Into the main menu of the task, the functionality of working with the database of 3D tiles (DB3D) has been added. Now you can close the database selected in the list, select the displayed databases and individual models. The mode was added for deleting the selected model from the database of 3D tiles. Mode is implemented for disabling the display of the sky above the 3D model.
Support for the international format OGC 12-128r15 GeoPackage version 1.2.1 (* .gpkg) is implemented. This format is a SQLite 3 database that stores tiles of various formats, their coordinate system, matrixes of descriptions, and metadata. GeoPackage format is used in applications for providing access to spatial information: maps, images, matrixes of elevations. The format can be used in cloud storages and for simplifying the exchange of information, since all data is stored in one file.
Modes are improved for adding maps, matrixes or rasters into the work region. If the parameters of the coordinate system/projection of the added data and the open area do not match, a request is issued to convert the coordinate system/projection with the ability to select one or all files. Depending on the response of the operator, data with a mismatching coordinate system will be transformed to the coordinate system of the document and added to it or opened without change with the conversion of the coordinate system "on the fly".
The transformation of the coordinate system of raster and matrix data is accelerated by 10-15 times due to the use of multi-thread processing for multi-core processors and new algorithms for tile processing.
In the menu Options\Coordinate System\Geodetic (World WGS 1984 spheroid) the item "Degrees, Minutes" has been added to display the coordinate view, as in a number of applications for smartphones.
The task "Select Object" has been improved. On the bookmark "Metric" there is added the ability to select, copy and paste an array of coordinates through the clipboard. The copied coordinates can be used for pasting into Word, Excel, Notepad and other applications.
In the "Select Object" dialog, new modes have been developed: "Select object on a map" and "Object autosave". The mode "Select object on a map" allows you to mark the selected object on the map. The mode "Object autosave" is intended for automatic saving the attributes and metrics of object with possibility of step-by-step restoration.
The mode "Create object" of the task "Map Editor" has been improved. When creating an object using the "Arbitrary contour" mode for linear, polygonal and vector objects, the ability of dynamic entering the length of a segment is added.
The task of creating a matrix of heights by a vector map is improved. Into the application directory there is added a filter of objects s57navy.imh used by default for creating a matrix of heights by sea maps with the s57navy.rsc classifier. When creating a matrix using sea maps, isobaths are used (semantics the "ISOBATH VALUE", code 174), depths marks (H coordinate from metric), as well as objects of the "OBSTACLE" layer, for example, "UNDERWATER DRYING ROCK", "SUNKEN SHIP" (semantics the "DEPTH VALUE", a code 179). To include the specified objects in the processing in the matrix creation dialog, you need to set the matrix type "Summary elevations" and enable the mode "Use elevations from 3D-metric of objects".
The task “Converting geodetic heights of WGS-84 to normal heights” has been improved. It is intended for transition to heights on a geoid (normal heights) from geodetic heights on a general ellipsoid WGS-84. For example, downloaded from the SRTM format (radar topographic survey) and others. The inverse transformation of matrixes from normal heights (mean sea level) to the system of geodetic heights WGS-84 has been implemented.
There is added the ability to display insets under the vector maps, which simplifies the preparation of reports against the background of map fragments, images and other types of data that are connected as insets.
Display of vector symbols is improved. New symbols automatically arrange the signatures of settlements, which may contain the name, number of inhabitants and a code of administrative value. Previously, these signatures were performed by three separate signatures that at increasing the image of a map led to integrity violation of signatures complex of the one settlement. New complex signatures preserve the relative position of all the signatures of the complex when scaling the map image, and also allow you to specify the position of the complex with a single operation. New symbols have been added to the classifiers 50t05gm.rsc, 100t05gm.rsc, 200t05gm.rsc, 500t05gm.rsc, 1m05gm.rsc, which are used to create maps of scales from 1: 50,000 to 1: 1 000 000.
Classifiers of conventional symbols emercom.v2.rsc and map5000m.rsc are added into the distribution kit. The classifier of conventional symbols emercom.v2.rsc has been developed for the preparation of cartographic information in the field of civil defense, prevention and liquidation of consequences of emergencies by governing bodies, civil defense forces and the unified state system for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations (RSChS). In the classifier there is implemented a general list of layers, objects and attributive characteristics of objects that provide solutions to problems in the field of civil defense, prevention and liquidation of consequences of natural and man-made emergencies. The emercom.v2.rsc classifier contains the information about territories, zones, objects, forces and means affecting the problems of organization, planning and conduct of measures for civil defense and the protection of the population and territories; about the forecast and operational situation arising in the course of military conflicts or as a result of these conflicts, as well as during emergencies of a natural and man-made nature; about planning and conducting activities on civil defense, prevention and liquidation of consequences of emergencies of a natural and man-made character.
The modernized classifier of large-scale plans of a scale 1: 5 000 the map5000m.rsc is designed to create topographic plans of cities or city plans in the local coordinate system of scales of 1: 5000, which can be used in territorial planning, maintaining the land and property cadastre, in architecture and urban planning. The codes of the Information Cartographic Support approved by the Head of the VTU General Staff of the Russian Federation in 2007 are taken as the basis of object codes.
As part of data examples included in the installation, the map of Noginsk generated according to OpenStreetMap data, has been updated. The map was led to a modernized classifier of large-scale plans of a scale 1: 5 000 map5000m.rsc. A library of 3D-models of terrain's objects map5000m.p3d has been added to the classifier, in which there were created about three hundred kinds of templates for objects of layers: "Constructions, buildings", "Industrial objects", "Municipal and social objects", "Public objects", "Communications", "Borders and fences", "Road net, road constructions", "Vegetation", "Hydrography". To the two-dimensional types of objects there are assigned the templates of types: near, detailed, and far, less detailed. In the complete set with a map there are delivered: a database example in DBF and PostgreSQL format, a road graph, a relief elevation matrix, a database of three-dimensional models of historic city buildings in DB3D format. Into the map project the documents in Word format, raster documents and a map of borders of the Moscow Region were added.

The register of objects of a single immovable complex provides storage of the accounting and technical characteristics of the complex and all cadastral objects included into its composition. Due to the spatial and logical connections, there is ensured an integration with the registers of land, buildings and structures. The composition of the stored data includes various cadastral documentation, schemes, plans, drawings, images, accounting and technical characteristics and information about the copyright holders. The location of a single immovable complex on the map is provided.
Within the framework of maintaining registers of urban development objects, the “Premises” mode has been developed. It makes it possible to take into account information about real estate located inside a building, structure or other real estate object. The storage of information on residential and non-residential premises, apartments, rooms and parking spaces is provided. There is the possibility of flexible grouping of premises, taking into account the classification by cadastral belonging, and by other characteristics, for example, production and administrative premises. The premises accounting is directly related to the building or structure in which it is located and contains various attributes, a list of which may be customized by the user. When viewing information in the register of real estate objects, the "Premises" element is added, containing a list of all apartments, rooms, parking spaces and other premises located within the real estate.
The updated mode "Application of a document for real estate objects" allows you to use one document for several land plots, real estate and premises. The “What the subject owns” mode is supplemented with information about the property of the copyright holder, which includes data on land plots, real estate and premises. A new protected resource has been added when delimiting user access rights for creating and deleting the real estate registers.
