GIS WebService SE supports all international standards (OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS), with the help of which the transmission and display of spatial data is carried out. The program has the ability to issue tiles by any user or local coordinate system. The application is implemented on Windows and Linux platforms, is compatible with Apache, IIS and nginx web servers.

The task of connecting geoportals is improved. Ability is added for displaying geoportals beyond 180 and -180 degrees in longitude for all supported standards. It allows you to display more visually the data on territory of Chukotski Peninsula and Alaska, and also to carry out editing of objects in these territories. Setting sizes of displaying is done via the "Configure geoportals" menu item. By default, the display area of geoportals is set from -225 to 225 degrees. The ability to set the offset for different geoportals is added. This option is necessary to establish an exact match between the source data and the geoportal, which artificially introduces an offset.
There is added a display of rasters and matrixes with recalculation of coordinate systems (transformation) and/or turning on the fly. This allows you to display images and matrixes of elevations together with geoportals and vector maps with different coordinate systems and rotate these images at an arbitrary angle (for example, in a navigation task). The display speed of rasters and matrixes with transformation and rotation roughly corresponds to the usual display of rasters due to the use of multi-thread processing for multi-core processors and new data caching algorithms (display processes are accelerated 10 or more times).
Display of vector symbols is improved. New symbols automatically compose complex labels, which are used to indicate the characteristics of forests, bridges, dams, tunnels, rivers, canals, fords, ferries, passes and other objects on the map. The main feature of complex labels is the presence of a horizontal line - the separator of the upper and lower labels of the main characteristics. Each label can be formed from several characteristics of an object and contain fragments of permanent text between characteristics. For each digital characteristic, you can specify the number of digits after the decimal point, for symbolic characteristics - word splitting and replacement with abbreviated names. The abbreviation of words of symbolic characteristics (of the type “Name”) is carried out according to the semantics “List of abbreviations”, which contains the corresponding full and short names (abbreviations).
In the "Select Object" dialog, new modes have been developed: "Select object on a map" and "Object autosave". The mode "Object autosave" is intended for automatic saving the attributes and metrics of object with possibility of step-by-step restoration. For semantics of type the "link to a file" there is added the ability to select a folder. When referring to the semantics value, the dialog for selecting a file from this folder for viewing will be called. For files of zip type, a list of files compressed in the archive is displayed with automatic decompression and display of the selected file.
To simplify the preparation of reports in the "View Passport" dialog, there is added the ability of a map creation by a format of standard printed page with mapping of a frame of the print area in the form of graphic object. The frame of the print area is formed in accordance with the specified indents for the print area. To form a map by page format, select the menu item New\Plan and in the dialog enable property the "Frame by page size". When generating a report, the insets, documents, labels and other elements can be put to the created plan. In the "Map Print" dialog box, the automatic setting of the parameters of the current printer has been added with the setting of the paper size and the printable area corresponding to the created plan.
There is added the ability to display insets under the vector maps, which simplifies the preparation of reports against the background of map fragments, images and other types of data that are connected as insets. The mode "Create object" of the task "Map Editor" has been improved. When creating an object using the "Arbitrary contour" mode for linear, polygonal and vector objects, the ability of dynamic entering the length of a segment is added.
In the menu Options\Coordinate System\Geodetic (World WGS 1984 spheroid) the item "Degrees, Minutes" has been added to display the coordinate view, as in a number of applications for smartphones. The task "GPS\GLONASS Monitor" has been improved. Function is added for determining the location by data from the navigation receiver without setting up a virtual COM or USB port. The new mechanism of navigation's data exchange is implemented using the Sensor and Location platform technology and can operate under the control of the Windows 7 operating system and later.
GIS help system is updated. The help system is located on the server http://help.gisserver.ru/en/ for quick obtaining the reference information about the program work. Help sections are organized in the form of HTML files that are displayed in a regular browser. The opening of help sections from the server has been added to the GIS. In case of lack of access to the Internet, it is possible to use the help system located in the local folder of the computer when installing the program. For selecting the used help system, the "Local help" item has been added to the "Help" section of the program’s main menu. The new menu item controls the opening of the program's help files from the local folder of the computer or from the server. By default, the help in the program opens from the server.

In KB "Panorama" the "Software complex for quality control of digital cartographic products" was developed and transferred to the
During progress of works the analysis of existing technology of quality control of DCP was carried out. There are identified the processes requiring the development of tools for stream processing and automation. The use of finished software products previously tested in the technological process and the order of their integration into a single client-server architecture with the predominant use of a web browser at the workplaces of the complex operators has been substantiated. A set of programs including software, information and methodological support has been developed.
The main functions of the complex are input control of materials and data, quality control of digital maps, control of the absence of non-public information on the maps of public use, control of coordination of adjacent maps sheets and automated placement of verified sheets of DCP in a bank of digital maps and remote sensing data. The complex successfully works with the following types of digital cartographic products of different scales: digital topographic maps, digital city plans, digital navigation maps, digital orthophotoplans.
As a result of the performed work, the FSBI "Center for Cartography, Geodesy and SDI" received a product that performs streaming metadata reading, comprehensive automation of the DCP quality control, and a visual display of materials and data on the scheme. The server part of the complex is integrated with the software product, the
From 26 to 28 June 2019 in the Kyrgyz Republic was held a seminar
The leading Russian companies working in the field of geodesy, cartography and aerial photography took part in the international seminar. The specialists of KB "Panorama" presented technologies for creating and updating digital topographic maps based on data from unmanned aerial vehicles using
Representatives of Russian companies demonstrated to Kyrgyz specialists the latest technologies for using remote sensing data obtained from unmanned aerial vehicles to create accurate cartographic materials. In the process of work the participants discussed the practical and economic aspects of operating unmanned aerial vehicles and processing the results of the survey.
The seminar consisted of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part was held on the first day and included reports on the latest software developments for photogrammetric data processing, the creation of cartographic products and the construction of spatial data infrastructure.
The second day was devoted to aerial photography. During the field part of the workshop, the participants got acquainted with the whole chain of aerial photography using the SuperCam unmanned system: from preparing a geodetic control to directly performing the flight task.
On the third day of the workshop all stages of processing performed on the eve of aerial photography were demonstrated. They included the processing of navigation data, photogrammetric operations, the creation of digital cartographic products and placing it on the WEB-services. The technology and methods of processing orthophotomaps were presented when compiling digital topographic and cadastral maps and plans using the GIS "Panorama". The participants noted the high efficiency of the event, during which they familiarized themselves with the technological solutions and best practices of their Russian colleagues.
