIS countries armies. The expanded library of symbols allows to create 3D-models of operational situation on a land, at the sea and in the air. Library development is made by company "GISINFO" by the order of KB "Panorama". Support of geoportals is improved. In the new version it is possible to use geoportals even in the absence of the Internet network. Any data from geoportals and from GIS Server that at least once was displayed on the client's computer, will be accessible in offline mode automatically. All coordinate and attributive information is stored only in the encrypted form. The extended scale number allows to look through the data from geoportals up to the scale 1:100. In the absence of the image onto the chosen area the enlarged data from the previous scale will be displayed.The maximum size of record of object's semantics (attributes) on a digital map is increased. The maximum size of record is 4 gigabytes instead of 64 Kb. The maximum size of a line in a separate field of semantics (attribute) is increased. Record's structure allows to store up to 4 Gbytes in one field. Lines, with a length greater than 254 characters, are automatically saved in the new format in the UTF-16 coding. Converters of formats SXF and TXF for support of long fields of attributes are finalized. Changes are made for ensuring of compatibility with a new developed format of data storehouse. The structure of the log of users operations for control of operators actions is expanded. There is increased volume of imported and transformed rasters in the compressed kind up to several tens of gigabytes compressed by algorithm JPEG. 28.12.2012The number of users of GIS "Panorama 11" in 2012 was made more than 27 000 In 2012 the number of users of products of KB "Panorama" has increased more than on 3 100 and totaled more than 27 100. This year new software products are developed: Complex of automated interpretation and vectorization, Complex of conducting a databank of digital maps and data of remote sensing the Earth, "Workstation of Cadastral engineer Pro", "Workstation of the agronomist", "Workstation of urban-planner", Complex of automated quality control and correction of digital maps, GIS Constructor for Linux x64, Open GIS WebService. There are significantly updated software products: , , , military-oriented GIS "Operator" and others. A large amount of research and development commissioned by various departments, bodies of regional and municipal authorities and private companies is made. KB "Panorama" became a member of the "Federal Center of Science and High Technologies" of Russian Emergency Ministry. Technical Support Service has processed over 7000 posts at a forum, over 5000 messages in the mail and a large number of phone calls. New training materials are developed and placed on the website in sections the Documentation and Video lessons. Into all software there is built-in access to data from different geoportals by protocols OGC and by various proprietary protocols, collaboration through the GIS Server is enabled. Basic desktop and server products are certified to the requirements of data security, support 256-bit encryption of transmitted and stored data, and modern methods of authentication clients. In accordance with the regulations there are updated classifiers for creation of digital topographic maps, preparations of surveying and technical plans, preparations of schemes of territorial planning, formation of maps of farmland, conducting the maps of operational situation and maps of emergencies, other special maps. In order to use GIS-technologies in small business and municipal government agencies there is developed a line of products Mini: , GIS Server Mini, GIS WebServer Mini, Complex of conducting a databank Mini. In open access there are updated maps in SXF format in territory of regions of Russia and CIS countries from the project OpenStreetMap.
25.12.2012In "Complex of automated quality control and correction of maps" version 5.4 the analysis of topology of the metrics of objects is expanded In KB "Panorama" the "Complex of automated quality control and correction of maps" version 5.4 is developed. In the new version of the complex the following types of control of topological correctness are refined: control of self-crossings and control of presence of breaks in linear objects. In control of self-crossings there is reduced the excess number of the messages associated with detection of coincident and adjoining subobjects, and also new diagnostic messages about error of belonging the subobjects of polygonal objects are added. In control of presence of breaks there is added a taking into account of a direction of digitizing specified in the map classifier. Previously, this type of control was performed equally for all linear objects that in the mode "Edit" led to an incorrect merge of some kinds of objects (linear rivers). The new version considers following directions of a digitizing: "Arbitrary", "Predefined" and "Lower right". At detection of pair of adjoining objects with arbitrary direction of digitizing the adjoining objects going in any direction are merged. Steams of adjoining objects with direction "Predefined" or "Lower right" are merged only in that case when they go in one direction (linear rivers, horizontals). In addition to changes of the program of control itself into the complex there are added tables of transition from classifiers 25t09g.rsc and 200t09g.rsc to classifiers 25t05g.rsc and 200t05g.rsc accordingly, schemes of control of maps of scales 1:25 000 and 1:200 000 are refined. 24.12.2012In the Complex of 3D analysis the tools of updating matrixes of heights in formats SRTM and MTW are expanded In KB "Panorama" the "Complex of 3D analysis" version 2.0 is developed. The new version includes the task "Editing matrix of heights", allowing to specify contents of separate parts of a matrix of heights on the basis of additional data about relief - matrixes of format MTW, MTD-models, TIN-models. Additional data about a relief can be absent, in this case editing is carried out by a method of interpolation with use of values of initial matrix. The task can be used for updating matrixes of heights created on vector maps, and also the matrixes loaded from external formats (SRTM, GeoTIFF, XYZ and others). The task "Estimation of accuracy of a matrix by objects of a map" is improved, allowing to carry out an estimation of quality of a matrix of heights by objects of a vector map. There is added output into a formed text file of results of a statistical estimation: a mean-square and systematic error, number of processed objects of a vector map. Ready matrixes of heights can be saved into file GeoTIFF. The single-channel uncompressed files with data about height of format TIFF format with information about spatial placing are created. The structure of a created file corresponds to structure of GeoTIFF files used for data storage about relief SRTM. The calling the task of export of a matrix in GeoTIFF can be made from dialog the Data list, the menu the File/Export and from the task Map Legend. The task "Create zones of correspondence by calculations", a part of the panel "Zones and statistics" is refined. Into a set of operations there are added the following operations for specifying arithmetic actions and conditions of matching: cotangent, natural logarithm, decimal logarithm. The task is used for performance of arithmetic and logic operations over the matrix data of various types - matrixes of heights of format MTW, matrixes of layers MTL, matrixes of qualities MTQ. Complex of 3D analysis contains more than 50 various tasks for creating models of surfaces and solving the tasks of spatial analysis with use of the constructed models. Models of surfaces can be created by the vector data of formats SHP, MIF, DXF, SXF, KML and others, by the information from database tables (DBF, XLS), and also can be loaded from formats SRTM, GeoTIFF, XYZ, LAS and others, in total more than 20 formats. 21.12.2012GIS "Panorama 11" represents data from geoportals in the absence of connection with the Internet KB "Panorama" has developed . In the new version there is realized mechanism of automatic accumulation in a cache of data from geoportals and their displaying in the absence of connection with the Internet. The user in off-line operating mode can open any layers from geoportals via menu (containing more than 50 various references to geoportals) for display, zooming, performance of measurements and definition of coordinates, updating of vector maps, data printing and for solving other tasks. All data which at least once was been displayed in the program, will be accessible in offline mode. Earlier, the same mechanism was implemented for data from GIS Server. The extended scale number allows to look through the data from geoportals to the scale 1:100. In the absence of the image onto the chosen area the enlarged data from the previous scale will be displayed. In the complex of geodesy tasks the tools of creating documents "Surveying plan" and "Technical plan" are expanded. The program XMLCheck.exe, carrying out control of correctness of filling the XML files under XSD schemes and formation of the error log is improved. The new version allows you to connect to the lists of XSD-schemes, placed in the internet, by the links in XML. In the task of View Passport there are added fields for input of code EPSG and the identifier of coordinate system (CRS). At creation of maps in CS-42 and CS-95 the code EPSG is set automatically by zone number. At the automated filling the parametres of coordinate system by code EPSG or from files XML the code will be filled automatically (if it is in XML with the description of coordinate systems). The identifier of system of coordinates is the line of symbols used for filling the reports at electronic document management (surveying and technical plans in XML format). New properties are saved in SXF and TXF formats. The Map Editor task's mode is improved "Cut out a piece of map inside and outside of contour" - possibility of selecting objects on different maps is added. The list of transaction's kinds in the Map Editor is expanded to facilitate the analysis of the protocol of users operations (its own name in the protocol instead of the generalized names corresponds to each operation). The task of automatic creation of titles by objects semantics allows to create titles and complex signs on the basis of vector and dot objects for displaying values of objects semantics. The task of control of self-crossings and errors of entry on a vector map for reduction of false messages and detailed errors is improved. The task for export of matrixes of heights into file GeoTIFF is developed. The task creates single-channel uncompressed files with data about height of TIFF format with information about spatial placing. The structure of a created file corresponds to structure of GeoTIFF files used for data storage about relief SRTM. The problem calling can be made from dialog the Data list, the menu the File/Export and from the task Map Legend. There is increased volume of imported and transformed rasters in the compressed kind - up to several tens of gigabytes compressed by algorithm JPEG. In the compressed kind the raster can be no more than 8 Gbytes. The maximum size of record of object's semantics (attributes) on a digital map is increased. The maximum size of record is 4 gigabytes instead of 64 Kb. Record with a length greater than 64 Kbytes, will not be supported in earlier versions of GIS. The maximum size of a line in a separate field of semantics (attribute) is increased. Record's structure allows to store up to 4 Gbytes in one field. Lines, with a length greater than 254 characters are automatically saved in the new format in the UTF-16 coding. Fields of a new format will not be supported in the previous versions of the GIS. Converters of formats SXF and TXF for support of long fields of attributes are finalized. At converting in SHP\DBF and DXF\DBF the size of a field can not be more than 254 byte, and the size of one record more than 64 KB (restriction of DBF). At converting in MIF\MID the size of attributes in one record cannot be more than 4 kilobytes (in the description of fields in file MIF - Columns). 21.12.2012In "Workstation of Cadastral engineer" the tools of formation of surveying and technical plans are refined In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of Cadastral engineer Pro"and "Workstation of Cadastral engineer" version 11.10.4 are developed. In the new version the complex of geodesy tasks is improved. There is corrected formation of report "Land-plan" for a multiplanimetric plot by means OpenOffice at describing the error of description of the contours area. Forced updating the GUID field is added in dialogs "Land-plan", "Technical plan" and "Map-plan". Dialog "Save marked fragments of a map in EMF" is improved. The ability to save into other graphic formats is added: BMP, TIFF, JPEG. At saving XML-file of the land-plan, there is added possibility of initialization of information about an error of determining the coordinates of a characteristic point, in the absence of corresponding semantics at dot object. In this case, the program requests data from the settings of the "Geodesy editor". Dialog "Loading of cadastral data from file XML" for a case of negative coordinates is improved. Dialog "Editing semantics of object of cadastral works" is modified. Functions of complex editing of the data on object of cadastral works are updated, including: general information about object of cadastral works, information about location (address), about documents-bases, about geodetic basis, about external contours and internal parts of the ground area. Corrective amendments to the release of information about the areas of large plots of land are introduced. Mechanism of rounding the area of a plot to the whole metres is specified at showing on the screen. Algorithm of conducting the array of information about initial documents and documents-bases is updated. Possibility of simultaneous editing the information about external contours allows users to make operatively changes for the multiplanimetric ground areas and a single land use. The mode "Map (plan) of object of land management" for multiplanimetric object of land management is improved. There is provided a correct processing a structure of a set of objects including not only the polygon and linear objects, but also dot, and vector, and even titles. The mode "Technical plan" (constructions and object under construction) is improved. There is specified order of filling a requisite of conducting about the performed measurements and calculations for the case of multiplanimetric object of real estate including not only polygonal and linear contour, but a dot contour. The order of saving the information of the points list of a geodetic basis and the list of documents, for a case of absence of the entered data is changed. At saving XML-file of object under construction, if such object is a construction, there is removed record of data on earlier assigned cadastral and other numbers. In the scheme they are not provided. The mode "Land-plan" is improved. Algorithm of processing information about neighbours, for a case when the dot object (a characteristic point) is not found in a corresponding point of the metrics of a specified or initial site is refined. Changes are made to templates of reports for the mode "Map (plan)". The insert of empty page on the title page is eliminated and alignment of tables frames with a frame of number of page (from a header) is executed. The new algorithm of digest-authorisation of the data is applied to prevent interception of the user's password at connection to the . For the client there is added the ability to work off-line with data from the cache at loss of connection with GIS Server. When communication is restored, access is automatically changed to the one that is set for the user on the GIS Server, and automatic replication of data in the cache regarding the changed data is carried out. Changes made from GIS-applications into the data on the GIS Server, in a mode of real time will be accessible to clients of web-services via protocols OGC WFS and OGC WMTS. Possibilities for connection of data from open sources on geoportals are expanded. The list of geoportals is organized in the form of a tree in XML format. The standard list of geoportals is increased from 54 layers to 95. The new version includes a block of visual design of reports about status of farmland and expands the list of their characteristics. The block allows to form structure of indicators and the list of work areas for the report. For convenience the indicators are divided into groups: administrative, agro-physical, agrochemical, a crop rotation, crop yields, monitoring of crops. The subsystem of creating passports of fields is added by automatic carrying over of maps of farmland on the next year and primary filling the registry of history of creating the working areas. GIS "Panorama AGRO" provides a complete solution of two interrelated tasks: automation of management of agrarian technologies in branches of crop production and monitoring of mobile equipments of the enterprise on the basis of GLONASS/GPS navigation. The system allows to use the cartographical information simultaneously from various sources. Maps can be on the computer of the user, in network storehouse, on the GIS Server or public geoportals. allows to provide the authorized access to the data and provides their protection against illegal copying and change. 18.12.2012In GIS Server the service of automatic creation and updating of tiles for protocol OGC WMTS is embedded In KB "Panorama" the program Panorama Imagery Service version 6.0 is developed. The program is developed as expansion of the for creating and updating the pyramids of tiles in format PNG or JPEG for spatial data operated by GIS Server. Pyramids of tiles are published by protocol OGC WMTS by the services GIS WebService or Open GIS WebService. Various GIS supporting OGC WMTS protocol, and users of program GIS WebServer can be clients of services. Pyramids of tiles can be created on the basis of a combination of digital vector maps, space and aerial photographies, matrixes of heights, data from geoportals and other data. For reading initial data, Panorama Imagery Service can connect to the GIS Server or open the data sets in a local network. The program carries out monitoring the data changes - by transactions log for vector data, by time of updating for raster and matrix data, and automatically updates those tiles on which there were changes. Panorama Imagery Service is implemented as the multithreaded application. Each thread processes its own series of tiles. Program installation on the multiprocessor server will significantly raise speed of the application and will reduce time of updating the tiles after editing vector maps or updating the rasters and matrixes. For customizing parametres of work the Panorama Imagery Service and conducting the list of projects the program Imagery Administrator is used which is included into the complete set of the service delivery. Panorama Imagery Service can be installed on the server with the GIS Server, that reduces cost of programs and simplifies administration. Together with the GIS Server at no extra charge there can be installed also the services GIS WebService (on the basis of web-server IIS) or Open GIS WebService (on the basis of web-server Apache), that provides support of various platforms and access to the actual data from various GIS by standard protocols. In the systems that process large amounts of data, on separate servers the additional copies of Panorama Imagery Service can be installed, providing scalability of the application. Different copies of the program can update different scales in the pyramid of tiles, reducing the general time of their readiness. 17.12.2012GIS "Panorama AUTO" processes 10 types of sensors installed on vehicles In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama AUTO" version 3.2 is developed. The system processes the data from sensors of level and fuel consumption, work of auger attachments and the rigged equipment, loading of a car body and switching on the ignition. In the new version there is implemented a displaying the readings of tachometer on the charts, as well as at viewing the movement of vehicles in modes of story and real time. This software is intended for monitoring of mobile objects (motor transport, agricultural machinery and special vehicles) on the basis of GLONASS/GPS navigation of technical equipments and provides reception of the data from the onboard equipment installed on mobile technical equipments, the processing of information from sensors of system, displaying the location of monitoring's objects and their characteristics on the map background, preparation of tasks to drivers/machine operators, formation of reports on actually executed works and exchange of information with external programs. GIS Server at the expense of advantages of x64 architecture allows to increase speed of data processing, the number of simultaneously supported connections, reliability and fault tolerance of process of information exchange. In the presented version the protection of data opened from the GIS Server is improved. All data that are stored on the client computer in a cache for work acceleration always are encrypted by 256-bit key formed from the server key and the client's key. On page "Educational films" in section "Formation of land-management documents" there are placed new films for preparation of technical plans of constructions in XML format for cadastral registration. Video describes the technology of drawing the objects onto a duty cadastral map and fillings of the initial cadastral information, construction characteristics, description of the construction location on the ground area. For a construction of the linear type consisting of several elements, the technology of preparation of one document with the description of all parts of registration object is presented. For a construction which are a circle (for example, a bore or a well) there is shown feature of drawing the registration object on a map and filling its characteristics according to item 33 of requirements for preparation of the technical plan of the construction, approved by the order of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from November, 23, 2011 ? 693 "On Approval of form of the technical plan of a construction and requirements to its preparation". 14.12.2012In the GIS "Panorama FARMING" conducting history of formation of fields and drawing up of reports is automated In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama FARMING" version 3.2 is developed. In the new version the module of dynamic formation of reports on a state of fields is designed and implemented and the list of processed characteristics of fields is expanded. The subsystem of monitoring the farmland is added by the mechanism of conducting history of forming the fields in the form of the register. Register allows to get access to the data about configuration of fields, to agro-physical and agrochemical indicators, a crop rotation and crop yields, monitoring of crops and administrative information for a certain period of time. This information can be compared with passports of fields of current year of a crop, and the data about a configuration for the different periods of time (year) can be jointly displayed on a map. Such approach allows to study dynamics of change from year to year of structure of areas under crops. 06.12.2012Complex of automated quality control is improved for acceptance and certification of digital maps created under state contracts In KB "Panorama" the Complex of automated quality control and correction of digital maps of version 5.3.1 is developed. The new version includes updated classifiers of digital topographic maps (DTM) used for the creation and certification of DTM by the state contracts. As a basis of classifiers it was taken the information-cartographical ensuring "ICE 2008", approved by Chief of the General Staff of Military Topographic Office of the Russian Federation in 2008 and entered into force on 10/24/2008. Refined classifiers are agreed with "ICE 2008", except for rules of the digital description of some objects which are not expressed in the scale of a map (bridges, overpasses, dams etc.). For such objects there is established a digitizing rule on an axial line from edge to edge, as in "ICE 2004" (in "ICE 2008" from the centre of a sign to the edge). Schemes of control for digital topographic maps of scales 1:50 000 and 1:100 000 by the updated digital classifiers of topographic maps are refined. Updated classifiers in RSC format and the detailed reports about the content of classifiers are placed on the Classifiers page. Automatically there is detected a presence of data about the supplier of the spatial data in the classifier of metadata database and, if necessary, the new account is automatically formed. 19.11.2012At the international conference in St.-Petersburg the new version of Complex of maintaining a databank of digital maps and and data of remote sensing the Earth was presented From 13 till 15 November 2012 representatives of Joint-Stock Company of KB "Panorama" took part in the VIII International Conference "Modern technologies of researches, designing, construction and geoinformation support", organized by company "Credo-Dialogue" - partner of Joint-Stock Company of KB "Panorama" with the participation of the All-Russian Public Organization "Business Russia". The conference was attended by more than 300 experts from one and a half hundreds organizations in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Lithuania, by representatives of the press, NGOs, and the city administration. The chief engineer of KB "Panorama" S. Alekseev spoke at a seminar "Modern technologies in engineering-geodetic researches" with the report "Forming and maintaining the banks of spatial data", in which, in particular, focused on the new features of the software "Complex of maintaining a databank of digital maps and remote sensing data", and also took an active part in the round table "Introduction of information technologies in modern production. 16.11.2012"Workstation of urban-planner" is integrated with real estate cadastre of Rosreester and the register of engineering communications KB "Panorama" has developed "Workstation of urban-planner" version 11.10.3. In the complex of urban-planning tasks new modes are added: "Loading of data from XML-file of of real estate cadastre", "To print a map (plan) of object of land management", "Register of engineering communications". The structure of a database regarding data about the ground areas is updated. For import of the data from a real estate cadastre the automated reading of data in XML format by schemes of Rosreester is provided: STD_KPT - cadastral plan of territory; STD_Region_Cadastr_KV - cadastral extract about object of real estate; STD_Region_Cadastr_KP - cadastral passport of real estate object. Data from a real estate cadastre is put on a digital map in the form of objects with filled semantics. New mode "To print a map (plan) of object of land management" provides formation of text reports and XML-documents for objects of land management - borders of settlements, functional and territorial zones. Processing of XML-schemes is provided: STD_ZONE - territorial zones and zones with special conditions of using the territories and STD_BND - information on parts of the borders, passed into the state cadastre of real estate. Reports and XML-documents are formed on the basis of information from metrics and semantics of map objects. The necessary set of objects and semantics is included into structure of classifiers survey.rsc and survey.v3.rsc into the layer the MAP-PLAN. In the "Register of the ground areas" dialog a processing of new characteristics of the ground area is added: "date of entering the cadastral cost", "description of permitted use type", "sign of presence of the registered rights", "date of updating the information about the rights". The new mode "Register of engineering communications" provides creation and maintenance of registers of various networks of engineering communications. Management by structure of networks of their elements and attributive characteristics is stipulated. For each of registers there is provided formation of reports and inquiries. Modes of forming the permissive documentation (building permits, permission to commissioning) are modified. There is implemented technology of customizing procedure of filling the report on conformity of semantics and key fields in a report template. Now the user by himself can include into the report a combination of semantic characteristics and specify their conformity to the key fields. 15.11.2012GIS WebServer 7.5 simplifies deployment and administration of regional, municipal and corporate geoportals In KB "Panorama" the version 7.5 is developed. Cartographical web service GIS WebService is integrated into structure of new GIS WebServer. GIS WebServer sends queries to cartographical web service via protocol OGC WMTS for displaying spatial data. The inclusion of service into the GIS WebServer reduces implementation cost of geoportal, simplifies deployment and administration of geoportal. The new mode of printing a map with use of standard print tools of the browser is implemented. Updating allows to print the multilayered cartographical image formed on the basis of the data received from several web services. Elements of the interface are not related to the map are cut, allowing more effectively to use the space available for printing. If there is an information about selected object, it also goes to print. Possibilities of remote administration via the web interface of GIS WebAdministrator are expanded. The mechanism of access control of users to administration tools is realized. At the simultaneous access of several administrators the first addressed user has the right of editing and saving the settings. To the rest there is available only viewing the current settings, while the first will not finish the work. Support of cross-platform of WMTS-services is improved. For their organization there can be used both GIS WebService, running on a platform of IIS (Windows), and the program Open GIS WebService, running on a platform of Apache (Linux, BSD, OS X, Microsoft Windows). Services support data transfer protocol OGC Web Map Tile Service (OGC WMTS) - OGC 07-057r7 version 1.0.0. Use of the OGC WMTS provides maximum speed of viewing spatial data. Completed improvements promote decrease in expenses for introduction and support of regional, municipal and corporate geoportals. 12.11.2012In GIS Server additional tools of data protection are embedded KB "Panorama" has developed version 4.0. The new version has improved protection of data opened from the GIS Server. All data that are stored on the client computer in a cache for work acceleration always are encrypted by 256-bit key formed from the server key and the client's key. The new algorithm of digest-authorisation of the data is applied to prevent interception of the user's password at connection to the GIS Server. There is added the ability to work off-line with data from the cache at loss of connection with GIS Server. At absence (short-term loss) of connection with the GIS Server the data access automatically goes into the mode "Read only, Prevent printing Prevent copying". When communication is restored, access is automatically changed to the one that is set for the user on the GIS Server, and automatic replication of data in the cache regarding the changed data is carried out. GIS Server Administrator can prohibit work offline with data. If the GIS Server Administrator cancels access to data for a given group of users, then maps on respective clients will be automatically closed with deleting the data from the cache. If GIS Server Administrator has prohibited offline work with the data, then client programs of versions lower than 11.10.3 that do not support encryption, can open the data on the GIS Server. GIS Server is available in three versions: GIS Server x64 (for x64 and x32, without limiting the number of customers), the GIS Server (Platform x32, without limiting the number of customers), the GIS Server Mini (for platform x32, up to 10 clients). 09.11.2012KB "Panorama" updated OpenStreetMap maps for 83 subjects of the Russian Federation, 10 CIS countries and 3 countries of Baltic States in format SXF The site of KB "Panorama" provides an updated list of maps in SXF format for 83 subjects of the Russian Federation, 10 CIS countries and three Baltic States. As the initial data for creation of maps the updated cartographical data OpenStreetMap were used, that are presented on the site of community GIS-Lab (www.gislab.info). For creation of maps there were used - the program of automatic download, unpack and processing of maps OpenStreetMap of version 2.0.1 and digital classifier OSM.rsc. In the new version of the program the algorithm of formation of a road net is improved. The number of manual operations for formation of traffic signs is reduced. In the new version of the digital classifier there are added such objects, as ACCESS ROADS, STATION TRACKS, STONY DEPOSITS, RUBBLE SURFACES and others. Semantics number is increased on 3 positions - TYPE OF BUILDING, RAIL GAUGE OF RAILROAD TRACKS, TYPE OF RAILROAD TRACKS. There is added a new layer NAMES AND TITLEs. 07.11.2012Programs of Complex of maintaining a databank and PHOTOMOD are certified by requirements of information safety KB "Panorama" received certification for programs "Complex of maintaining a databank of digital maps" and "Digital photogrammetric system PHOTOMOD" in system of certification of information security by requirements of the information safety. Programs are certified for absence of undeclared capabilities and conformity of real and declared in the documentation the functionality. The complex of conducting a databank of digital maps and remote sensing data is intended for storage in exchange formats of various types of spatial data: digital vector maps and plans of the cities, satellite imagery, scanned maps of materials, matrixes of heights and the terrain models. On the basis of the Complex of maintaining a databank (Complex of keeping a databank) the warehouses of standards of initial spatial data and temporary archives in structure of technology of creating and updating digital maps and plans can be created. PHOTOMOD is a set of software of digital photogrammetric processing the data of remote sensing the Earth (RSE), allowing to receive the spatial information on the basis of images of almost all commercially available survey systems, such as frame digital and film cameras, space scanning systems of high-resolution, and also radars with the synthesised aperture. Earlier, KB "Panorama" have received certifications of compliance to requirements of the information safety onto other software products - (GIS "Map 2005 version 11"), , , GIS "Operator", GIS Constructor and others.
01.11.2012In Belgeodesy the technology of preparation of topographic maps to the edition is developed On the website of KB "Panorama" there is placed the description of a program complex for preparation of digital topographic maps and plans in format SXF to the edition - "Edition". The complex is a specialized software package designed for the automated processing of digital topographic maps of scale 1: 10 000, 1: 25 000, 1: 50 000, 1 200 000, 1 500 000, 1: 1 000 000 and the plans of settlements of scale of 1: 10 000 in accordance with the conventional symbols and fonts for edition. The software "Edition" is based on transformation of digital topographic maps and plans of settlements created in format SXF, into format AI of graphics editor Adobe Illustrator. For the functioning of complex the following software is necessary: operating system MS Windows, GIS "Panorama 11", Adobe Illustrator CS (11). The complex includes: module of the automated formation of marginal representation, the module of symbolizing objects of a digital map of format SXF into format AI, module of creation and editing of conventional symbols, a set of topographical fonts (TrueType, format *.ttf) and base libraries of conventional symbols of displaying objects of a topographic map. The software "Edition" has passed industrial tests and since 2008 is applied as a part of tools of cartographical production of enterprise "Belgeodesy".
31.10.2012In GIS WebServer version 7.4 the user interface and data protection are improved In KB "Panorama" the version 7.4 is developed. In the new version of the program the automatic control by the size of map window according to the size of Web-browser window is carried out. For map viewing in full screen the user has possibility to hide the database panel. The new version supports the advanced technology of check of the user authenticity - the digest authentication. Digest authentication is a mechanism for encryption using random value for the difficulty of cryptanalysis (password cracking). The password always is hashed with addition of a random string of characters which is generated for each session anew. Thus, at each connection a new hash of the password is generated and catching it will give nothing. To familiarise with work of GIS WebServer it is possible on the example of project "Atlas of the Voronezh region". Geoportal "Atlas of the Voronezh region" - a project developed by the Voronezh branch of FSUE "YuzhAGP", with the assistance of KB "Panorama". The project contains several layers of data received from public WMTS-service of KB "Panorama", and also allows to use the data from popular portals. The project is created on the base of open digital topographic maps of scale 1:100 000 and city map of scale 1:25 000 in format SXF. Transition between a general map and a map of the city is done automatically by means of technology "Atlas of maps". GIS WebServer is a base of corporate GIS-platform for collaboration of web-clients and desktop applications. Within the limits of system the users of desktop applications (, GIS "Operator", and others) and users of web applications can work simultaneously with the same sources of data, carry out their agreed change and viewing. To date, the platform is being implemented in companies operating in the extractive industry, energy and agricultural sectors, as well as in bodies of state administration. The main data sources are WMTS-services and popular geoportals (Google, Yandex, OpenStreetMap). For the organization of one's own WMTS-service the program Open GIS WebService is used. The program supports data transfer standard OGC Web Map Tile Service (OGC WMTS) - OGC 07-057r7 version 1.0.0. Use of standard OGC WMTS provides quick work of the client with static background maps. 31.10.2012In "Workstation of Cadastral engineer" the means of formation of land-plan and technical plan are refined In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of Cadastral engineer" of version 11.10.2 is developed. The mode "Map (plan) of object of land management" is refined: the number of bookmarks on page "XML" is reduced, elements to form a compound name of XML-file are added. When you save XML-file by schemes STD_ZONE and STD_BND there is changed formation of the Geopoint_Opred attribute for the Ordinate element on the updated directory "Method of determining points". The mode "Technical plan" is improved, there is added a saving of data about the name and the code of coordinate system into which the spatial data are recorded. At the saving into XML-file the information about "Room Number on the plan" (element Number_OnPlan) and about description of a room location on the plan (element Description) the different semantics are used. Saving into XML-file of a spatial part for subobjects is implemented. The mode "Land-Plan" is improved: the algorithm of search for an initial contour is modernised at specification of borders of a multiplanimetric plot (MPP) or a single land use (SLU). For this purpose in procedure of making matching except semantics "CADASTRAL NUMBER" additionally there is checked the semantics coincidence the "REGISTRATION NUMBER of PART of SLU or MPP". When you save the XML-file there is added the description of passing the part of boundary from semantics of the adjacent section "DESCRIPTION of PASSING THE BOUNDARY". Classifiers survey.rsc and survey.v3.rsc are refined: RADIUS semantics is added for constructions of the round form and there is added the object the CHARACTERISTIC POINT of BOUNDARIES for the MAP-PLAN layer. The mode "Creation of scheme of base stations on object by catalog of coordinates? is improved, there is added the creating the titles of lengths of lines "Directions to source point" by the appropriate conventional symbol which is set in dialog "Parameters of the scheme of locating the base and determined stations". There is updated documentation "FORMATION OF SURVEYING DOCUMENTS. User's Guide" and "PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR CADASTRAL REGISTRATION OF REAL ESTATE OBJECTS. Technology of works". In the documentation there is added information on order of entering the attributive data on object of cadastral works in a complex (plot, external contours, plot parts). 30.10.2012GIS "Panorama 11" allows to connect 95 layers from various geoportals under 21 protocols In KB "Panorama" the version 11.10.2 is developed. In the new version the means of geoportals connecting are expanded. The list of geoportals is organized in the form of a tree in XML format. In parameters of connecting the geoportals there are added the restriction of displaying the geoportals by levels, waiting time of the server answer, waiting time of getting a tile, adjustment of a view of geoportal icon in the menu (icons are stored in Wmslist folder in BMP format). There are added 3 new unique algorithms of search for data on the server (now 21 algorithm is supported). The standard list of geoportals is increased from 54 layers to 95. New geoportals are added: Esri (relief), Wikimapia (hybrid), KB Panorama (thematic maps), KB Panorama (Voronezh), Geo-Hub (Satellite), Geo-Hub (Scheme), Geo-Hub (Map-scheme), Geo-Hub (Relief), Nokia (Satellite Navteq), Nokia (Satellite), Nokia (Map), Nokia (Landscape), Nokia (Hybrid), Marshruti.ru (Interactive topographic maps), Roscosmos (Satellite Landsat). For connection with Geo-Hub geoportal a support of projection EPSG:900913 is added. For improvement of displaying the list of geoportals there are added multilevel nesting and possibility of dragging the geoportals onto other levels. For maintaining the list of geoportals in an actual condition the mechanism of automatic updating the fields of file wmslist.xml from the server of KB "Panorama" is improved. Editing of maps on the with automatic updating the data at the clients connected to the same map is improved. Classifier Editor task is improved. There is developed new dialog for addition of semantics of object and semantics of a layer with functions of search by name, code and key, and multiple selection of added semantics. Data list the task is improved. In the Map bookmark in the pop-up menu there is added item for performance of placing a map by two points to other data. In the View Passport task there is expanded the list of systems of heights for creation of maps onto foreign territories. 30.10.2012In KB "Panorama" new web-server products with open source code are developed In KB "Panorama" the program Open GIS WebService of version 2.0 is developed. Service was developed in accordance with the specification OGC Web Map Tile Service (OGC WMTS) - OGC 07-057r7 version 1.0.0. Open GIS WebService is running under control of Apache HTTP-server of version 2.2.14 and PHP version 5.2.11 and above with support of DomDocument in operating systems MS Windows XP and above, and Linux with the version of a kernel 2.6.30 and above. Texts of program Open GIS WebService in language PHP and a demo example are a part of the distribution kit. Preparation of a set of tiles in formats PNG or JPEG is carried out by program ImageryCreator. Texts of program ImageryCreator are a part of open SDK, placed on the Download page. Open maps OpenStreetMap on territory of the CIS and the subjects of the Russian Federation prepared according to community GIS-Lab, are placed on the page Download\Digital map and photos. 26.10.2012"Military academy of Republic of Belarus" develops complexes of managing the armies with using the GIS technologies Research centre of modelling the military operations the educational the institution "Military academy of the Republic of Belarus" together with Company "Belforteks" develop complexes of the special software with using the GIS "Operator". Complexes include the following software: "System of modelling and decision support for the Air Forces and Air Defence armies", "Decision Support System for the border service", "Elements of complex of commander's decision support", "Software for solving optimization problems of the traffic". Experts of academy plan to develop a system of modelling the military operations. "System of modelling and decision support for the Air Forces and Air Defence armies" is intended to assess the efficiency of grouping of the Air Forces and Air Defence armies at reflexion of massed aviation-missile attacks of the means of an air attack of enemy during preparation and planning of military operations. "Decision Support System for the border service" allows to unite hardware-software and hardware of border protection into the whole system. By means of specialized mathematical algorithms the system processes the data arriving from navigation devices, devices of video observation and unmanned aerial vehicles. Results of calculations are intended to help at making decisions concerning safety of frontiers, "Elements of complex of commander's decision support" help make decisions about the positioning of single means of reconnaissance and means of fire. Results of working the elements of a complex will help with scheduling placing the troops of Air Forces and Air Defence, allow to make a flight route for means of air attack for overcoming enemy systems of air defence. "Software for solving optimization problems of the traffic" consists of two parts - "System of a finding the optimum route of movement and optimization of transportations" and "System of classification and selecting terrain areas". 25.10.2012On the website of KB "Panorama" there are placed articles concerning network-centric control in armed forces Article section contains materials on the theory and practice of network-centric control by armies and weapon. There are described the positive and negative aspects of using the systems of network-centric control on the experience of foreign armed forces. There are treated the features of using the geoinformation systems in process of network-centric management based on GIS of military purpose "Operator" and server of the spatial data "GIS Server". Problems of network-centric control with application of the GIS "Operator" were trained in September, 2009 on operatively-strategic exercises "West-2009", held in territory of Russia and Belarus, and from September, 18 till October 4, 2012 on the research exercises "Perspective 2012", which took place on the territory of Ukraine. 23.10.2012FSBI "Rosselhoscenter" use GIS technologies for tasks of phyto-monitoring Since 2010 FSBI "Rosselhoscenter" applies and to perform tasks in the field of phytosanitary monitoring. Phytosanitary monitoring - a system of supervision and control of distribution, density, intensity of development and harmfulness of organisms. In 2012 the department of phyto-monitoring of central office of FSBI "Rosselhoscenter" had developed the classifier for making phyto-monitoring in plant protection using GIS. On the basis of these data by experts of KB "Panorama" the digital classifier of a map agro10t.rsc was developed, containing such sections as agroecological groups and kinds of lands, harmful objects of agricultural plants, sources of natural disaster and others. Into the new version of the classifier several tens of layers are added, including 561 object. Semantics of objects contains over 2 thousand characteristics. The library of programmable signs is added. The use of the classifier in agriculture will allow to increase the efficiency of the solving the tasks of logistics, navigation, supply and many others. In connection with the development of the new classifier, employees of KB "Panorama" conducted training courses for specialists of FSBI "Rosselhoscenter on the use of GIS technologies in phyto-monitoring. Phytomonitoring has key importance in system of the integrated protection of plants. The main advantages of using the GIS in protection of plants is a visualization of the phyto-monitoring data, high accuracy in determining inhabited by pests, infected with illnesses and the weedy areas, optimization on this basis of protective actions. Result of work of the GIS is creation of a high-precision map with indication of the fixed centres. On the basis of the data of this map it is possible to make the analysis of the spread of harmful objects and to undertake necessary protective actions. 19.10.2012Complex of automated quality control and correction of maps merges maps in territory of any size In KB "Panorama" the Complex of automated quality control and correction of maps of version 5 is developed. The complex provides the automated stream processing of digital maps of scales from 1: 10 000 to 1: 1 000 000 in format SXF for the purpose of reduction to a single classifier, performance of automatic correction of topology errors, the matching of the adjacent sheets along lines of a geographical grid and union of digital maps into united data sets. Experience of the adjacent organisations shows, that the initial cartographical data, as a rule, contain thousands errors on sheet (self-crossings, topology, semantics, reporting, etc.). At data processing by programs of the complex the most of errors are corrected automatically. Corrected data in exchange format SXF are placed into bank of spatial data, work with which provides the Complex of maintaining a databank of digital maps and data of remote sensing the Earth. In the new version of the complex of automated quality control and correction of maps there is added ability of a correct merge into one map of the array of adjacent sheets of the digital topographic maps covering territory of any size (on a longitude and on latitude). Depending on length of source region the automatic installation of a recommended output map projection is carried out. In particular, sheets of topographic maps within 1-3 zones can be combined into one topographical map (projection of Gauss-Krueger or UTM) with an axial meridian of the central zone; the sheets of maps coming north or south of 60 degrees on latitude, without coming out off equator, having length no more than 120 degrees on a longitude, can be combined on the basis of a conical projection; the sheets of maps located in limits from-60 to +60 degrees on latitude can be combined on the basis of the Cylindrical Mercator projection; world maps can be formed on the basis of projection of cylindrical Miller. Recommended projection provides a correctness of uniting the objects of source area of any size. Results of work of the complex are recorded into the report. The task of checking the quality of a map in format SXF is improved: the control scheme of maps of scale 1:1 000 000 is added, control schemes of maps of scales from 1:10 000 to 1:500 000 are refined. 18.10.2012In "Workstation of Cadastral engineer" means of processing of multiplanimetric plots are expanded In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of Cadastral engineer" version 11.10.1 is developed. In the new version there is changed interface of dialog "Editing semantics of object of cadastral works". The new interface provides viewing and editing data in a complex on the entire object of cadastral works, including: the general information about object of cadastral works, information about the location (address), about documents-bases, about geodetic basis, about external contours and internal parts of the ground area. Possibility of simultaneous editing of data on external contours allows users to make operatively changes for the multiplanimetric ground areas and for a single land use . The program automatically defines quantity and structure of parts of the ground area on all contours and gives to user the possibility to make necessary changes for each part of the ground area in one dialog. Improved dialog "Editing semantics of object of cadastral works" significantly reduces the time onr preparing the initial data for formation of surveying plans, as in the form of the report, and in the form of XML-file. Procedure of forming an XML-file of the surveying plan is improved. There is realized the processing of clarified adjacent plots (element SpecifyRelatedParcel) for a package of plots formation (FormParcel) to clarification of borders (ExistParcel) by improved algorithm. Now it is not necessary to mark the adjacent ground areas on a map, the program will find them automatically by their common border. Information about points of the common part of borders are formed in a detour direction clockwise for the adjacent plot (the attribute Ord_Nmb) that is an opposite direction of detour for object of cadastral works. Changes have been made in accordance with the recommendations of the regional cadastral chambers, that receives the surveying plans. 17.10.2012At VI seminar "Maps editing" in Yekaterinburg there will be a practical training on "Workstation of cadastral engineer" and GIS "Panorama 11" In Yekaterinburg, from 6 to 8 November 2012 the VI seminar "Maps edit" will take place. The event will be organized by LLC "Technology 2000". At the seminar the meeting of editors, technologists and other professionals in the field of cartography will take place. During the meeting, leading experts of industrial enterprises and organizations will give a talk. Attendees of the seminar will discuss the creation and editing of topographic maps, will consider the complex examples of displaying the objects on the maps. In the task "Navigator 3D" there is added display of mobile user objects for solving the problems of modelling. In dialog of customizing parameters of movement the type of moving object is set (by default three are available: the car, the plane and the rocket), you can select a file of movement trajectory (the text file with extension *.mov in the map catalog, where in each line three coordinates (XYH) of trajectory point in metres on a map should be set), speed of movement and other parameters. In accordance with the specified parameters it is possible to watch for movement of object or it will move absolutely irrespective of the observer, to display a movement trajectory, to display effects in the form of a careen and inversion trace of moving object. If you must form the heights at a movement trajectory it is recommended to use new possibilities of the mode "Editing metrics of selected object". In the task "Land-plan" at XML file formation there is added a filling the list of coordinates for the separated and conditional plots which are a part of a single land use at clarifying the borders of a single land use (type of a plot contour - changed or clarified). Rounding of the area of contours for a multiplanimetric site and the separated (conditional) plots which are a part of a single land use is carried out up to 0.01 metres. Changes are made to structure of description of a characteristic point of borders, processing of information about SCP of point and a type of point fixation is added. In clarifying the boundaries there is implemented a saving the information of the clarified adjacent ground areas. Using the service you can not only find out the location of the nearest public toilet, but also the schedule of its work. In addition to free toilets on the map there are shown hundreds of paid one, located in the city's cafes, restaurants, shopping centers. To use the map is quite simple. You need only enter into a line of search the necessary address or a name of metro station. Further on the screen there will be an information, whether there is a desired object in the specified territory. The search radius can be set and regulated by yourself. Besides, service provides the special information on places of location of public toilets for invalids. As a cartographical background the OpenStreetMap data are used. Geoportal is realized on the basis of program , developed by specialists of KB "Panorama". In new GIS WebServer version 7.3 the view window of a map automatically occupies the maximum available window area of Web-browser. To increase the size of the displayed map image there is the opportunity to hide additional information panels. This innovation allows to use screen space more effectively. Necessity of manipulations with position of map is decreased. Visualization of displaying the spatial data increased. To familiarise with work of GIS WebServer it is possible on the example of updated geoportal "Atlas of Voronezh region". This project is developed by the Voronezh branch of FSUE "YuzhAGP", with the assistance of KB "Panorama". The example contains several layers of spatial data received from WMTS-servers. Obtaining the additional data from popular geoportals is available. The project is created on the base of open digital topographic maps of scale 1:100 000 and city plan of scale 1:25 000 in format SXF. Transition between a general map and a map of the city is done automatically by means of technology "Atlas of maps". The updated project "Dispatching centre" displays the changing data about movement of motor transport over a cartographical background from a geoportal. The project is intended for monitoring the motor transport on the basis of GLONASS/GPS navigation of technical facilities. The project is based on the interaction of GIS WebServer and "Programs of monitoring a database and map updating". 09.10.2012The company "ALT Linux" and KB "Panorama" have conducted successful tests of the GIS Constructor for Alt Linux SPT 6.0 KB "Panorama", with assistance of company ALT Linux, has developed and successfully tested GIS Constructor of version 11.1.1 for the certified operating system the Alt Linux SPT 6.0 (x64). The structure of the GIS Constructor includes various components for creation of applications: "Graph of roads", search of map objects, map displaying, conversion of the data of SXF format, access to data through the and others. Spatial data can be displayed and edited in different projections and systems of coordinates simultaneously from any numbers of workplaces. Performance of overlay operations between maps in various projections is provided. GIS Constructor is certificated in system of certification of information security of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense, according to safety information requirements. Software package is designed for synchronization of information between a digital vector map and a database. One copy of the monitoring's program at a time can carry out synchronisation of one digital map with one data set in a database. The new version adds the possibility of the automated starting the several processes of the application at once under beforehand generated list. The software complex includes a special application for management of such list - "Launch Manager of the Program of monitoring", which allows you to customize the composition of running instances of the program and carry out in interactive mode any of them or all under the list. There is realized ability to run multiple instances of the program of monitoring and updating a map in mode of system service. The system service carries out the start of a set of the program instances according to the list preliminary prepared in the program "Launch Manager". It does not require user log-in, as the service is performed before loading the user's desktop. Previously, it was possible to include the program into the Startup list of the system, but this list is performed only after the authorization of the user, this did not allow without operator intervention to resume the monitoring after a forced reboot of the operating system. The program of monitoring a database and updating a map of version 5.3 at performing the operations of data synchronisation in a cyclic mode (by timer) can "catch up" the configuration file without a process stop. If the settings are changed (for example, the administrator has made changes to the configuration file or switched them), the program will automatically recognize it and will apply the new settings with the next iteration of data update. Each instance of the program conducts its own log of work that can be saved to a text file with specified intervals. Providing remote access to viewing these files-protocols, user can remotely monitor the process of working the program. Access to the application's log can be organized as a file access in the local network, and the publication on the Internet, for example, through web servers IIS or Apache. 05.10.2012Bulgarian Academy of Sciences applies the software solutions of "Panorama" Bulgarian partner of KB "Panorama" the company Geodetekt LTD. has signed an agreement on scientific and technical cooperation with National Institute of Geophysics, Ggeodesy and Geography at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Within the limits of contract the software delivery was been made - the GIS "Map 2011", Complex of geodesy calculations, Complex of preparation of maps to publication. The aim of cooperation is research and scientific and methodical activity on use of GIS technologies in the field of geodesy, geophysics and geography, as well as the practical application of technologies "Panorama" in applied projects. One of the areas of cooperation with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences will be the monitoring the state of the subsoil, similar to the project the "Automated complex of collection and analysis of GGD information for rapid estimation of geo-dynamic situation of seismically active regions", realized by KB "Panorama" together with the Center of the state monitoring of subsurfaces status FSUE "Gidrospetsgeologiya". Zheleznyakov was solemnly handed the certificate confirming that Joint-Stock Company KB "Panorama" is the participant of cooperation FCSHT. In addition, for achievements in collaboration with the All-Russian Research Institute on problems of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia (FC) Andrei Zheleznyakov was awarded an honorary diploma. The official date of entry of Joint-Stock Company of KB "Panorama" into FCSHT is 22 June, 2012. However, the beginning of close interaction of Joint-Stock Company of KB "Panorama" with All-Russian Research Institute on problems of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations (FC) was initiated long before it. Results of joint activities are the design and development of geographic information systems of peacetime and wartime, based on the certified technologies of JSC KB "Panorama". One of such developments is the Automated program-technical complex for planning and implementing actions of civil defence (APTC-CD). This complex is intended for automation of process of planning civil defence actions at federal, inter-regional and regional levels, including taking into account probabilistic estimations of aftermaths of emergencies for peacetime and wartime, received by means of geospatial modelling. During work over this project by specialists of KB "Panorama" together with All-Russian Research Institute on problems of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations (FC) there were developed and implemented algorithms and models of forecasting and situation estimation at use by the enemy of modern means of defeat (including weapons of mass destruction), and also aftermaths of emergencies on chemically-, radiation-, biologically-, fire- and explosion-dangerous objects, failures on storehouses of a liquid waste and at execution of terrorist acts. Besides of FC the partners of Joint-Stock Company of KB "Panorama" in this work are Open Company "OKB Burstroyproekt" and FSUE "NPP "Gamma". 03.10.2012"Complex of automated interpretation and vectorization" was presented on 12th International scientific and technical conference "From image to a map: digital photogrammetric technologies" In Algarve (Portugal) on September, 22-28, 2012 there was the conference "From image to a map: digital photogrammetric technologies", organized by "Racurs". At conference the problems of a current state and perspective development of means of obtaining, processing and using data of remote sensing have been considered. During conference, experts of KB "Panorama" has presented the report on technology of automatic vectoring the linear and polygon objects by using "Complex of automated interpretation and vectorization". The new version of the program provides access of users through various web-browsers to digital maps and remote sensing data, published by web-services and popular geoportals. It allows to integrate various sources of the data, to display user data on the background of maps and images requested from geoportals. New version of GIS WebServer is a base of corporate GIS-platform for collaboration of web-clients and desktop applications. Within the limits of system the users of desktop applications (, GIS "Operator", and others) and users of web applications can work simultaneously with the same sources of data, carry out their agreed change and viewing. To date, the platform is being implemented in companies operating in the extractive industry, energy and agricultural sectors, as well as in bodies of state administration. In the new version you can remotely configure the work of GIS WebServer using Web-browser. For this purpose a new version of GIS WebAdministrator with means of protection against unauthorized access is developed. The program allows to operate the list of users, access rights, the list of connected services and geoportals. To familiarise with work of new version of GIS WebServer it is possible on the example of projects "Atlas of the Voronezh region" and "Dispatching center". 20.09.2012In Ukraine the military research exercises with use of GIS-technologies take place In Ukraine, on the basis of one of army corps from September 18 to October 4, there are conducted research exercises the "Prospect 2012". One of fulfilled questions - application of GIS-technologies and remote sensing data in process of commanding the armies. Company "GISINFO", Ukrainian partner of KB "Panorama", 17-18 September, during preparation for exercises on the basis of the command centre of army corps has held the delivery and deployment of , and the military-oriented GIS "Operator". Have been prepared and loaded onto the GIS Server the bases of the geospatial data of scales 1:500 000, 1:200 000 and 1:100 000, onto operational area the matrix of heights is created. On the basis of "Interim classifier of the basic conventional symbols for drawing the operational situation on digital maps", approved by directive of the Joint Staff, working maps of officials are created and connected, target operational situation is plotted, 3D-models of the training area and operational situation are created. With staff officers of the army corps and units participating in the exercises, lessons on the subject-matter "Basic directions of application of geoinformation technologies and remote sensing data in the Ukrainian Armed Forces were conducted. Creation of the "Situational centres"and "Volumetric modelling of district and operational situation by means of GIS "Operator". Demonstrated the real work of the system on the following objectives: building a unified base of geospatial data, an authorized connection to the GIS server from workplaces of officials; connection of working maps, drawing and support of operational situation; creation of 3D-models; decision of applied tasks (calculations on a map, work with the graph of a road network, construction of visibility zones, and others). According to results of the training will be reworked the software and information support in order to create a modern management system. The further integration of the information systems created in various kinds and sorts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is planned. Since 2001 in the Center of an aeronavigation ensuring of aircraft of Ukrainian Armed Forces the various graphic documents of the aeronavigation information are created and published. In the new version there is added ability to use data from WMS/WMTS-geoportals (Google, Yandex, Mail, Yahoo!, Rosreestr, Kosmosnimki and others) as a background to form a scheme of databank content. Data from geoportals can be combined with other spatial data, available on the client. You can now edit the list of available portals, as well as the connection settings. Predefined list of available portals (38 names of layers) is delivered in the file wmslist.ini. The new version can run in demo mode, which allows you to get acquainted with the represented functionality without a license. Complex of maintaining a databank of digital maps and remote sensing data is intended to store in exchange formats the various kinds of spatial data: digital vector maps and plans of the cities, remote sensing data, the scanned maps-materials, matrixes of heights and terrain models. 14.09.2012Complex of automated control of quality and correction of digital maps processes territories of any size KB "Panorama" has updated the Complex of automated correction and a merge of digital maps t o form banks of spatial data. The complex provides automated stream processing of digital maps in SXF to bring digital maps to a single classifier, to automatically correct topology errors, to report the adjacent sheets along the lines of a geographical grid and to merge the digital maps into a single set of spatial data. The new version adds the ability to set the correct summary of the array of adjacent sheets of digital topographic maps, covering any number of zones (any length of longitude). 14.09.2012In Donetsk region municipal GIS "Electronic city" is created Company "GISINFO", the Ukrainian partner of KB "Panorama", has concluded the contract for creation of Municipal geoinformation system "Electronic city" for city of Gorlovka, Donetsk region. This first stage will deploy the ?64 and connect client workplaces of system's operators on the basis of . In stage completion the training of system's users will be done. At the second stage of works the elaboration of database structure of attributive information will be carried out. On the GIS Server additional raster-vector layers of MGIS will be placed: addressing plan, layers of engineering communications, master plan and others. The objective of the third stage will include the developing a geoportal of city council on the basis of x64 and "Programs of monitoring a database and map updating". Connection to bases of geospatial and attributive data on GIS Server will be realised, customization of forms for entering/editing the databases will be done. The final step is putting the system into operation. During this stage there is planned the testing, completion of software, development of technical and reference documentation. 12.09.2012In Kirovograd region (Ukraine) the first stage of creating a regional GIS of urban-planning cadastre is finishing Company "GISINFO", the Ukrainian partner of KB "Panorama", performs the first stage on creation of Municipal GIS of Kirovograd - creating a system of urban-planning cadastre. In the Kirovograd city council currently is underway the works on deployment of and client workplaces on the basis of and MGIS "Land and Real Estate". Preparing bases of geospatial and thematic data is implementing. The company's specialists perform the refinement of classifiers and libraries of conventional symbols. At stage end the training of specialists will be carried out. At the second stage it is planned to create Geoportal of urban cadastre of Kirovograd, in accordance with the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from May, 25, 2011 ? 559 "On the urban cadastre". The geoportal will be developed on the basis of programs and the program of preparing data ImageryCreator. In Kirovograd region the company "GISINFO" already has implemented the first stage for creation of Municipal GIS of Alexandria city. GIS Server is deployed, the bases of geospatial data are prepared and loaded, that are based on digital maps and remote sensing data. Workplaces are connected, both in a local network of City Hall, and in the remote network of enterprise "Teplokommunenergo". Vinnitsa National Technical University has developed a pilot version of a geographic information system for the Kirovograd regional management of water resources. 07.09.2012KB "Panorama" has updated the block of geodesy tasks for GIS "Panorama 11", Panorama-editor, the automated workplace of cadastral engineer KB "Panorama" has developed "Updating the block of geodesy tasks for GIS Panorama 11, Panorama-editor, workstation of cadastral engineer" version 11.9.8 release 1. In updating there is added function of automatic check of the formed XML files for compliance with XSD-schemes at preparation of land plan and technical plan. In the "Technical plan" there are implemented possibility of text entry of the conclusion of the cadastral engineer and its insert into the report, entering the information about annexes by the form of documents and there is provided the filling of all necessary positions (name, series, number and another). There is implemented a saving the applications - graphics files containing scanned copies of various documents and their attributive descriptions. Information about graphic files (documents-bases, images of schemes and drawings, applications) are inserted into XML without a full path - only the filename and extension. 03.09.2012Complex of automatic vectorization of photos of version 4 processes multispectral photos KB "Panorama" has developed Complex of automated interpretation and vectorization according data of remote sensing of the Earth of version 4.0. Complex performs automatic vectorization of linear and polygon objects of road networks, hydrography and vegetation from the images of air and space photography. In addition to the color and panchromatic photos in the new version the processing of multispectral photos is added. Ability of selecting the decoding signs used at classification is added. Average color, standard deviation, and also textural signs - energy, entropy, contrast, heterogeneity, correlation and others may be used as interpretive signs. Signs can be calculated by any spectral channel, by average of several channels or by NDVI index calculated on any pair of channels. Complex of the automated interpretation and vectorization according data of remote sensing of the Earth will be a part of the new version of PHOTOMOD complex of "Racurs" company. This will increase the integration degree of the products of KB "Panorama" and "Racurs" company. GIS In GIS ToolKit Active version 11.2.11 simultaneous access to data from different GIS Servers and WMS/WMTS-geoportals is implemented KB "Panorama" released a new version of GIS application development tools - GIS ToolKit Active version 11.2.11. GIS ToolKit Active is a set of COM objects and components ActiveX, intended for creating own GIS-applications in any environment of programming that supports ActiveX technology. In the new version there is added ability of simultaneous connection to several and work with spatial data placed on them. Servers can be either local or remote. A set of methods is added, allowing to execute connection to the GIS Server and to request the list of available data on it without use of regular dialogs. It allows to carry out access to the data on the GIS Servers in not visual (background) mode. Functional for work with spatial data published by WMS-services is greatly expanded. In particular there is added the dialog for connection to WMS-services with presettings for popular geoportals: Yandex Traffic, Yandex People Map, Yandex Hybrid, Google Hybrid, Google Traffic, Google Signatures, WIKIMAPIA Map, MAPSFORFREE relief, Navitel Map, Navitel Stoppers, Mail Map, Mail Traffic, Mail Satellite. 28.08.20123D-modelling in GIS "Panorama 11" will be presented at an information seminar in Ekaterinburg On September, 24-28, 2012 in Ekaterinburg will be an information-consultation seminar "3D-modelling of territories and objects". The event will be organized by Open Company "Technology 2000 ". The seminar will acquaint participants with technologies of three-dimensional modelling on cartographic materials, aerospace imagery, data of ground-based laser scanning. For ensuring the work ability of the program in the absence of access to the Internet the copies of XSD-schemes are placed in the folder \Geodesy.XSD. For check of correctness of ready XML-documents the program XmlCheck.exe is added, showing the description of errors in program dialog. There is improved formation of XML-file by the STD_TP scheme in regard to the information on documents, points of a basic geodetic network and the customer (for a legal person, authority or a foreign legal person. For a designation of the own armies, enemy troops, allies and neutral forces a single classifier is applied. The designation of object belonging is specified through its properties (semantics) and is automatically considered in the conventional sign. The account of condition of warlike equipment is added at displaying conventional signs. 23.08.2012Digital classifier for digital maps of situation about emergency situations is updated Digital classifier for maps of situation about emergency situations is made in accordance with the requirements of GOST P 22.0.10-96 (with changes from 31.05.2000, introduced by the Decision of Gosstandart of Russia IMS ? 8, 2000) and contain all necessary conventional symbols and designations. Said State Standard is mandatory for authorities of Unified state system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations (emergency management), regional and local authorities on affairs of civil defence and emergency situations, the organisations and institutions engaged in the planning, organization and implementation of actions for the prevention and liquidation of elimination of emergencies. Classifier updating is performed within the researches and development which are performed in the interests of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. Conventional signs containing in the digital classifier, are necessary for designing the maps-appendices of Plans of civil defence and protection of the population, developed in controls of federal level and in subjects of Russian Federation, and also for civil defence Plans of municipalities and individual organizations. In the classifier the conventional symbols of objects are refined and lists of values of separate semantics (attributes) according to GOST are specified. 17.08.2012Tu-22M3 bombers will receive a new onboard complex with use of geoinformation technologie According to ITAR-TASS front bombers Tu-22M3 will receive the new onboard radio-electronic equipment SVP-24-22 developed by the company "Gefest and ?". Earlier similar onboard equipment was established on bombers Su-24M which were shipped abroad, and also took part in operations as a part of the Russian Air Forces. At modernisation of the land and onboard equipment of the plane the multiplatform core GIS "Panorama" was applied for desktop systems and systems of real time. Works were carried out by joint efforts of the Sukhoi Company (JSC), the Air Forces and JSC "Gefest and ?", with the participation of specialists of JSC "Panorama". Modernised plane Su-24M has had an opportunity to strike blows to the land and sea targets from free maneuver in the mode of low-altitude flight, using the data of digital terrain maps and matrixes of heights created by Ordnance Survey Armed Forces and the Russian Register. Improved the accuracy of unguided weapons in 4-8 times. Currently, the new complex is being tested on a Tu-22M3. They should be completed in the near future. Installation of the system will be conducted as part of the modernization of avionics bombers. According to Lenta.ru, the new complex will allow to raise accuracy of aviation systems of destruction, and also navigation. In addition, SVP-24-22 provides precise approach of a warplane on landing without land glide path systems and in bad weather. Avionics system SVP-24 is versatile and can be installed on many types of aircraft and helicopters of the Russian Air Force, including the bombers, Su-24, Tu-22M3 and Ka-52. According to KB "Panorama" now more than 70 enterprises of the industry and KB in the CIS countries carry out engineering the system of management by armies and the weapon with application of software products of KB "Panorama". 15.08.2012GIS WebService supports more than 5000 kinds of coordinate systems and various standards of matrixes OGC WMTS KB "Panorama" has developed GIS WebService version 4.0. GIS WebService allows simultaneously on several requests to give the spatial data in over 5000 reference systems (CRS) from database EPSG. This facilitates process of integration of service and the client applications that use different coordinate systems. In addition to the standard matrixes GoogleMapsCompatible, GlobalCRS84Scale, GlobalCRS84Pixel, GoogleCRS84Quad new GIS WebService supports any other non-standard types of matrixes, for example matrixes Yandex or Mail. For an ensuring the high speed of queries performance it is possible to publish the ready tiles generated in program ImageryCreator, without presence of the vector data on the server, and also it is possible dynamic creation and accumulation of tiles from the vector data in process of their query by clients. In parallel the several standards of matrixes of tiles can be supported. The number of simultaneous connections is limited by OS means. For scaling the loading there is possible parallel work of several services, including service Open GIS WebService implemented on the platform of Apache and PHP. The arrangement of tiles on the server is defined by tools of the service administration. Updating of tiles can be performed in program ImageryCreator automatically in a mode of monitoring in process of updating the vector data. Program ImageryCreator supports technology of scaling the loading. Vector data that is processed to build the tiles, can be placed on the remote server with access via the and with support of technology of caching on the client. At updating of the vector data on the server the cache is updated only regarding the changed data to reduce network load. GIS WebService supports standards of OGC 03-109r1 version 1.3.0 and OGC Web Map Tile Service (OGC WMTS) - OGC 07-057r7 version 1.0.0. 14.08.2012Ecological monitoring in Lipetsk is implemented on the basis of geoinformation technology and GLONASS data KB "Panorama" delivered the software of the information-analytical application to a digital map of the soils condition of Lipetsk city. The application is oriented on processing the results of ecological researches for the purpose of their evident visualisation and the analysis. For the automated loading the results of ecological researches the applied task "GPS-monitor" is used, which provides the data processing, coming from GLONASS/GPS-devices, connected to the computer. Results of loading are displayed in the form of points containing information on various indicators of soils pollution. These data are processed by automated methods and documented in the form of time series of data. In the installed application there are implemented new effective algorithms for forming the matrixes of qualitative characteristics of terrain, taking into account expansion of area of inspection at adding the results of a new stage of ecological researches. Means of the retrospective analysis of time series of indicators of an ecological condition of district provide a clearer viewing the dynamics of change of a field of pollution by the chosen indicator. The program automatically calculates the total indicator of soils pollution on arbitrarily selected portion of the map. Formulas for calculation are defined by Guidelines MU 2.1.7.730-99"Hygienic estimation of quality of soil of residential areas". On the basis of time series of the data and matrixes of total indicator of pollution the definition of soils status by category of soils pollution is provided. Formation of reports and analytical reports is made in accordance with SanPiN 2.1.7.1287-03.
14.08.2012In KB "Panorama" the program of checking the quality of digital maps for industrial production is developed In KB "Panorama" the Program of checking the quality of digital maps and plans of cities of version 4.1 is developed. Program of control provides automatic checking the quality of digital topographic maps and plans of cities of scales from 1: 10 000 to 1: 500 000. On one workplace per shift a few hundred sheets of maps in SXF format can be checked up. The detailed report on each sheet of a map and the general report on all chosen sheets are stored in files of format MS Word. The program allows to receive a fast and objective estimation of quality of digital terrain data. To test the quality of digital maps and plans there are developed unified schemes of quality control, containing a description of types and parametres of control for each scale, including the control of topology, attributes of objects and passport data of maps. The topology of objects is estimated within the sheet and on the borders of adjacent sheets between objects that have common borders or points. For the application of unified control schemes to sheets of maps from various sources there are developed harmonized classifiers in the RSC format. For a basis the classifiers of digital topographic maps created by the federal program GLONASS in 2008-2011 (more than 110 000 sheets of maps onto territory of the Russian Federation), and supplemented by materials of the Information cartographical ensuring (ICS 2008), adopted in TS of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are taken. Schemes of control for other scales and types of maps can be developed by means of the checking program itself. Complex of the automated checking the quality and correction of digital maps can be applied to correction of the identified errors. The updated demo project "Dispatching center" displays the changing data about movement of motor transport over a cartographical background from a geoportal. The project is designed for monitoring the motor transport on the basis of GLONASS/GPS navigation hardware and provides: collecting data from on-board equipment installed in the mobile technology tools (objects of monitoring), a displaying the location of monitoring's objects and their characteristics on a map background. The project is based on the interaction of GIS WebServer and "Programs of monitoring a database and map updating". 02.08.2012Complex of the automated correction and merge of digital maps for forming the banks of spatial data processes maps of scales from 1:25 000 to 1:500 000 Complex of automated checking the quality and correction of digital maps and plans of version 4.1 provides the automated stream processing of digital maps in format SXF with the purpose to bring the digital maps to a single classifier, performs automatic correction of topology errors, join of adjacent sheets along lines of a geographical grid and a merge of digital maps into uniform sets of spatial data on regions. At a merge of maps on extended in longitude the territories the transformation of a projection of topographic maps to the Mercator cylindrical projection on the sphere (EPSG:3857) is carried out. The generated data sets can be converted by means of the GIS Panorama 11 into formats Shape, MIF\MID, GML, DXF or be loaded into bases of the spatial data. Specialists in the IT industry of some regional centres of Ukraine, and also experts from Georgia, Estonia, Slovakia and Poland have discussed the concept of "clever cities" and have exchanged by the best practices between cities. Buzludja - is one of the famous historical monuments in Bulgaria. This place is known for being here on the night of 6 to 7 July 1868, fighters for the liberation of Bulgaria from under the Ottoman yoke fought and heroically fell in battle. Commander Hadji Dimitar commanded the Bulgarian liberators, the Buzludja top is also called by his name. Bulgarian history buffs and patriots celebrate the anniversary of the Battle of 1868 on Buzludja. Each year they conduct a historical reconstruction of the battle of Hadji Dimitar squad with Ottoman troops. Materials for a video film were obtained from Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAV), with subsequent photogrammetric data processing in PHOTOMOD system. Complex of maintaining a databank of digital maps and data of remote sensing of the Earth includes a set of programs for work of desktop clients, web-clients and web-services. The base of metadata is implemented on DBMS PostgreSQL of version 9. The new version provides the keeping the metadata database on Windows and Linux. Automated filling in the metadata database on the structure of a data warehouse available to the user before the installation of the complex (scan of network folders and data search). This article describes the technology of creating, maintaining, updating and storing the large-scale topographical plan of city of Dnepropetrovsk in scale 1:500 in vector form and derivative scales in the raster form on the basis of GIS-technologies of KB "Panorama". The complex performs automatic vectorization of road network, hydrography and vegetation from the images of air and space photography. The new version improved technology for automatic vectorization of the polygonal objects. Results of classification are specified at the steps of erosion and dilating of low-contrast regions. Due to this, the border between the classes significantly differing by level of contrast is more precisely defined. Due to this, more precisely defined the boundary between the classes differ significantly in terms of contrast. In algorithm of deleting the shades there is added the consideration of a direction of falling a shade for clarifying the border between wood and meadow vegetation. At deleting of raster regions by the size there is added the possibility to control the priority of joining the deleted regions to the neighboring classes. After steps of dilating low-contrast regions, deleting the shades and deleting the small areas there is added the step for smoothing of the edges of raster regions, which smoothes raster borders of results of performing the previous steps. Recognized raster regions are filtered, smoothed and transformed to segments of linear and polygonal vector objects. 25.06.2012KB "Panorama" has developed the new version of GIS Constructor 11.2.0 for certified operating system ???? 3.0 In KB "Panorama" the GIS Constructor of version 11.2.0 is developed for certified operating system ???? 3.0. The new version supports in full the updated formats of the spatial data, classifiers and libraries of conventional symbols, new projections and coordinate systems with which the works. GIS Constructor includes various components: construction and display of three-dimensional model of district, "Graph of roads", search of objects of a map, displaying a map, converting the data of format SXF, access to data through the and others. The same spatial data can be displayed and edited in different projections and coordinate systems simultaneously from any number of workplaces. Performance of overlay operations between maps in various projections is provided. The limiting size of the metrics of one object is increased to 32 MB (2 000 000 points). The example in Java language is added, showing the possibility of work with MAPAPI-interface with source codes of interface library. 21.06.2012GIS "Panorama 11" expands support for geoportals of Rosreestra and Kosmosnimki In KB "Panorama" the of version 11.9.3 is developed. In the new version the new algorithms of the combined display of the data from several geoportals are developed. Built-in mechanism of installation of forced transparency of displayed tiles allows to combine opaque images, to disable background colour, to operate borders of visibility of the data from different geo-portals at scaling the area image. Data from geoportals can be combined not only with vector user maps, but also with images, matrixes, scanned map materials. Managing the list of open geoportals can be done through the menu of View\Geoportal list. There is added support for saving data from geoportals into formats BMP, TIF, JPEG and others. At close of access to a geoportal, the map and data on it automatically come back to an initial projection. Into the list of connected layers from the geoportal of Rosreestra there are added Rosreestr (map), Rosreestr (title). Geoportals ESRI (satellite) and OSM (satellite) are added. Loading of data from "Kosmosnimki" in the form of tiles by protocol WMTS is accelerated. To simplify the work with the parameters of projections and coordinate systems of various data there is added pop-up menu by pressing the right mouse button at the bottom of the window in the information line. Menu allows to set and to cancel current projection parametres of the image of the spatial data, to go to viewing the parametres of vector data, rasters and matrixes. Besides, projection parametres of rasters and matrixes are available in dialog the Data List and in Map Legend. The task "Checking the coordination of adjacent sheets" is improved. 20.06.2012New technology of preparation of tiles for web-services by standards of OGC WMTS and protocols Google, Yandex, Yahoo and other To simplify the work of web-clients with the data of popular geoportals and thematic data from various web-services, it is necessary that services transferred the data by the same protocols, as geoportals. For this purpose tiles should be constructed in standard coordinate systems, be linked in the form of standard matrixes of tiles and to support graphic formats with high compression ratio and a transparent background. In KB "Panorama" there is developed the program ImageryCreator of version 5.0 which forms tiles in formats JPEG and PNG on the international standards of OGC WMTS 07-057r7 version 1.0.0 and TMS. These standards allow web-service to transmit data in the accelerated mode, and the web-client to display them together with the data of popular geoportals (Google, Yandex, Yahoo, Kosmosnimki and others) without additional operations on transforming and combining the images. Support of the international matrixes of tiles is added: GlobalCRS84Scale (standard matrix for representation of the spatial data in projection EPSG:4326), GlobalCRS84Pixel (matrix for intuitive representation of spatial data used in STRM (1 "and 3"), GTOPO (30 ") or ETOPO (2 ' and 5 ')), GoogleCRS84Quad (matrix compatible to Google data in projection EPSG:4326), GoogleMapsCompatible (matrix compatible to Google data in projection EPSG:3857, also used in Google Maps). As the initial data the vector maps, images, matrixes of heights and the data from other web-services can be used. Update of tiles can be made in a mode of monitoring the initial data with rebuilding the changed tiles. For convenience of image management, it can be divided into layers with a transparent background (photos, roads, settlements, etc.). 18.06.2012Instruction for preparation of XML documents is developed for registration in the cadastre of real estate objects In KB "Panorama" there is developed the instruction for preparation of XML documents for registration in the cadastre of real estate objects. The instruction contains information on application of software "Automated workplace of the Cadastral engineer" or the block of for preparation of electronic forms of land-plan and technical plan (a building, a construction, a premise) for the purpose of registration in the cadastral account in electronic form. For providing the information to the cadastral authority in electronic form there is provided the formation of XML-documents by XML-schemas STD_MP (25.05.2011, version 03) for forming a land-plan of the plot in the form of an electronic document and STD_TP for forming the technical plan of the building, structure or premises in form of an electronic document. In the instruction there is described the order of processing of data in format XML from automated information system of state real estate cadastre, the kinds of field cadastral works, rules of preparation of cadastral map, sequence of actions at forming the land-plan of the ground area and technical plans, an order of forming the reports and XML-documents. 14.06.2012In KB "Panorama" the program OpenStreetMap for automatic downloading and processing maps is developed OSMLoader program is designed to automatically downloading and processing maps from the project "OpenStreetMap data in Shape format " supported by community GIS-Lab (www.gis-lab.info). Program downloads the data through the list by using the FTP-protocol, extracts, converts, does the signature of streets and buildings, decodes the point of the POI, draws intersections, stores a copy of the map in the SXF format. The total amount of data in the format of GIS Panorama of more than 3 GB, the number of objects more than 12.3 million. 01.06.2012Ministry of Agriculture of Tatarstan discussed the introduction of GIS "Agriculture" At meeting in the Ministry of Agriculture and foodstuffs of the Republic of Tatarstan the questions of creating GIS "Agriculture" were considered. Report on construction of the GIS providing a formation of a common information space in interests of the deciding the problems of agricultural production and control of activity of commodity producers was presented by company "Reshenie". Realization of opened GIS was been offered on an example of products of KB "Panorama" taking into account available information resources, the international, federal and regional normative acts in sphere of an infrastructure of the spatial data and experience of introduction of technology of exact agriculture in tens large agro-holdings of Russia and Ukraine. The presentation report prepared by experts of KB "Panorama" has caused great interest and debatable discussion. As a result of meeting there were given instructions to make changes in the technical project for performance of works. 31.05.2012KB "Panorama" and Research and Development Center "ScanEx" have signed a cooperation agreement In order to expand the list of services for selection and acquisition of rapid and high-precision remote sensing data for use in a variety of GIS projects, KB "Panorama" and Research and Development Center (R&D Center) "ScanEx" have signed a cooperation agreement. KB "Panorama" has finalized its software to provide users with remote access to remote sensing data of R&D Center "ScanEx". Service is provided by R&D Center "ScanEx" after identification of the user by a special key and allows to work with remote sensing data, getting access to them by unprecedented low price - 10 % from commercial cost of the initial data. After this, having remote sensing data of necessary quality and actuality, the user can use software products of KB "Panorama" for decision of various applied problems: in agriculture, navigation, urban-planning, cartography. Centre "ScanEx" is the only Russian company which has signed licence agreements with leading world operators of programs of remote sensing data on direct acquisition of the data from artificial satellites of series IRS, SPOT, EROS, RADARSAT, ENVISAT onto ground stations UniSkan ? of own manufacture. 31.05.2012In KB "Panorama" the complex of urban-planning tasks is developed The complex of urban-planning tasks provides information support of decision-making in questions of town-planning activity: choice of the ground area, the automated formation of the town-planning plan of the ground area, the accounting of the urban-planning documents in the context of sections ISOGD, search for information on the basis of the address register connected with the address plan of territory. Maintenance of books and sections ISOGD and use of classification system and coding ISOGD is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation on August, 30th, 2007 ? 85. Functions of the system are based on use of the spatial information about functional and territorial zoning in accordance with the general plan and land use and development regulations. To create and maintain map layers that make up the master plan and scheme of territorial zoning applies digital classifier, created in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation on January 30, 2012 ? 19 "About approval of requirements for the description and display in documents of territorial planning the objects of federal value, objects of regional value, objects of local value". There is provided a conducting the duty cadastral plan of the territory containing data about the ground areas, built-up and subject to development of land, including with a binding to ISOGD (Information systems for urban planning). 29.05.2012Automated workplace of Cadastral engineer forms new versions of surveying and technical plan in XML format In KB "Panorama" the automated workplace of Cadastral engineer of version 11.9.1 is developed. Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. In the XML-document "Land-Plan" the recording of information about the location of an object ("Location" element) as compound type of the data "tAdress" is provided, formation of arbitrary address in unformalized kind (an element "Note") is deleted. In the XML-document "Technical plan" there is corrected the elements filling: Spelement_Unit - information about the current point; Ordinate - information about the coordinates of the current point; Coord_System - information about the coordinate system. Current actual XML-schemes "Land-Plan" and "Technical plan" are realised in the digital classifier survey.v3.rsc. The insert into the XML-file of value of the area of a building (construction, an object under construction or room) by new algorithm is realised. The object area is requested from semantics, and at its absence is calculated by a map. This possibility allows to use the cartographical image of object characterising an external contour of a building (construction, an object under construction or room) for transfer of data about useful area (minus a thickness of walls) from its semantics. XML-files generated in the new version of the program are logical control of structure in the program XMLvalide.exe without errors. In dialog "Land-Plan" there is added the ability to call the dialog "Editing of semantics of object the GROUND AREA". It provides input and editing the information about the ground area and its parts, without exiting the mode of formation of the surveying plan. There is added support for printing maps on the background of data from popular geoportals. List of geoportals, including Google, Yahoo!, OpenStreetMap, Virtual Earth, Yandex, Kosmosnimki, is available on the main panel of GIS. Ability is added to change the displayed projection and coordinate system at the time of displaying the data from geoportals. For combining tiles with maps, rasters and matrixes of the user it is necessary on the fly to scale and transform tiles. In the GIS "Operator" of version 11.9.1 there is implemented a combining the data from various geoportals with maps, rasters and the matrixes that are open locally or through the in arbitrary coordinate systems for editing and a print. For recalculations of arbitrary projections and systems of coordinates of tiles and maps the structure of the GIS includes a database of codes EPSG and corresponding parameters of flat and geodetic systems of coordinates. It allows to put operational situation in any point of the Earth or to trace the movement of mobile objects on navigation data without preliminary preparation of maps or with use of any national spatial data. Symbols of operational situation are formed according to requirements of standard KEUZ-2012. Symbols on digital topographical maps are formed according to requirements of the Common Information Cartographic software, approved by Chief of Military Topographic Directorate. Into the Options menu the item Cursor type is added to select large (on the whole window) or a small crosshair or arrow. 24.05.2012KB "Panorama" has developed the digital classifier of schemes of territorial planning under Order of Ministry of Regional Development ? 19 on 1/30/2012 On Classifiers page of site of KB "Panorama" there is placed description of the new classifier providing preparation of a graphic part of documents of territorial planning. The classifier is developed in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation on January 30, 2012 ? 19 " About approval of requirements to the description and display in documents of territorial planning of the objects of federal importance, objects of regional importance, objects of local importance". Classifier describes the general list of layers, objects, conventional symbols and attributive characteristics of objects of town-planning activity. The classifier can be used for creation of schemes of territorial planning the Russian Federation, schemes of territorial planning of subjects and municipal formations of the Russian Federation, general plans of city districts and municipality settlements. Composition of the classifier provides preparation of schemes of town-planning zoning according to requirements of rules of land tenure and development of the municipality. The digital classifier of a map terrplan.rsc is developed for preparation of a graphic part of documents of territorial planning in the . For reducing the list of conventional symbols in the classifier there are used the programmable conventional symbols which automatically form the image of a symbol of the desired kind and the size, taking into account a set of attributive characteristics of object. It has allowed to form 783 base symbols from 1 200 symbols. A similar approach is used in the standard of the International Hydrographic Organization S52/S57 that allows to receive approximately from 500 base symbols the various conventional symbols in view of properties of objects. Use of set of digital classifiers terrplan.rsc and survey.v3.rsc provides preparation of town-planning plans of the ground areas and other documents of town-planning activity.
23.05.2012Ukrainian corporation "Svarog West Group" and enterprise "Agraria" introduce GIS "Panorama FARMING" version 3.0 KB "Panorama" has released GIS "Panorama FARMING" version 3.0. "GISINFO" company signed contracts and makes works on introduction of the GIS-technologies "Panorama" in corporation "Svarog West Group" (Khmelnitskiy region) and private agroindustrial enterprises "Agraria" (Ternopil region). To create a system of the accounting the grounds and passport system of fields the GIS "Panorama FARMING" will be introduced. In the new version of the program additional reports are developed, mechanisms of planning of the mechanized works and conducting crop rotations are improved. Criteria of a filtering of working areas by administrative-territorial units are enhanced, and also the parameter "specify area and length" is entered. The interface is updated and the documentation is modified. During works, on basis of the the geospatial data on area of interests of the companies will be created, the system of monitoring (synchronization) of registration databases of type 1? and geospatial data is created. Workplaces "Automated workplace of the agronomist" will be delivered, training the professionals will be made. 22.05.2012New version of GIS ToolKit 11.7.3 with support for Embarcadero RAD Studio XE2 (Delphi XE2, With ++ Builder XE2) is released is a set a component for use in the environment of visual programming Delphi, C ++ Builder, Code Gear, Embarcadero, allowing to develop own GIS-applications. GIS ToolKit allows to use also functionality of the GIS-KERNEL directly through the interface MAPAPI. New version of GIS ToolKit supports work in the environment of Embarcadero RAD Studio XE2 (Delphi XE2, C ++ Builder XE2). Significant changes are made in the functionality for work with the OLE-documents embedded into a map. OLE-documents are built-in into a map by means of the , or GIS "Operator". GIS ToolKit allows to visualize the embedded OLE-documents, to carry out updating their content from the connected files, to print a map with such documents. 21.05.2012National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine introduces new GIS-technologies "Panorama" into training Company "GISINFO" has made delivery of software products of KB "Panorama" to one of leading universities of Ukraine - National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (Kiev). Delivery is made in interests of Department of Geographic Information Systems and Technology of Training and Research Institute of Land resources and Law for preparation of experts and popularization among students, masters and post-graduate students of knowledge about the advanced GIS-technologies. Complete set of delivery includes updating 10 workplaces of the with complexes of "Geodesy calculations" and "Preparations of maps for publication", and also additional delivery of 10 workplaces of the "Complex of agronomical tasks" and GIS "Panorama FARMING". After completing the first phase of implementation further additionally there will be delivered a set of software of GIS "Panorama" for 15 jobs. From the beginning of year the company "GISINFO" has made delivery of the complete set of the software of the GIS "Map 2011" with additional modules into the Kirovograd State Pedagogical University by name of Vladimir Vinnichenko, in interests of departments of geography, geo-ecology and computer science. For training cadets of related disciplines, in the Army Academy named after Hetman Peter Sagaidachnny the delivery of GIS "Operator" for 10 jobs has been made. The task "Loading of photos from JPEG with coordinates of GPS onto a map" is added for an automatic binding to a map of photos JPEG containing GPS-coordinates of a place of shooting in EXIF-tags. This mode processes photos JPEG received by means of devices (cameras, mobile phones), equipped with a module GPS. At an execution of shooting such devices, into a file of a photo there is added the additional structure corresponding to the format EXIF in which the geographical coordinates of the shooting place is placed, the information about the device, and also various parameters of shooting. 11.05.2012KB "Panorama" has developed complex of maintaining a databank of digital maps and data of remote sensing the Earth Complex of maintaining a databank of digital maps and data of remote sensing the Earth is intended for storage of digital vector maps and plans of the cities, remote sensing data, the scanned maps-materials, matrixes of heights and terrain models in various formats of storage. On the basis of the Complex of maintaining a databank the warehouses of standards of initial spatial data and temporary archives in structure of technology of creating and updating digital maps and plans can be created. The complex provides obtaining the information about composition and state of the databank, operative selection of materials, formation, processing and realization of requests for obtaining the copies of spatial data, mapping the composition of metadata base on a background of survey maps or data from popular geoportals. The software product the "Complex of maintaining a databank of digital maps and data of remote sensing the Earth" includes a set of programs for work of desktop clients, web-clients and web-services. The base of metadata is implemented on DBMS PostgreSQL. Access to base of metadata is supported by standard OGC WFS. Information on objects of storage is transferred in format GML with automatic formation of metadata by standards of ISO 19115, ISO/TS 19139. Industrial program interfaces SOAP and REST are supported. 05.05.2012In KB "Panorama" the complex of automated correction and merge of digital maps is developed to form banks of spatial data Complex of automated checking the quality and correction of digital maps and plans of version 3.0 provides the automated stream processing of digital maps in format SXF with the purpose to bring the digital maps to a single classifier, to automatic correction of topology errors, join of adjacent sheets along lines of a geographical grid and a merge of digital maps into uniform sets of spatial data on regions. The set of the complex's programs provides the automated preparation of input data for formation of federal and regional spatial data bases. Currently, in the state funds of digital maps there are stored maps and the plans of cities created by several tens of different classifiers. In KB "Panorama" the analysis about 50 classifiers is made and tables of code conversion are developed to bring the maps of scales from 1 : 10 000 up to 1 : 1 000 000 to a single classifier. Installation includes tables for classifiers of scale 1 : 100 000. Procedure of recoding the maps, checking the quality and automatic correction allows to process for one call several thousand sheets of maps which have been written down in one folder. The number of the control errors is reduced from several thousand up to several hundred, requiring manual correction. The corrected sheets are processed in procedure of an automatic joining. The ready sheets divided by the given territories, can be merged in procedure of an automatic merge and union into one data set. 05.05.2012Project "Maps of the World" has received new design of GIS WebServer of version 6.3 KB "Panorama" has updated the demonstration projects the "Map of the World" and "Control center". Projects use 6.3 in new design. The improved interface increases the usability of GIS WebServer on mobile devices. There is added ability of customizing the interface of search in the table of the Database. Visual effects are added at scaling a map. Documentation on GIS WebServer is adapted for acceleration of the deployment, customization of the application and training the personnel. Documentation includes the Administrator's guide, the User's guide, Guide of program GIS WebAdministrator. The project "Map of the World" shows the possibilities of GIS WebServer for publishing large volumes of spatial and analytical data. The project contains more than 3,1 million objects and 34 gigabytes of matrix data and provides display of the geospatial information without noticeable delays at transferring data to the thin client. Program ImageryCreator is used to preparation of data for publication on Web. The project "Control center" is intended for monitoring motor transport on the basis of GLONASS/GPS navigation hardware and provides: collecting data from the onboard equipment installed on mobile technology tools (objects of monitoring), the displaying a location of monitoring's objects and their characteristics on a map background. The project is based on the interaction of GIS WebServer and "Programs of monitoring a database and updating a map". The program of monitoring can cache the contents of spatial database in the form of a digital vector map in various thematic conventional symbols. The resulting digital vector map can be accessible to users for viewing and editing through the GIS WebServer, GIS WebService, GIS WebFeatureService, together with other data sources. 03.05.2012Complex of automatic vectorization of images of version 2 processes vegetation, hydrography and a road net In KB "Panorama" the Complex of automated decoding and vectorization according to data of remote sensing of the Earth of version 2 is developed. The new version carries out an automatic vectoring of a road net, hydrography and vegetation by images of air and space photographing with the permission up to three meters. Automatic vectorization is performed on the basis of recognition of raster areas belonging to the object with use of the patterns digitized by the user. Process of an automatic vectoring consists of preliminary processing a raster, classification, processing of a classification raster, transformation of a raster to a vector and vector processing. The classification is based on the formation of training samples, detecting and memorizing statistical decoding characteristics, including spectral (average color) and textural characteristics (contrast, energy, correlation). For recognition of the areal objects the multiclass classifier is used allowing simultaneously to vectorize several types of objects. The differentiated approach to shadow areas on the image improves quality of contouring on border of areas of different classes. In the program the parallel calculations are used, that considerably increases speed of processing at an execution on computers with multiprocessor (multi-core) architecture. For processing a raster of classification the morphological operations are used - change of a binary state of pixel on the base of state's analysis of its neighbours. These operations include: erosion,increasing, deleting of small areas and filling of small areas. Recognized raster areas are filtered, smoothed and transformed into segments of linear and polygon vector objects. With contours of objects the operations of union, filtration and smoothing are performed. The vector map of recognition results is exported to formats SXF and SHP. 26.04.2012GIS of military purpose "Operator" supports intelligent symbols of operative situation In KB "Panorama" the GIS of military purpose "Operator" of version 11.8.8 is developed. In the new version the digital classifier of conventional symbols of operative situation redForce.rsc and the library of programmed symbols rscarmy.iml are finalized. Algorithms of mapping the following groups of conventional symbols are changed: Control points, Marching columns, Boundaries, Weapon in view of requirements of the document the Classifier of electronic conventional symbols of operative situation, approved in 2012. New algorithms allow to reduce in several times the number of conventional symbols in the classifier. The conventional symbol of object on a map is automatically formed from a base conventional symbol of the object view in view of a concrete combination of values of semantic characteristics. Such approach reduces time of a choosing the necessary symbol from library and reduces number of the operator errors. Instead of a choosing a picture the operator enters into semantics of object the known to him information about the state belonging, a state, mobility, security, properties of vehicles, arms and so on. Programmable signs themselves determine a view of a suitable symbol. The similar approach is used in the standard of the International Hydrographic Organization to display sea navigation charts S57/S52. Competition is held for the first time by Vinnitsa National Technical University (VNTU) together with the Board of Education and Science of Vinnitsa Oblast State Administration and State Administration of Environmental Protection in the Vinnitsa region. The idea of the contest belongs to d.t.s., Prof. Mokin VB, which not only is the head of one of the departments VNTU, preparing ecologists, and a member of the Interagency Commission on Environmental Monitoring of Vinnitsa region, Advisor to the Chairman of the State Water Resources Agency of Ukraine, an expert of environmental projects the UN, the European Commission and the OSCE, a member of the River Basin Councils of the Southern Bug and Dnieper. Support of formats RSW and GeoTIFF with compression by JPEG algorithm is added. Onto the order there is increased speed of transfer of raster data from the GIS Servers with an opportunity of simultaneous opening several thousand images, each of which can have the size up to 8 GB. Transmitted data can be cached on the client, as at work in a browser. Means of 3D-modelling and displaying the models in the task "Navigator 3D" are refined. The new version refined support of data transfer standard OGC Web Map Tile Service (OGC WMTS) - OGC 07-057r7 1.0.0. Formation of spatial data (tiles) in projection EPSG:3857 is added. Google, Kosmosnimki, OpenStreetMap, Yahoo uses an identical structure of the tiles, as and GIS WebService. Therefore, the combination of tile bases used in the GIS WebService and data used in geoportals does not require additional operations. This allows client applications to manage without transformation, and binding of tiles. This innovation also accelerates the process of creating and filling the Bank of spatial data and improves the process of publishing data for geoportals on the Internet. When transferring data by the standard OGC WMTS, there is no need to pre-create a tile base onto the entire territory. 17.04.2012GIS "Map 2011" uses the data from UAV to solve the tasks of automated decoding and vectorization of maps In there is implemented technology of work with data from Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). The use of UAVs can significantly reduce the cost of production of aerial survey. Development of digital methods of photogrammetric processing has already led to the emergence of programs and software systems that can process data of air photography in the high-automated mode, at the minimal participation of the operator. To implement the preparation of data from UAVs for use in the GIS "Map 2011" it is possible by means of software Agisoft PhotoScan. Program Agisoft PhotoScan - the universal tool for generating three-dimensional surfaces models of survey's objects by photo-images of these objects. Complex of the automated decoding and vectoring is used for the automated decoding and vectorization of data from UAV. For the automated interpretation and tracing of data from the UAV is used for automated interpretation and vectorization. The complex includes a set of algorithms of processing the raster images and the vector objects combined into a single technological process, carried out within the project. Automatic vectorization is performed on the basis of recognition of raster areas belonging to the object with use of the patterns digitized by the user. On the geoportal the data of qualitative characteristics of soil with a legend are published: content of potassium, phosphorus, acidity of the soil, grown cultures and another. Data are protected from unauthorized access by the mechanism of users authorization. In new of version 6.2 a revision of the application is made with the purpose of its use in the systems working in a mode of high loading with non-stop access (24/7/365). User interface is improved. There is updated design of modes for measurement of distances, drawing the bookmarks, output of hints (tooltips), route planning. The list of available map window sizes is expanded. The sizes for widescreen (16:9) displays are added. Work of an element of management by map contents is improved at use of XML-file with describing the hierarchy of published maps. Restoring the map contents from cookie is corrected in case the set of maps consisted of maps of offline viewing. The mode of processing the passport of tiles is changed. Certificates confirm a possibility of using the GIS "Operator", GIS Server and GIS WebServer for processing the classified information in various automatic control systems and information systems. 04.04.2012GIS "Map 2011" carries out calculating the parameters of projections and datum of local coordinate systems In KB "Panorama" the version 11.8.7 is developed. In the new version the task is developed for calculating the parameters of datums of local coordinate systems (LCS). The task is intended for calculating the parameters of orientation of the specified spheroid relative to the spheroid WGS84. Calculation of parameters is performed by geodetic or rectangular coordinates of points in defined coordinate system and by geodetic coordinates on WGS84. Calculated datum can be saved in XML for later use when you enter the parameters of the coordinate system for vector maps, rasters and matrixes. Earlier the task "Calculating the parameters of the projection of the local coordinate system" by a set of coordinates of points in local and national coordinate systems was developed. Joint use of these tasks provides a complete defining the parameters of LCS by a set of points. Support of WMS protocol is improved. There is added ability to obtain spatial data from services in different projections at the choice of the user from the list supported by the chosen server. To the list of services for loading spatial data there is added the service http://kosmosnimki.ru of company "ScanEx". Now users can download information directly from the service as being in the public domain, as well as getting the key to obtaining more detailed data. 26.03.2012GIS WebService 3 adds support of standard OGC WMTS with automatic formation of tiles In KB "Panorama" the GIS WebService version 3 is developed. In web-service there is added support of data transfer's standard OGC Web Map Tile Service (OGC WMTS) - OGC 07-057r7 version 1.0.0. Use of standard OGC WMTS provides unified access for search, exchange and grantings of geospatial data, creates opportunities for interaction between applications and web-services. At transferring data (tiles) by standard OGC WMTS there is no necessity to pre-create a tiled base onto all territory. It is enough to connect the existing vector maps, images and matrixes to GIS WebService and users will immediately get access to spatial data by protocol OGC WMTS. Matrixes of tiles are formed automatically and stored on a server in process of execution of client requests. This service uses a number of well-known and popular representations of spatial data in the form of matrixes of tiles: GlobalCRS84Scale (standard matrix for representation of spatial data in projection EPSG:4326), GlobalCRS84Pixel (matrix for intuitive representation of the spatial data used in STRM (1 inch and 3 inches), GTOPO (30 inches) or ETOPO (2 ' and 5 ')), GoogleCRS84Quad (matrix compatible with Google's data in projection EPSG:4326), GoogleMapsCompatible (matrix compatible with Google's data in projection EPSG:3857, also used in Google Maps). In parallel those kinds of matrixes are created which are specified in client requests. Each kind of tiles matrix is formed in a separate set of folders. 23.03.2012KB Panorama has developed Complex of automated decoding and vectorization according to data of remote sensing of the Earth The first version of the Complex of automated decoding and vectorization is intended for an automatic vectoring of linear objects by color RGB images of the earth's surface. The basic direction of using the complex in the current version is the automatic vectoring of a road net by images of air and space photographing with the permission up to three meters. The complex includes a set of algorithms of processing the raster images and the vector objects combined into a single technological process, running within the project. Automatic vectorization is performed on the basis of recognition of raster areas belonging to the object with use of the patterns digitized by the user. Process of an automatic vectoring consists of preliminary processing a raster, classification, processing of a classification raster, transformation of a raster to a vector and vector processing. Classification - process of determining the belonging of the separate pixels of a source raster to one or another recognizable object. The classification is based on the formation of training samples, detecting and memorizing statistical decoding characteristics, including spectral (average color) and textural characteristics (contrast, energy, correlation). For processing a raster of classification the morphological operations are used - change of a binary state of pixel on the base of state's analysis of its neighbours. These operations include: erosion,increasing, deleting of small areas and filling of small areas. Recognized raster areas are filtered, smoothed and transformed into segments of linear vector objects. With linear objects the operations of union, filtration and smoothing are performed. The vector map of recognition results is exported to formats SXF and SHP. Processing can be done in stages, for selection of parameters, or in a stream mode. 22.03.2012GIS "Map 2011" uses the data from UAV to solve the tasks of mapping and other products of KB "Panorama" use the data of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) for decision of tasks of mapping. Use of such kind of data gives following advantages: efficiency of obtaining images, an opportunity of survey from low heights and near objects, obtaining high-resolution images, an opportunity of application in emergency zones without risk for a life and health of pilots. To implement the preparation of data from UAVs for use in the GIS "Map 2011" it is possible by means of software PHOTOMOD ("Racurs"). PHOTOMOD allows to process data and to receive output products of cartographical quality. The program provides and takes into account the problems arising at survey: low quality of images, low accuracy of onboard data GPS/IMU, absence of ground control points, use of the home uncalibrated cameras and the errors related to instability of flight. In PHOTOMOD system there are introduced special functions substantially simplifying and automating obtaining the final product. GIS "Map 2011" makes it possible to use the processed data for solving the tasks of topographical and navigational monitoring, updating of digital maps and plans of cities. 20.03.2012In KB "Panorama" the new version of the complex 3D analysis is developed Complex of 3D analysis contains more than 50 various tasks for creating models of surfaces and solving the tasks of the spatial analysis with use of the constructed models. Models of surfaces can be created by vector data from formats SHP, MIF, DXF, SXF, KML and others, according to information from database tables (DBF, XLS), and also can be loaded from formats SRTM, GeoTIFF, XYZ, LAS and others, in total more than 20 formats. In the new version of the Complex of 3D analysis into the panel "Operations with matrixes" the task "Assessment of accuracy of matrix on map objects" is added, allowing to carry out an assessing the quality of a matrix by objects of a vector map. The task forms the list of point objects, having in semantics and-or in the metrics the values of absolute height, and displays a difference of heights between a map and a matrix. 16.03.2012Municipal GIS of Vinnitsa: in a test mode a geoportal "Transport mobility" has started work During an execution of the next stage on development of municipal GIS of Vinnitsa city the program "Transport mobility" is developed. It is intended primarily in order residents and guests of city had an opportunity to choose for themselves the optimal variant of travel from one point to another and more quickly to adapt for changes in transport motion of the regional center. Henceforth townspeople and guests of city can choose the most convenient route of movement around the city by means of a special geoportal "Transport mobility". By means of a geoportal the residents of the regional center can learn, what transport is more convenient to get to their destination or where it is better to carry out transfer. Besides it is possible without especial difficulty to find out, how much estimated time and money they will spend on road. Experts of Information Technologies Department of Vinnytsia City Council, who were involved in the creation of the geo-portal on base of toolkit for developing geoportals GIS WebToolKit (KB "Panorama"), offering access to this service not only with the help of a computer, but with modern mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch and others). In the future, with the equipment of the municipal transport system by GPS-navigation, on this Internet-resource it will be possible to know an interval of movement and know exactly how long to expect the arrival of transport. Currently the service is running in test mode, all users can make suggestions or inform about inaccuracies of his work. To date, this is the second open geoportal of Vinnitsa. 14.03.2012In GIS "Map 2011" version 11.8.5 the formation of technical plans is realized and means of maps control are modified In the new version of the the complex of geodetic tasks is improved. There is implemented formation of the technical plan separately for the building (Order of the Ministry of Economic Development on September 1, 2010 N 403), construction (Order of the Ministry of Economic Development on November 23, 2011 N 693) and premises (Order of the Ministry of Economic Development on November 29, 2010 N 583). Unloading of the document by the new version of the XML-scheme is implemented. In connection with the release of the new version of XSD-directories and for realization of functions for formation of the technical plan the new version of digital map classifier survey.rsc is developed, that is used at processing results of cadastral works - survey.v3.rsc. Displaying OLE-documents on a map is improved. Borders of visibility of documents (scales) are added at displaying and printing maps. In the list of documents there are added means of forced updating of the image of the documents having the reference to the original document. Into "Navigator-3D" the function is added for displaying model of the Earth planet during the moment of loading three-dimensional model of a map. The model of the planet rotates and indicates a point of the map location. Function can be disabled in dialog "Parameters" of representation of three-dimensional model on the bookmark "Additional". The task "Control of absolute heights" is improved, carrying out check of a correctness of objects heights by method of horizontal and vertical profiling. The new mode "Checking the presence of heights marks inside the closed contours" is added, which allows to receive a list of the closed contours, inside contours of which there are no elevations. Besides at presence of a mark of height will be checked its position concerning the closed contour indicating details of the relief. If the distance from the mark of height up to a horizontal is not enough (a mark of height adjoins a contour), then into the report of control results the warning message is given. 13.03.2012In Military Academy of General Staff of the Russian Federation Armed Forces the comparative tests of military purpose From 28 to 29 February 2012 at the Military Academy of General Staff of the RF Armed Forces were conducted comparative tests of GIS, intended for use in the RF Armed Forces. At the tests there were presented the GIS developed by the enterprises of JSC "Research Institute of Precision Instruments" (GIS "Integration"), ZAO KB "Panorama" (GIS "Operator"), "Research Institute of Automatic Equipment" (GIS" Horizon "), JSC" Transas", JSC "Concern" Systemprom "and others. During tests there were carried out checks on compliance of the GIS with tactical-technical requirements to the GIS of military purpose (GIS MP) by several tens of criteria. 21.02.2012GIS "Map 2011" is integrated with a hardware-software complex of satellite geodetic equipment developed by JSC "RIRT" In January 2012 on the basis of the "Center of Geospatial Technologies" of Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK) was established jointly with the "Russian Institute of Radionavigation and Time" (RIRT) Laboratory, whose mission is the development and implementation of domestic developments into modern satellite technologies of accurate positioning. The staff of RIRT deployed a complex of two-frequency two-system satellite geodetic equipment "GKKS - SEARCH" allowing to solve geodetic problems in real time (RTK). The hardware-software complex of a network of satellite base stations on the basis of new generation equipment SBS-363 is deployed. During joint operation of JSC "RIRT" and JSC "KB" Panorama" have been integrated two software products - "GEO-RTK" and , that has allowed to receive "tool" for creation and update in real time of the large-scale digital maps and plans with high accuracy. The obtained results were demonstrated to the leaders of the Military Topographic Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. 20.02.2012GIS WebServer 6 is integrated with the program GIS Server In KB "Panorama" 6 is developed. In the new version the mode of opening the spatial data from GIS Server is added. It allows a stationary client (a personal computer) and a mobile client (portable devices such as iPad) simultaneously to work with one source of data. The stationary client, for example, the , using all its rich functionality, updates base of spatial data. Mobile clients in real time observe these changes, and also can make their changes by means of GIS WebServer. This mode can be used at navigation and topographical monitoring. provides data protection against illegal copying and change, and also provides methods for back-up and restoring vector maps. The component "List of map objects" is added. The component serves for listing all objects selected by conditions of search (in a point, by area, inside the object, etc.). Approach to marking and selecting the map objects is changed. Marked by search or filtration of the Database objects do not lose their selection at a choice of object on a map. If the layer of tiles is not displayed, selection of objects on a map associated with this layer is cancelled. There is improved support of Apple devices in modes of drawing the bookmarks, measurement of distances and in various kinds of search by area. Libraries of the GIS-core and the documentation are updated. GIS WebServer effectively solves the problem of providing access to geographic information data in the Internet environment by means of a web-browser on mobile and stationary devices. On the basis of GIS WebServer the mobile GIS for management of territories is constructed, article about which was published in magazine "Geoprofi" ?6, 2011. The mobile GIS uses the advantages of touch screens, provides functions of search and display of the information about objects in one touch. Process of updating the published data is automated as much as possible and allows to avoid superfluous participation of the administrator in servicing the GIS. For interaction with web-applications there are used the GIS WebService and GIS WebFeatureService which support protocols OGC WMS (OGC 03-109r1 version 1.3.0), OGC WFS (OGC 09-025r1) and standards of ISO of a series 19100. Map of fields - the digital model of district containing detailed information about agricultural land in relation to the problems of agriculture. The software system includes more than 40 specialized tasks that enable you to handle any digital information about district: space and aerial photographs, topographic maps, plans of land management, spatial data from public sources on the Internet and so on. The program interface is focused on creating and using maps of fields together with passports of fields representing an analog of electronic corded land book. Structure of the documentation includes the description of technology of creating maps of fields and description of technology of creating and using the the map-scheme of selection of soil samples. Built-in to the GIS Panorama Mini the applied task "Database" provides construction of system of the accounting a land-property complex and an interfarm cadastre. In the new version the mechanism of forming the map images is improved. The sizes of created raster are significantly increased. 16.02.2012KB "Panorama" will organize a seminar, devoted to the decision of problems in the field of Horticulture February 21, 2012 in Kazan there will be a seminar on theme "Application of GIS in agriculture. PanoramaΒ AGRO". The event is organized by joint efforts of Joint-Stock Company KB "Panorama" and Open Company "Geodesic innovative center "Zenith". 10.02.2012Geoinformation technologies of KB "Panorama" are introduced in the Kirovograd region of Ukraine Company "GISINFO", Ukrainian partner of KB "Panorama", has completed the first stage in creating the municipal GIS of Alexandria city in Kirovograd region. In the interest of the Office of privatization, rental property and the land of Alexandria City Council there was held a delivery of and MGIS "Land and Real estate". On the basis of data of the Earth remote sensing there is created a single base of geospatial data for city and adjacent territory of scale 1:5000, onto which there are imposed data of a land cadastre, layers of engineering communications, are customized the appropriate classifiers (libraries) of conventional symbols. With specialists of the Office the initial course of training to work with the software "Panorama" was conducted. For the report on the performed works, and also for definition of the further directions of development of the municipal GIS, under direction of Deputy Mayor has been held the extended meeting, which was attended by heads of managements, departments and services of city council, representatives of "Oblenergo", "Oblgaz" and other public, municipal and private organizations which work in city. In the new version there are modified the storing and displaying matrixes of heights and qualitative characteristics in format MTW and MTQ, two levels of storing the reduced copies of matrixes images for acceleration of display are added. Support of the proprietary protocol is included into the task "GPS-monitor" for connection to the software product "Interface software GEO-RTK", developed by the Russian Institute of Radionavigation and Time (RIRT) to control the navigation equipment. The mode of displaying satellites "Almanac" is improved at joint work on systems of GPS and GLONASS. 31.01.2012In KB "Panorama" the program of analysis of multispectral images is developed Complex of analysis of multispectral images is intended for calculation of statistics on channels and customizing displayed channels of a multispectral image for solving the tasks of decoding and a vectoring of terrain objects. Multispectral images are processed in files of format GeoTIFF. Images can contain any number of channels, description of one channel can take up to 16 bits per pixel. Tasks of the complex allow to explore characteristics of the image (spectral properties, histogram) and to choose parameters for displaying the separate channels or their combinations in the form, providing detection of decoding attributes of objects and digitizing of their contours. Two modes of display are accessible to multispectral images - RGB mode and vegetation index. The image with current settings can be saved in a file of RSW format for automatic decoding and a vectoring. In RGB mode the image is saved into RSW with depth of color of 24 bits (8 bits on 3 channels). Vegetation index can be saved also into a matrix of qualities MTQ in which real value of vegetation index without reduction to the range of a palette is placed. 27.01.2012KB "Panorama" has developed new technology for creation of digital maps for supporting infrastructure of spatial data (ISD) On site of KB "Panorama" in Documentation section there is placed the new description of Technology of creation of digital topographical maps and plans, intended for filling by spatial data of an infrastructure of spatial data (ISD) on state (federal, regional) and a municipal level. Digital topographical maps (DTM) and digital towns plans (DTP) are one of sections of the state and municipal funds of spatial data. Creation and updating of digital maps and plans is carried out on the basis of data of remote sensing the Earth (DRS). The technology is based on use of software PHOTOMOD of "RACURS" company, , GIS Server and the new complexes developed in KB "Panorama" - "Complex of the automated decoding and a vectoring according to data of remote sensing of the Earth", "Complex of processing of multispectral images", "Complex of supporting a databank of digital maps and plans". The purpose of conference is support and information promotion of domestic developments and their uses in economic and defensive activity of the country with the publication of reports in conference proceedings and journal "Geodesy and Cartography". At the conference, KB "Panorama" will speak with the report "Digital funds of geodetic and topographical materials". In the report the problematic questions of maintaining funds and the common rules of data preparation will be announced. 23.01.2012In the Municipal GIS "Land and Real estate" version 5.0 the preparation of reports to the tax authorities is automated KB "Panorama" has developed MGIS "Land and Real estate" version 5.0. Municipal geoinformation system "Land and Real Estate" is intended for maintaining a database containing information about objects of the real estate, the ground areas on which objects are located, information about organizations (individual entrepreneurs), carrying out activity on these objects and/or having property rights to these, maintaining lease agreements; monitoring of objects of the real estate and the organizations carrying out activity on these objects and/or having property rights to these and execution of other operations. DBMS Microsoft SQL Server and are used for work with attributive and cartographical databases. In the new version there is updated the block of exporting information about ground areas and rightholders into the tax authorities (in format ?_2_302_01_001_001). 20.01.2012In GIS "Map 2011" version 11.8.3 the controls by groups of rasters and matrixes are refined KB "Panorama" has developed . In the new version into dialog the Data List of maps in the Rasters bookmark there is added the mode "Optimization of the list of rasters". The mode is started via the Properties menu and item "Optimization" at the selected tree branch "Rasters". The mode is intended for stream processing of the rasters that make up the document, and allows to compress the image of rasters by algorithms JPEG or LZW. In the Matrix bookmark the similar mode "Optimization of the list of matrixes" is supported, which has been added earlier for stream processing of matrixes of the heights which are a part of the map document. Map Legend task is modified. There is added ability to enable or disable the visibility of individual maps, matrixes, and rasters, or a list of data contained in the selected group of tree of maps, matrixes or rasters. Display of the tip with a name of object, a name of layer and own name is added at placing the cursor on object. You can disable this tip in the Options menu. The task of automatic correction of the objects metrics is improved. At checking the islands location of polygon subobjects (internal contours) into objects there is added ability to transform contours, located outside of the basic contour, into separate objects with union of such contours in group object (for automation of collaborative editing - moving, deleting, searching). 19.01.2012ImageryCreator 4.0 - new abilities for publication of data from various network resources In KB "Panorama" ImageryCreator version 4.0 is developed. The new version allows to use for formation of tiles the remote access to spatial data on GIS Server. This innovation provides use of maps, rasters and matrixes placed in a local network or the Internet. Work with the geodata by means of the GIS Server provides their protection against illegal copying and change. Jointly with ImageryCreator, the program allows to publish in Web spatial data and to keep them in an actual status. For display of spatial data and cutting of tiles being in different projections there is added the mechanism of transforming the projections "on the fly" with automatic recalculation of a point of binding. Mechanism of obtaining data from WMS-services is improved. Formation of tiles with a transparency (alpha-channel) for rising the quality of displaying the spatial information is improved at multilayered representation on any background (photos, matrixes). The interface of the user is considerably improved. There are added functions of navigation on a map, including scaling, moving, memorizing a position of a map, etc. Technology ImageryCreator is used by software product the for an ensuring the high speed of an execution of queries for display of spatial data to vast territories at the simultaneous handling the large number of users. 18.01.2012In KB "Panorama" OGC WFS service version 2.0 with transactions support is developed In KB "Panorama" GIS WebFeatureService 2.0 is developed. The new version of the service improved service of transactions requests to create new, update, or delete existing objects in the data set of server. Capabilities of service can be used in architecture of information systems of the spatial analysis of geo-data for linking among themselves the GIS of various manufacturers on any platforms. Vector data of spatial objects are returned in the format of GML/XML, regardless of the technology of creation and ways of a data storage. Support of transactions is important for realization of systems with shared access to one bank of spatial data. For example, systems of topographical, navigational and other types of monitoring. In such systems thick clients (for example, ) and various services, such as GIS WebFeatureService, can remotely simultaneously make changes to a single databank. GIS WebFeatureService is developed in accordance with international standard ISO of a series 19100. Formation of GML is performed in accordance with the document "Specification of data for exchange of digital topographical maps in GML format", and the XSD-scheme for exchange of spatial data in GML format, developed in KB "Panorama". 17.01.2012In the Tver region the GIS-technology assist people with disabilities KB "Panorama" has performed works on forming a map of objects availability for the disabled and low-mobile groups of the population in territory of the Tver region. Investor was the Main Directorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tver region. Works were carried out as part of the long-term target program of the Tver region "Rehabilitation and social adaptation of persons with disabilities, 2009-2011". As a result of works on the basis of technology the information resource is created including a digital map, that displays the contents of a database about objects of a social infrastructure with the description of characteristics of availability of these objects for invalids and low-mobile groups of the population. Map of availability for low-mobile groups of the population of the Tver region is placed by an additional layer on service "Atlas of the Tver region". 17.01.2012GIS ToolKit version 11.7 enhanced means of connection of WMS-services and data from GIS Server In KB "Panorama" the toolkit for developer of GIS-applications of version 11.7 is prepared. 13.01.2012"PanoramaAGRO" version 2.9 offers new solutions for tasks of exact agriculture In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama AGRO" version 2.9 is developed. The system allows to carry out complex automation of management in agriculture: maintaining passports and flow sheets of working areas, monitoring of vehicles of the enterprise, planning and the accounting the works of machine operators and drivers. There is implemented a new method of determining the area processed during agricultural activities that provides optimum balance of calculations speed and their accuracy. There is improved reliability for algorithms of calculating the fuel consumption, loading of data from KML files, the exchange with system "1?-Agroholding". It is automated a separation of planned productivity on working sections depending on culture, level of intensification and a crop rotation. Mechanism of updating the semantics is added by the ability of updating the records in the database according to the values of semantics. 13.01.2012GIS WebServer 5.5.2 - a basis to build regional and municipal geoportals In KB "Panorama" the version 5.5.2 is developed. In the new version into installation there are included the libraries of programmable conventional symbols for platform ?64. Libraries of GIS-core are updated. The search method in dialog "Search by name" is changed. Search of the entered value is carried out in any part of a word. The error of displaying bookmarks with tables of a database is corrected, at management of maps visibility. GIS WebServer effectively solves the task of providing access to geographic information data in the Internet by means of web-browser for mobile and stationary devices. On the basis of GIS WebServer the mobile GIS for management of territories is constructed, article about which was published in the journal "Geoprofi" ?6, 2011. The mobile GIS uses the advantages of touch screens, provides functions of search and display of the information about objects in one touch. Process of updating the published data is automated as much as possible and allows to avoid excessive participation of the administrator in service of the GIS. For interaction with web-applications it is used the GIS WebService and GIS WebFeatureService which support protocols OGC WMS (OGC 03-109r1 version 1.3.0), OGC WFS (OGC 09-025r1) and standards of ISO a series 19100. In the new version the complex of geodesy tasks is updated, which includes several functional blocks providing calculation and adjustment of geodetic measurements, geodetic constructions on a map, the automated formation of schemes and drawings, preparation and filling the land-management documentation. The new algorithm of constructing a triangulation of picket points is introduced and the interface of windows visualization of various modes is refined. At loading data from Automated Information System of State Real Estate Cadastre (AIS SREC), presented by XML-file, there is added the control of file contents onto conformity to structure of XML document. At an unloading the surveying plan into XML-file the errors log is formed on the basis of the data presented in semantics of objects. For information interaction of bodies of municipal authority with bodies of the cadastral authorities the unloading the information about objects of the cadastral account by the XML-scheme "Region_Cadastr" is realized. Map Editor is improved. The mode of creation of subobjects by selected area objects (polygons) is updated. New realization of the mode by selected objects cuts the touching and crossing objects, uniting them into the common subobjects, and also cuts the objects by edges. Storage of rasters in RSW format is improved. There is added the second level of storage of the reduced copy of the image for acceleration of display. The first level contains the image compressed in 4 times, the second - in 16 times. In the control of objects junction over borders of adjacent sheets there is added the opportunity of exception from processing the service semantics (the junction is carried out at coincidence of semantics of objects) and the objects specified by the user. In settings of conventional symbols of the vector objects containing the titles for semantics of object of type the classifier, there is added the opportunity to select a full name of value from the classifier of semantics or the reduced name. 11.01.2012In Academy of land forces by name hetman Sagaidachniy will take place "January GISs" Company "GISINFO", general representative of KB "Panorama" in Ukraine, at the invitation of a management of Academy of land forces named hetman Peter Sagajdachniy will take part in the annual, 3-th scientifically-practical seminar "Geoinformation systems and information technologies in military and special problems ("January GISs")", which will be in January, 27-28th, 2012 in Lviv (Ukraine). During a seminar the experts of "GISINFO" will share their experience of implementing GIS technologies and remote sensing data in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (in particular for aircraft navigation software Ukraine's Armed Forces, for topographic and geodetic support for the troops and other problems) and will made two reports on the theme "The main directions of using the geoinformation technologies and remote sensing data in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. "Creation of Situational centers" and "Spatial modelling of terrain and operational situation by means of the GIS "Operator". The automated workplace of the Cadastral engineer provides preparation of the project of a survey of the ground areas according to order of Ministry of Economic Development ? 388 of 03.08.2011 by means of the automated operations of a choice of contours of the ground areas, formations of the report with necessary number of the tables corresponding to the number of changed and generated ground areas and their parts. Sections and tables of the report are filled in accordance with the list of the ground areas, including uniform land tenure and the multiplanimetric ground areas. 09.01.2012In GIS Server version 3.5 on x32 and x64 platforms the data backup is automated In KB "Panorama" there is developed GIS Server version 3.5 - server of spatial data for platforms x32 and x64. In the new version the means of backup and restoring the vector maps are enhanced. In parameters of backup it is possible to specify the device for automatic creation of backup, periodicity of creation of copies in days, number of transactions, after which it is necessary to create a backup, time in which it is necessary to perform backup. Support of a platform x64 is added. At installation of the version x64/x32 the choice of the control program and drivers for a current platform (x64 or x32) is carried out automatically.
