In KB "Panorama" the
The mode "Information from the State Real Estate Cadastre from XML file" is improved. There is implemented the new algorithm of processing the attributes of cadastral object presented by the multiplanimetric land plot (MLP) or a single land use (SLU).
The general semantics of object of real estate is recorded into all external contours (map objects) included into one set of spatial objects - MLP or SLU. Modes "Technical building plan", "Technical plan of a construction", "Technical plan of object under construction" and the "Technical plan of premises" are refined. There are implemented the tools for input and editing of data about parts of real estate object, taking into account the requirements of XSD-scheme TP-v03 associated with obligatory presence of a spatial component at parts of real estate object.
The mode is improved "XML-document: Layout of land plot on the cadastral plan of territory". There is added a continuous numbering of rotary points for the internal contours of the plot.

In KB "Panorama" the GIS Constructor of version 11.9.3 is developed for operating system Astra Linux Special Edition, release "Smolensk". In the new version the possibilities of the component of dialog "Displaying three-dimensional model of the terrain" are expanded. There are added the modes for a choice of scenario of moving objects, start and scenario stop. The scenario of the moving objects represents a set of the objects having a preset three-dimensional view, the movement of which is defined by the chosen trajectory and the motion graphics. Each scenario is formed on the basis of objects of one classifier containing three-dimensional views of objects. As a trajectory of objects movement, the files of NMEA format, obtained from GPS-devices can be used. Specialists of KB "Panorama" continue works on formation of maps onto foreign territories by data from public sources. The list of public data in SXF format is supplemented by a map onto territory of Cuba. At map creation there is used the information of OpenStreetMap loaded from the website
In KB "Panorama" by materials of technical training on programming there is prepared the presentation "Programming of multithreading data processing on an example of GIS Panorama 12". It examines the experience of multi-threaded processing of files of vector maps of format SXF in developed GIS Panorama 12 at formation of geo-coverings onto large territories. Use of multithreading processing on multikernel processors allows almost linearly (by number of processor kernels) to increase productivity of data processing on the basis of functions of MAPAPI interface adapted to the multi-threaded application. The presentation describes the features of designing the interface of multi-threaded tasks, processing of window messages, thread synchronization and other programming issues. In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of agronomist" version 11.12.12 is developed. In the new version there are built-in the controls of using agricultural land, taking into account data of the state cadastre of real estate. The main source of data on registered plots is a single state register of real estate, which includes information on the borders, area, and rights to the recorded land parcels. For control of exclusion and involvement of agricultural land into agricultural production in the "Workstation of agronomist" there are integrated the tools of downloading information from the state real estate cadastre, connection of external data sources from official geoportals "Public cadastral map" and "Atlas of agricultural land". The new mode "Entry of objects" carries out overlay operation of multiple imposing of objects of two classes by the method of intersection. Objects of input classes are defined by two lists: list 1 - the ground areas being on the cadastral registration and the list 2 - borders of contours of agricultural objects. Result of the mode's work are the calculated values of the areas of entering of objects of the list 2 (agricultural land) into objects of the list 1 (ground areas). The program defines multiple entry of objects of the list 2 into the input objects of the list 1 and calculates the area of each occurrence in absolute units, and in percentage of object of imposing. By results of calculations the report is formed for the subsequent use at the internal accounting or for obtaining the statistical inquiry. In connection with privatization of the ground areas, occurrence of a large number of land owners and presence of agricultural producers of various forms of ownership the tasks of farm management stand very keenly. "Workstation of agronomist" allows producers to optimize the internal accounting of agricultural land, and to authorities to organise monitoring of using the agricultural land.
